Abstract

Puskesmas in Sidoarjo Regency do not yet have facilities for monitoring LBW in real time via android either by health workers at the health centre or the patient's family. Puskesmas Taman serves communities spread across several villages with a coverage area spread across several villages. This is an obstacle for families to get access to monitor the patient's progress, because the patient is in the NICU or ICU room. Another thing is that there is no training for users in the use of telemedicine-based Baby Incubator equipment. The role of users and families of patients is very important to keep the equipment in good condition. However, operating trainings based on new technology for users have never been conducted. Efforts to solve the above problems are to carry out counselling and assistance in the use of baby incubator equipment to users including nurses, midwives and other non-health worker users, so as to increase the knowledge of officers or users which in turn will have an impact on increasing the productivity of officers or users and improving the quality of service at the health centre. The purpose of this Community Service is to increase the role and participation of Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya in improving the degree of public health in the Puskesmas Taman area, Sidoarjo Regency. The results of community service through the application of telemedicine-based Baby Incubator at Puskesmas Taman are increased knowledge and skills regarding telemedicine-based baby incubator equipment. This will improve health services, especially for babies who need intensive care. The implementation of this technology provides significant benefits, including increased accessibility of health services, speed of response to patient health conditions, family involvement in care, and efficient use of resources. Assistance to Puskesmas personnel and patient families in the form of training, monitoring and evaluation of the use of appropriate technology in the form of Telemedicine-based baby incubator utilization.

Abstract

This study examines the regulatory framework for assessing environmental damage as a basis for establishing state financial losses in corruption cases and analyzes judicial reasoning in sentencing to realize substantive justice. It addresses a key gap in Indonesian legal practice: the absence of an integrated framework linking environmental damage valuation to state loss calculations, and the limited inclusion of ecological restoration costs in criminal sanctions. The research employs a normative juridical method, drawing on legislative, conceptual, case-based, and comparative approaches, supported by primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data were obtained through a literature review and limited structured interviews with environmental law experts and practitioners. Within the normative juridical framework, the interviews serve solely as supplementary secondary data to complement and confirm the normative analysis of statutory regulations, particularly to verify the adequacy and practical applicability of the legal framework governing environmental damage assessment and state financial loss calculation. Legal materials were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that environmental damage calculations rely on ecological components regulated under the Environmental Protection and Management Law, Ministry of Environment Regulation No. 7 of 2014, and Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021. In the sentencing of Harvey Moeis and Nur Alam, judges emphasized abuse of authority, official position, degree of culpability, and motive; however, ecological restoration costs were not systematically integrated into sentencing, thereby constraining the realization of substantive justice. This study recommends adopting a unified guideline linking environmental damage valuation to state financial losses and mandating the incorporation of environmental restoration obligations into criminal sentencing. The research is limited to two court decisions and does not include a broader empirical analysis of sentencing patterns.

Abstract

The family is the basic unit of society in Islam, playing a strategic role in shaping a generation of believers and the pious. Modern challenges such as shifting values, individualism, and globalization demand a deep understanding of the Qur'anic guidance regarding the ideal family. This study explores the stories of the families of Imran and Ibrahim, which emphasize the values of monotheism, spiritual education, sacrifice, and exemplary behavior in raising children. Referring to the exegeses of al-Manar and al-Munir, these Qur'anic teachings are analyzed to build a harmonious and pious family capable of facing the challenges of the contemporary era. This study aims to describe the concept of the ideal family in the Qur'an through the stories of the families of Imran and Ibrahim based on the exegeses of al-Manar and al-Munir. The research employs a qualitative method with a semiotic approach. Primary data consists of Qur'anic verses, based on the interpretations of al-Manar and al-Munir. Data collection techniques include literature study and document analysis. The results of this study found that the Qur'an depicts the families of Imran and Ibrahim as ideal models with values of monotheism, education, and sacrifice. The interpretation of al-Manar highlights the spiritual education of the family of Imran, while al-Munir emphasizes the steadfastness of faith and obedience in the family of Ibrahim through the story of the sacrifice of Ismail.
