Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan dan fungsi Badan Permusawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam menetapkan peraturan desa bersama kepala desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarkat. Oleh karena itu, BPD sebagai badan permusywaratan yang berasal dari masyarakat desa, di samping menjalankan fungsinya sebagai jembatan penghubung antara kepala desa dengan masyrakat desa, juga harus menjalankan fungsi utamanya yaitu fungsi representasi (perwakilan) sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Sosiologis Normatif Metode yang digunakan adalah peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan masalah kemudian diolah dan dianalisis berdasarkan rumusan masalah dengan memberikan penilaian tentang benar atau salah suatu peristiwa hukum sesuai dengan konteks permasalahan yang dihadapi, berdasarkan pembahasan dan penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Pelaksanaan fungsi BPD di Desa Tambusai Timur yaitu meliputi pelaksanaan fungsi BPD sebagai fungsi legislasi belum maksimal karena di dalam pelaksanaananya BPD belum secara maksimal membuat peraturan tentang desa ini dibuktikan dengan hanya ada satu peraturan yang dibuat yaitu peraturan tentang Anggaran Pendapatan dan belanja Desa (APBDes) dan faktor yang menpengaruhi pelaksanaan fungi BPD di Desa Tambusai Timur ini diantaranya: faktor sumber daya manusia, latar belakang pendidikan dari anggota BPD, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan anggota BPD Tambusai Timur sudah cukup memadai

Abstract

Illegal logging is a significant environmental issue in Indonesia, particularly in the tropical forests of Southeast Sulawesi, which threatens biodiversity and contributes to global climate change. Manual monitoring of illegal activities in remote areas is often ineffective, necessitating innovative and real-time solutions for early detection. This study aims to develop an early detection system to distinguish the sound of chainsaws commonly used in illegal logging activities from other machine sounds such as RX King motorcycles and ketinting boats. The KY-038 sound sensor connected to an Arduino was used to capture environmental sounds, and the obtained data was classified using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm. Experiments were conducted by collecting training data and testing the system with sound samples from each machine. The results showed that the developed sound detection system could classify the sounds of chainsaws, RX King motorcycles, and ketinting boats with good performance. With the optimal k value in KNN, the average classification accuracy reached 90%. This system can be used as an effective monitoring tool for the early detection of illegal logging activities, contributing to the conservation of tropical forests.

Abstract

Perlindungan anak adalah segala usaha agar setiap anak dapat mewujudkan hak dan tanggung jawabnya terhadap tumbuh kembang anak, baik secara alamiah, jasmani, rohani, dan sosial. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan model siklus deming yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yakni perencaraan, melakukan, pemeriksaan dan tindak lanjut. Diagram tersebut menunjukkan hasil pemahaman siswa SMP Numbing setelah menerima pemaparan materi terkait bullying. Berdasarkan diagram tersebut, mayoritas siswa, yaitu 66%, setuju bahwa mereka mengerti bullying dapat berupa fisik, verbal, dan sosial. Sebanyak 26% siswa sangat setuju dengan pernyataan tersebut, sementara 8% sisanya menyatakan tidak setuju. Ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah menerima materi, sebagian besar siswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan terkait bentuk-bentuk bullying, dan menunjukkan pemahaman yang cukup baik. Pengabdian perlindungan anak terhadap tindak pidana bullying dilaksanakan agar siswa-siswa di SMP Numbing mendapatkan pengetahuan dan bimbingan terkait segala jenis bullying, sehingga mereka dapat mencegah dan meminimalisir tindakan bullying yang kerap terjadi dilingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil dari kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan, menunjukan bahwa siswa-siswa tersebut mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi Kelompok Pengusaha Batik di Pekalongan saat ini, menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kelompok di Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Diamond dari Porter (1990) sebagai kerangka pikir untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan suatu klaster. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan masyarakat sekitar sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukksn bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kelompok atau klaster batik di Kota Pekalongan. Terdapat pula upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk ikut serta dalam pengembangan usaha Batik di Kota Pekalongan.

Abstract

The Movement of the Majelis Pengkajian Tauhid Tasawuf (MPTT), led by Abuya Syekh Haji Amran Waly Al-Khalidy, has become a social phenomenon that captures the attention of the Islamic community in Indonesia, characterized by the expression of religious practices through dhikr, commonly referred to as ratep serebe. This research aims to understand the depiction of Psychological Well-being within the Majelis Pengkajian Tauhid Tasawuf (MPTT) Abuya Syekh Haji Amran Waly Al-Khalidy in Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection utilized the Psychological Well-being scale based on Ryff's theory (1995) with a reliability score of 0.893. The population in this study consists of the Majelis Pengkajian Tauhid Tasawuf (MPTT) Abuya Syekh Haji Amran Waly Al-Khalidy in Kabupaten Aceh Selatan, with a sample of 60 individuals with use of cluster sampling technique. The research findings indicate that the Psychological Well-Being of the Majelis Pengkajian Tauhid Tasawuf (MPTT) Abuya Syekh Haji Amran Waly Al-Khalidy in Kabupaten Aceh Selatan is, on average, categorized as high.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of school-based management at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research uses interviews and documents to collect data. There were seven participants in this research, including the principal, school committee, deputy principal for curriculum, deputy principal for student affairs, school treasurer, two teachers, and students. The results of this research are that the appointment of School Based Management at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City has been carried out well. First, starting from planning, namely student affairs arrangements from student registration to various activities that can be carried out in the student affairs department. Furthermore, curriculum management and school teaching programs are given the freedom to develop the curriculum. Furthermore, financial management and financing can be seen from the orderly determination of the school budget, the existence of financial transparency. Second, the implementation of SBM for educational staff at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City is good because they have expertise in their respective fields. Facilities and infrastructure management can be seen from the school's efforts to provide facilities and infrastructure, maintenance and development so that it can help the teaching and learning process run smoothly. Third, the financial planning evaluation is conveyed to the school community and the school committee by holding a parent meeting. Abstract

Lelakaq Sasak is part of old literature that is still developing among the Sasak people of Lombok. Lelakaq is a literary work of the people of Lombok, in which certain structures and values need to be preserved and emulated by the younger generation. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. From the results of the study, it was concluded that in lelakaq Sasak there is structure and educational value contained therein. The study of structure in lelakaq has typology, denotation, and connotation, lelakaq tends to use the word denotation and uses the word connotation a little. Imagery structures (images) in lelakaq use more imagery of feelings and sights. Poetry in lelakaq is more dominant in having cross rhymes, some are broken and parallel rhymes. Meanwhile, in terms of educational value, it can be found that lelakaq contains religious educational values, moral educational values, social educational values, and cultural educational values.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the form of environmental role in human life, (2) the form of human attitude to the environment, (3) the form of local wisdom in its relation with environment in novel Medulla Sinculasis and Tambora 1815 by Paox Iben Mudhaffar. This research was qualitative descriptive. The source of data  was the novels Medulla Sinculasis and Tambora 1915 by Paox Iben Mudhaffar. The collection of the data used document content analysis (read-note-analysis). Analysis of the data in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique is done by categorizing, describing, and conclusion.  In this research, the researchers chose the novels Medulla Sinculasis and Tambora 1815 as data sources considering that these novels were the most appropriate to study among Paox Iben's other works. The Tambora 1815 novel used is the first printed novel, March 2015 published by Bukudaku Addressra Publishing, Mataram with a book thickness of 301 pages, ISBN: 978-979-18863-1-4 and the Medulla Sinculasis novel used is the first printed novel, January 2011 published by IruS (Rumah Arus Institute) Mataram, Lombok with a book thickness of 324 pages, ISBN: 979-1698-045-94-7. The results of this research are as follows. First, the role of environment represented in the novels Medulla Sinculasis and Tambora 1815  consists of : (a) the environment as the source of food, (b) the environment as the source of medicines, (c) the environment as the source of building material, (d) the environment as living place, (e) the environment as the provider of payment tool (barter), (f) the environment as a means of livelihood, (g) the environment as the source of water, (h) the  environment as the provider of things for means of transportation, and (i) the environment as tourist object.

Abstract

The term "agraria" is used in the Indonesian government administration to describe "land", both agricultural and non-agricultural land. For example, by Decree No. 26 of 1988, the National Farming Authority was established as the Director General of Agriculture of the Department of Home Affairs. Agrarian law (Agrarisch Recht) in the administrative district of the Dutch Indian government is confined to a set of legislative regulations that provide a legal basis for the rulers to implement agricultural policy. In this study, the method of normative analysis is used. Normative law research or library research is a type of research that studies documents using various secondary data such as laws. Within Indonesia there are a variety of natural resources, including fishing, mangrove forests, while the regulations that govern the Indonesian seas vary in various aspects, among others: the Persian Sea, Wiayah Sea, Continental Land, Exclusive Economic Zone, Additional Zone, Overseas Sea. In conclusion, maritime agrarian law is very important in understanding and utilizing natural resources related to land and waters. Marine natural resources play a vital role inining the balance of global ecosystems as well as providing economic benefits to communities. Within the framework of sustainable development, we are faced with the great challenge of understanding and using marine agricultural resources wisely.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounting information system for cash receipts, specifically for the Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) payments at Yayasan Semesta Khatulistiwa. The current manual system used by the foundation often leads to inefficiencies in data recording and financial reporting. Through observation, interviews, and literature study, the researchers identified the need for a more structured and digital approach. The research employed the waterfall method in designing a prototype system using Figma, supported by UML modeling tools such as use case, activity, and sequence diagrams. The proposed system provides a user-friendly interface for recording, managing, and monitoring student payments.
