Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran diorama berbantuan LKPD pada materi bumi yang mengubah mata pelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar kelas V yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D), dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran diorama berbantuan LKPD yang dikembangkan peneliti termasuk dalam kategori “sangat valid” berdasarkan hasil angket 3 orang validator yang meliputi validator media, validator bahasa dan validator materi dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 85,7%, selanjutnya media pembelajaran diorama berbantuan LKPD yang dikembangkan peneliti dinyatakan “sangat praktis” berdasarkan lembar angket respon siswa dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,9%, dan dari soal tes siswa masuk dalam kategori “sangat efektif” berdasarkan nilai rata-rata pretes sebesar 53,18% dan nilai rata-rata postes sebesar 89,09%, dari nilai pretes dan postes diperoleh skor N-gain dengan kategori “tinggi” sebanyak 15 siswa dan kategori “sedang” sebanyak 7 siswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using a Project‑Based Learning (PjBL) model supported by Student Worksheets (LKPD) on the topic “Now I’ve Become More Orderly” (“Kini Aku Menjadi Lebih Tertib”) on elementary students’ learning outcomes. The research employed a pre‑experimental design with a quantitative approach, specifically a one‑group pre‑test–post‑test design. The participants were a single class of 33 elementary students. Instruments consisted of a learning‑achievement test and a student‑activity observation sheet. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a t‑test to identify differences in learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the LKPD‑based PjBL model. The results show an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after the PjBL model was applied, demonstrating that the LKPD‑based PjBL instructional model is effective in enhancing students’ understanding of the importance of orderly living in daily life.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using PhET Simulation media on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 69 Palembang. This research uses an experimental method with a True Experimental design "posttest - Only Control Group" with a sample of 47 people. The sampling method in this research was taken using a total sampling technique where each member of the population was used as a sample. The data collection technique in this research uses tests, while the data analysis technique uses normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the data from the research that has been carried out, it can be proven from the results of the posttest in the experimental class which was given treatment using PhET Simulation media, it was found that the significant value was 0.005 which was smaller than alpha (α) = 0.05 with a calculated t value > t table or 2,935 > 2,014. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using PhET Simulation media on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects after being given treatment in the experimental class using PhET Simulation media and the control class using conventional learning. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of PHET simulation media on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects at State Elementary School 69 Palembang.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja pada dasarnya merupakan faktor kunci guna mengembangkan suatu organisasi secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan dari suatu organisasi tersebut. Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Agama Makassar memiliki pegawai struktural dan non struktural baik yang berstatus ASN maupun Non ASN. Berdasarkan data terbaru tahun 2022, Pegawai non struktural berjumlah 64 orang, sedangkan pegawai struktural berjumlah 35 orang. Terdapat beberapa pegawai tidak menyelesaikan tugas pokok sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma Fuzzy C-Means untuk mengelompokkan kinerja pegawai ke dalam 3 cluster. Dimana cluster 1 untuk kinerja Kurang, cluster 2 untuk kinerja Baik dan cluster 3 untuk kinerja Sangat Baik. Algoritma Hungarian digunakan untuk melakukan proses pemilihan pegawai untuk suatu pekerjaan berdasarkan dari hasil kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan 8 data sampel pegawai menujukkan bahwa terdapat 4 pegawai yang masuk ke dalam cluster 3 dan 4 pegawai lainnya masuk ke dalam cluster 2. Dari pengelompokan pegawai ke dalam 3 cluster tersebut dapat digunakan rujukan oleh Kepala Balai atapun Kasubag Tata Usaha dalam memberikan laporan kinerja pegawai kepada Kementerian Agama.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy C-Means, Hungarian.

Abstract

Generation Z exhibits unique learning characteristics, such as reliance on technology, a preference for interactive learning, and active engagement in the learning process. This study aims to identify effective strategies to enhance teacher professionalism in bridging the gap between traditional teaching methods and the needs of Generation Z. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method based on a literature review. Data were collected through the identification, selection, and in-depth analysis of 11 relevant scholarly articles. Content analysis techniques were used to categorize the data into main themes, such as digital literacy gaps, unequal technological infrastructure, resistances to change, and a lack of continuous professional training. The findings reveal that the primary challenges faced include digital literacy gaps, unequal technological infrastructure, resistance to change, and insufficient continuous training. Recommended solutions include implementing digital literacy training, developing innovative curricula such as gamification and flipped classrooms, improving technological infrastructure, and strengthening supervision by school principals. Furthermore, teachers are encouraged to collaborate through professional learning communities to share experiences and teaching strategies

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the development of student worksheet products (LKPD) using problem based learning models based on local wisdom in class IV science subjects that are valid and practical. The method used in this research is research and development, with a 4D development model consisting of (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate). The subjects of this research were class IV students at SD Negeri 92 Palembang. The results of the validity test of this research obtained a score of 83.5% which was categorized as "very valid". Then the practicality test of student responses obtained a result of 90.9% which was categorized as "very practical". So the student worksheet (LKPD) using the problem based learning (PBL) learning model based on local wisdom in class IV science subjects is included in the valid and practical category for use in the learning process in class IV at SD Negeri 92 Palembang.Keywords: LKPD, PBL, Local Wisdom, IPASAbstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan produk lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) menggunakan model pembelajaran  problem based learning berbasis kearifan lokal pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV yang valid dan praktis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes in the cities of Surakarta, Sragen and Wonogiri. This type of research is quantitative where the population in this study uses data on taxpayer compliance in 2021 at UPPD Surakarta, Sragen and Wonogiri. The sample in this study used the slovin formula calculation and obtained 400 respondents. The results of this study conclude that the Independent Variable of Taxpayer Knowledge in SAMSAT Surakarta, Sragen and Wonogiri is not in accordance with the hypothesis where Taxpayer Knowledge has no effect on Taxpayer Compliance, the Independent Variable of Service Quality in SAMSAT Surakarta, Sragen and Wonogiri is not in accordance with the hypothesis in where Service Quality has no effect on Taxpayer Compliance, Independent Variable of Tax Sanctions in SAMSAT Surakarta, Sragen and Wonogiri is in accordance with the hypothesis where Tax Sanctions affect Taxpayer Compliance, Independent Variable Taxpayer Awareness in SAMSAT Surakarta, Sragen and Wonogiri is not in accordance with the hypothesis where Taxpayer Awareness has no effect on Taxpayer Compliance and Based on the value of the coefficient of determination, the R2 (Adjusted R Square) number is 0.956 or 95.6%, this indicates that the percentage of contribution is from the Variable Taxpayer Knowledge, Service Quality, Tax Sanctions, and Taxpayer Awareness of Taxpayer Compliance of 95.6% while the other 4.4% is influenced by other variables that are not present in this study.

Abstract

This study is an experimental research that aims to examine the influence of Predict, Observe, and Explain (POE) learning strategies in the Discovery learning model on the students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes. The research design used was the Posttest-Only Control Design. The population of the study was all students of grade XI MIPA at MAN 1 Barru. The samples were students in grade XI MIPA 1 as the experimental class and grade XI MIPA 2 as the control class. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study reveal that learning using the Predict, Observe, and Explain (POE) strategy in the Discovery learning model obtain a value of 78% learning motivation, 78% cognitive learning outcomes, 84% affective learning outcomes, and 82% higher skills learning outcomes compared to learning in the control class, so it has significant effect based on hypothesis testing of learning motivation data and learning outcomes with a Sig value. (1-tailed) < 0.05. In addition, learning motivation has a correlation with learning outcomes with Pearson correlation values of 0.824, 0.853, and 0.75. These values indicate that learning motivation has a correlation with learning outcomes at a very high and faily high level of closeness. Therefore, the conclusion of the study is the use of Predict, Observe, and Explain (POE) strategy in the Discovery learning model affects the students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is development research (research and development) which aims at examining (1) the development process of chemical bond learning devices using cooperative model of Jigsaw type to improve learning outcomes of senior high school students, (2) the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of development product of chemical bond learning devices using cooperative model of Jigsaw type to improve learning outcomes of senior high school students. The development model of learning devices  employed in this study was 4.D model which consisted of defining stage, design stage, development stage, and dissemination stage.The learning devices developed in this study were RPP, LKPD, BAPD, media, and THB. The chemical bond learning devices using cooperative model of Jigsaw type was validated by two experts. After being validated, the test of cooperative model of Jigsaw type was conducted at SMAN 7 Jeneponto in class X. MIA 1 with 35 students. The results of the study reveal that the learning devices of cooperative model of Jigsaw type which had been developed indicated that the average validity was 3,75 with very valid criteria. The learning devices of cooperative model of Jigsaw type was stated as practical because the practicality test which related to (1) the implementation of learning devices of cooperative model of Jigsaw type was in average value M = 1.9 in category (1.5 ≤ M ≥ 2.0) which means that the aspect and criteria being observed on the implementation of learning devices of cooperative model of Jigsaw type is in implemented entirely category, (2) the teacher gave very positive response on learning devices of cooperative model of Jigsaw type with 92.07 %, and (3) the students gave very positive response on learning devices based on cooperative model of Jigsaw type with 92.77 %. The learning devices is stated as effective because it has met effective criteria with the learning outcomes obtained the average of 81.91 %  and classical completeness 87.50 %, whereas, the improvement of learning outcomes based on N-gain test was 0,78 with high criteria. Therefore, the result of the study indicates that the product of learning devices which had been developed is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang terintegrasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka (Kumer) telah digulirkan sejak tahun 20sanggup melaksanakannya pada pembelajaran karena pembelajaran strategi berdiferensiasi dianggap oleh guru-guru sangat rumit prasyaratnya, termasuk SMAN 11 Pangkep. Oleh karena itu tujuan kegiatn PKM ini adalah untuk membagikan solusi penerapan pembelajaran dengan strategi berdiferensiasi kepada guru SMAN 11 Pangkep yang menjadi mitra pada kegiatan PKM ini. Upaya-upaya yang dilaksanakan adalah: 1) memberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman secara teoritis, 2) membimbing merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan latihan membuat tes diagnostik kepada guru-guru SMAN 11 Pangkep agar memahami strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi atau tanya jawab langsung. Hasil pelaksaan kegiatan selama proses pelatihan pada PKM ini adalah guru mitra sangat senang dan antusias berdiskusi tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Target yang ingin dicapai yaitu merealisasikan pemahaman guru sehingga mereka benar-benar memahaminya dan menerapkannya pada pembelajaran sesuai bidang studi masing-masing. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa laporan, video, sertipikat, dan jurnal pengabdian ber ISBN.
