Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, school leadership, and motivation to the improved performance of teachers at SMAN 32 Jakarta. This research was conducted through questionnaires by teachers at SMAN 32 Jakarta, samples were taken and processed as many as 54 respondents. For data analysis methods using path analysis. Results of this study indicate that simultaneous supervision, school leadership, and motivation direct and significant impact on the improvement of the performance of teachers at SMAN 32 Jakarta, and the results obtained partial processing and data analysis using SPSS 22 shows that Supervision direct and significant impact on motivation teachers work in SMA 32 Jakarta amounting to 0.267 or 26.7%, supervision is not a positiv e direct effect on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta, with the result of calculation of 0,225, or 22.5%, Leadership Principal direct and significant impact on work motivation teachers in SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta, with the result of calculation of 0 ,427, or 42.7%, Leadership Principals do not have direct impact positively on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta, with the result of calculation of 0,244 or 24.4% and working motivation has no direct effect positive on teacher performance SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta, with the result of calculation of 0.106 or 10.6%.

Abstract

As long as a fisheries court other than the fisheries court has not been established, criminal cases in the fisheries sector that occur outside the jurisdiction of the fisheries court will still be examined, tried and decided by the competent district court. Such provisions create a dualism in the legal regime, namely the legal regime of the district court and the regime fisheries court law. With the examination of criminal acts in the fisheries sector carried out by the fisheries courts and district courts, there is dualism and legal uncertainty in the handling of fisheries crimes. Several formal laws are specifically regulated in the Fisheries Law, namely the existence of Ad Hoc Judges, Trials without the Presence of the Defendant (In Absentia), Periods of Court Decisions, Determinations and Detention Periods by Judges and Registrars. Fisheries Courts that have been established have made a major contribution in law enforcement, all established fisheries courts have issued several decisions on fisheries cases. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the quality and kinematics of spermatozoa in fresh and frozen semen of coastal cattle. Semen of coastal cattle was collected using an artificial vagina from 2 males, fresh semen was tested and frozen using tris egg yolk diluent. Fresh and frozen semen of coastal cattle were evaluated using a Computer Assisted Sperm Analyzer (CASA). This study used a t-test analysis by comparing the quality and kinematics of spermatozoa of fresh semen and frozen semen of coastal cattle. The parameters observed were macroscopic, microscopic and CASA quality observations. The results showed the kinematics of fresh and frozen semen motility (83.83%; 71.68%) and the kinematics of progressive motility of fresh and frozen semen (80.81%; 59.56%). Based on the results of the t-test analysis, it was found that t count > t table, the kinematics of fresh semen spermatozoa had a significant effect on the frozen semen of Pesisir cattle on the motility of fresh semen and frozen semen, on the progressive motility of fresh semen and frozen semen. The characteristic values ​​of kinematics in fresh semen and frozen semen of Pesisir cattle were respectively velocity curvilinear (VCL) 178.94 μm/s and 108.52 μm/s; velocity straight line (VSL) 96.61 μm/s and 49.34 μm/s; velocity average path (VAP) 114.99 μm/s and 64.04 μm/s; linearity (LIN) 0.53% and 0.44%; straightness (STR) 0.83% and 0.75%; wobble (WOB) 0.64% and 0.58%; lateral head displacement (ALH) amplitude 5.83 μm and 5.15 μm; beat cross frequency (BCF) 35.28 Hz and 24.65 Hz. The kinematics of fresh and frozen semen spermatozoa significantly affect the value of motility characteristics. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is a decrease in the quality of fresh semen kinematics and frozen semen kinematics spermatozoa on the value of motility characteristics, namely on the speed of spermatozoa at the velocity curvilinear (VCL), velocity straight line (VSL), and velocity average path (VAP), linearity (LIN), straightness (STR), and wobble (WOB) and on the distance value of spermatozoa amplitude lateral head displacement (ALH) and beat cross frequency (BCF).

Abstract

UMKM Kebab Vrindavan Mbaknyen merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam produktivitas dan pengelolaan bisnis. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan manajemen bisnis UMKM tersebut melalui penerapan teknologi inovatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan penggunaan teknologi pendukung, serta pendampingan implementasi teknologi dalam operasional harian. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi proses produksi sebesar 30% serta perbaikan dalam sistem manajemen keuangan dan inventaris. Selain itu, UMKM berhasil meningkatkan jangkauan pasar melalui pemanfaatan platform digital. Kesimpulannya, penerapan teknologi inovatif secara efektif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing UMKM. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi pada UMKM lain untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Vrindavan Mbaknyen Kebab MSMEs are one of the business units that have great potential to grow but face challenges in productivity and business management. This service program aims to increase the productivity and business management of these MSMEs through the application of innovative technology. The methods used include needs analysis, training on the use of supporting technology, and assistance in the implementation of technology in daily operations. The results of the program showed an increase in the efficiency of the production process by 30%, as well as improvements in the financial management and inventory system. In addition, MSMEs have succeeded in increasing market reach using digital platforms. In conclusion, the application of innovative technology can improve the productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs effectively. This program is expected to be a model that can be replicated in other MSMEs to support local economic growth.

Abstract

Climate change poses a significant challenge impacting various economic sectors, particularly agriculture and trade. This study aims to analyze the effects of climate change on business resilience in these two sectors and to identify adaptation strategies employed by business actors. A qualitative research method was used, involving in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with business actors in climate-vulnerable areas. The findings indicate that climate change causes significant disruptions in agricultural production and trade distribution, resulting in uncertainty and economic losses. Nevertheless, adaptation strategies such as product diversification, the use of climate-resilient technologies, and supply chain management innovations have helped enhance business resilience. The main constraints identified include limited access to technology, information, and capital. This study recommends strengthening collaboration among government, private sector, and communities, as well as utilizing information technology to improve business preparedness against climate risks. These findings are expected to inform the development of more effective policies and adaptation strategies in response to climate change.

Abstract

Abstract− CV. Twinnies Baby Shop, located in Jambi, still applies supplier selection based on subjective leadership decisions. This approach carries the risk of errors in determining suppliers, which could ultimately result in losses for the company. To address this issue, a decision support system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, supported by waterfall development methodology. Designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), this system provides information on suppliers, admins, criteria, sub-criteria, and supplier evaluation results. Additionally, the system helps determine the best supplier using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). With this system, the supplier selection process becomes more effective, structured, and objective, supporting more accurate decision-making for the company.

Abstract

Mutiara Primarasa Abadi Jambi is a business engaged in bread sales in Jambi City. Currently, its operational processes still rely on manual record-keeping using books and calculators, leading to several issues. These include lengthy report generation due to the need to manually summarize product entry and sales transactions, inaccuracies in inventory records caused by miscalculations of incoming and outgoing data, and potential errors in sales receipts that could result in financial losses for the company. Additionally, difficulties in monitoring the due dates of receivables that need to be collected from customers further complicate operations. As a solution, a point-of-sales application was designed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The system development followed the waterfall method and applied a Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and flowchart diagrams. The developed system generates structured outputs such as supplier data, product data, customer data, as well as product entry and sales transaction records. Moreover, the system provides the necessary reports to facilitate PT. Mutiara Primarasa Abadi Jambi in managing data more efficiently.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan isu serius yang masih marak terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan, termasuk di Indonesia. Dampaknya mencakup kerusakan fisik, mental, dan sosial anak, serta menghambat tumbuh kembang mereka. Di SMP Desa Numbing, kurangnya pemahaman dan sosialisasi terkait perlindungan anak menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai kekerasan seksual melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi hukum. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan interaktif dua arah, meliputi koordinasi, pra-survei, pemaparan materi, pembagian buku saku, diskusi studi kasus, dan evaluasi melalui kuisioner online. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa SMP Desa Numbing terhadap kekerasan seksual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 10–11 Juni 2024 dan diikuti oleh 46 siswa kelas VII dan VIII. Pra-survei menunjukkan bahwa 58,7% siswa menganggap sentuhan tanpa izin dapat dibenarkan jika hanya bercanda. Setelah pemaparan materi oleh dosen hukum pidana dan sesi diskusi, evaluasi pasca-kegiatan menunjukkan perubahan persepsi signifikan. Siswa menyadari bahwa tindakan tersebut merupakan bentuk kekerasan seksual. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pencegahan dan konsekuensi hukum kekerasan seksual terhadap anak. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini ialah meningkatnya pemahaman siswa SMP Desa Numbing terhadap kekerasan seksual setelah sosialisasi. Harapannya, pengetahuan yang diperoleh dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya pencegahan serta meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kekerasan seksual di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study highlights the managerial role of the Head of Madrasah in improving teacher performance at MTs Negeri 1 Batanghari, driven by a lack of supervision, motivation, and monotonous teaching methods. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The results show that the Head of Madrasah has carried out the planning function well, inling all components of the school. In terms of organization, the Head of Madrsasah has assigned duties and responsibilities to each personnel according to their fields. The mobilization has been conducted effectively, although the results are not yet optimal. Supervision and evaluation have also been carried out fairly well, though there is room for improvement. The challenges faced include teachers’ lack of understanding of the curriculum and low motivation for self-development. The strategies implemented by the Head of Madrasah to improve teacher performance include motivating work spirit, setting a good example, providing rewards, appropriate task assignments, and classroom visits.

Abstract

Crime is conduct that disobeys the law and contravenes social norms in a way that society finds objectionable. There is no system that can forecast the kind and quantity of crimes that will happen in the future as a guide in the process of preventing crime, according to the North Tambusai Police. However, the public service process in the form of complaints has been done digitally. Backpropagation is an iterative method that works well even with complex and convoluted data. Backpropagation is an artificial neural network with several levels (multi-layer). Data processing is done on the types and numbers of crimes that took place in North Tambusai District between 2015 and 2020. The first step in the data processing procedure is to normalize the data and choose the network training parameters. Crime data and levels were used in the artificial neural network research, which used a 5-5-1 design. The test results reveal that the average prediction accuracy rate is 92.66%, with the greatest prediction accuracy rate being 99.6% and the lowest forecast accuracy rate being 90.01 percent. Theft had the highest weighting (Curat) of crimes the next year with 15 cases, while fraud, crime, and extortion/threats each had the lowest weighting (1 case). The prediction findings exhibit a sufficiently high level of accuracy to serve as a basis for evaluation.
