Abstract

The quality of education/learning is an important factor in achieving national education goals. One effort to improve the quality of education/learning is to implement effective training management. It is hoped that quality training can improve the competence of teachers and other education personnel, thereby having an impact on improving the quality of learning in the classroom. This research aims to analyze the implementation of training management in schools/educational institutions and determine its effect on the quality of education/learning. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of training management in schools/educational institutions is still not optimal. This can be seen from several aspects, such as training planning that has not been directed and has not involved all related parties. Furthermore, the implementation of training has not been effective, with methods and materials that do not suit the needs of participants. As well as inadequate evaluation of training, the effectiveness of training in improving the quality of education/learning is not yet known. The findings of this research indicate that improvements need to be made in the implementation of training management in schools/educational institutions. These improvements need to be carried out comprehensively, starting from planning, implementation, to training evaluation. By implementing effective training management, it is hoped that the quality of education/learning in schools/educational institutions can increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pengembangan profesionalisme guru dalam era digital. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, guru perlu mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan digital agar dapat efektif mengajar serta mempersiapkan siswa untuk masa depan yang didominasi oleh teknologi. Guru, sebagai ujung tombak pendidikan, dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka agar mampu menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh era digital. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Guru harus memiliki kemampuan dalam penggunaan teknologi edukatif dan non edukatif serta kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran yang adaptif dan personalisasi. Strategi pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang efektif meliputi pelatihan teknologi kolaborasi dengan rekan, dan partisipasi dalam diskusi profesional. Dengan demikian, guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan digital yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan profesionalisme guru di era digital. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Beberapa strategi yang dikaji meliputi profesionalisme guru, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, dan strategi menghadapi tantangan profesionalisme guru di era digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran penting dukungan dari pihak sekolah, pemerintah, dan lembaga terkait dalam implementasi strategi ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan pendidikan dan pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di era digital guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the managerial competence of school principals at Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Middle School in Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was 30 teachers, so the sample size in this study was 30 teachers, because the population was less than 100, based on Suharsimi Arikunto opinion, the entire population was used (population study). The main data collection technique uses a 5 Likert scale answer choice form. Data is analyzed using simple linear regression to test the research hypothesis. Based on the data processing carried out statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, which explains that there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance. This is obtained from the result of the Pearson correlation test which shows that the value is 0.512 > tubel 0.361 and the results of the simple linear regression test produce contribution Y’ = 100.242 + 0.322 X, so the results of this test explain that there is a correlation between the managerial comptence of school principals and teacher performance.apart from that, tests are carried out T-test which produced a t-count of 3.157 > t-table, namely 2.048, with a significance value of 0.004 < 5% (0.05). The results in the ANOVA table also support the acceptance of Ha, where the sig. 0.004 < alpha value or 0.05. So, the hypothesis simultaneously proves that there is a significant influence between the managerial competence of school principals on teacher performance. Calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the principal's managerial competency variable is able to explain the student learning achievement variable by 26,2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 73.8% is explained by other variables not studied. From the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that there is an influence between the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance at Al-Ulum Terpadu Islamic Middle School, Medan. This influence can be seen from the school principal in making a defined plan, making decisions, organizing the resources they have, and carrying out evaluations to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk Menjelaskan bahwa dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan sangat diperlukan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan terhadap pelaksanaan kinerja seorang, karena pendidikan sangat tergantung pada mutu pendidikan, jika guru tidak mendapatkan pelatihan dengan baik maka mutu pendidikan tidak akan berkembang. Guru merupakan aset pendidikan bila dapat dikelola secara optimal. Sebaliknya, menjadi “beban pendidikan” jika pengelolaan tidak dibarengi dengan kompetensi yang memadai. Guru yang berkualitas akan mampu bersaing dan mereka perlu mendapat pengembangan sehingga memiliki kompetensi. Masih banyak sekolah di daerah-daerah yang mengalami kekurangan mutu, sedangkan guru yang saat ini kualifikasinya masih banyak yang tidak layak mengajar. Maka dari itu diperlukan pelatihan untuk menambah kemampuan dan wawasan secara berkelanjutan. Profesi guru dalam mengajar membutuhkan pengembangan. Oleh karena itu, seorang pengajar perlu menguasai berbagai kemampuan baik kemampuan dibidang ilmu maupun dibidang teknologi dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Diklat dan profesionalisme guru di era Society 5.0 menjadi topik penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Era Society 5.0 memerlukan profesionalisme guru yang handal dalam menyiapkan generasi unggul masa kini dan masa yang akan datang. Guru harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, inovatif, kolaboratif, dan literasi digital untuk menghadapi tantangan era teknologi yang semakin kompleks. Di era Society 5.0, guru harus mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi dan ilmu sosial ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Mereka harus memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah, berpikir kritis, dan berkomunikasi secara efektif. Guru juga harus memiliki kemampuan hidup abad ke-21 dan ketrampilan digital untuk memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya secara maksimal. Diklat dan profesionalisme guru di era Society 5.0 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam mengajar. Guru harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Mereka harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembangkan diri sendiri dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sesuai perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Effective educational planning requires a data-driven approach to optimize time, resources, and decision-making. Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is a project management method that can support this, especially in large-scale educational projects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PERT in educational planning, with a focus on time optimization, resource efficiency, and data-based decision-making. The method used is a literature study, by reviewing various library sources such as journals, books, and research reports. The results of the study indicate that PERT is able to reduce project implementation time, improve resource efficiency and PERT supports data-based decision-making. In conclusion, PERT is an effective method to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of educational planning. Successful implementation requires training, technology support, and good coordination between stakeholders.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdefrensiasi sudah menjadi trend dunia,Upayanya pendidikan modern untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar setiap siswasetiap siswa yang berbeda.Meskipun konsep ini telah dipromisikan secara luas,penerapanya di kelas masih menjadi tantangan bagibanyak guru.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengedintifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan pengajaranyang berbeda dan strategi yang mereka gunakan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut.Dalam penelitian ini,kami mewancarai seorangguru dari berbagai tingkat pendidikan diwawancarai dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif.Temuan peneliti ini menyeroti beberapatantangan besar seperti materi yang lebih komples,dan kurangnya waktu.Namun guru juga mengembangkan strategi yang berbeda,seperti penggunaan teknologi,berkolaborasi dengan guru lain,dan perencanaan yang matang.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para professional pendidikan dan membuat kebijakan ketika mereka berupaya memfasilitasi penerapan pengajaran yang berbedadi kelas secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

The research was conducted regarding the close relationship between a student, namely the teacher, and his students. In the teaching and learning process, it is necessary to approach students so that they are willing to listen to the aims and objectives conveyed by the teacher. The approach process used is not easy, a teacher must master the students he is teaching and how the teacher can channel the positive impacts that will occur. In this approach, communication is very necessary. For this reason, a teacher’s interpersonal communication must be able to bring students to a critical mindset, a way of communicating with other people, and being able to master the lesson. With open communication between teachers and students, students will feel cared for and can be open about things that are considered important to discuss. In terms of approach, communiacation is very important and is even the main factor in an approach. Good communication can create a good relationship with the perpetrator. Communication aims to build relationships between teachers and students, building a sense of trust, mutual openness, and so on. Interpersonal relationships in interactive learning have an important role in increasing students enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, interpersonal relationships in interactive learning are very important to encourage students learning abilities to achieve maximum learning goals

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research analyzes the effectiveness of implementing extracurricular programs in developing students' interests and talents. With a qualitative descriptive approach and involving interviews, observation, and documentation, this research found that successful programs have clear goals, active student participation, and consistent support from parents and teachers. The program provides space for exploratory interests, builds additional skills, and increases student engagement. These findings highlight the importance of designing extracurricular programs that are inclusive, diverse, and focus on the unique potential of each student, by instilling positivity in elementary school development. This analysis shows that implementing effective extracurricular programs allows students to grow and develop holistically, including aspects of interests and talents that may not be fully explored in the academic curriculum. Extracurricular programs also help improve students' social, communication and work skills. However, this analysis also found several challenges faced in implementing extracurricular programs, such as lack of funding, lack of facilities and guaranteed student participation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the most important aspects of character education in order to improve student morale at MAS Nurul Fadhilah. This research is motivated by the moral crisis occurring among students today, which is exacerbated by the current situation and can have a significant impact on the development of character and morality among students. Looking at world developments, currently many students use technology for entertainment and have poor morals and social skills in society. Therefore, character education is very important to develop a high-quality generation and foster a sense of responsibility. Character education consists of God Almighty, obeying legal rules, implementing interactions between communities, implementing spiritual, moral and ethical values in Indonesian society. This research uses qualitative methodology. The data collection techniques used were library and field studies. Literature review was carried out by looking for credible journals. Next, case studies are carried out through interviews and observations. The informants in the research were one of the teaching staff and two students at MAS Nurul Fadhilah
