Abstract

Evaluation of the goal-oriented evaluation model on the effectiveness of the application of AICBT application in learning Islamic religious education is an evaluation with continuous, consistent implementation, checking the extent of achievement of goals with the application of AICBT (Al-Imron Computer Based Test) Web-based application which is specialized in evaluating the PAI lesson process which has the aim of obtaining knowledge both in knowing, understanding, internalizing and deepening the value of PAI teaching towards students. This research uses a type of qualitative research through a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in the form of non-participant observations, namely researchers make observations, unstructured interviews, and documentation with descriptive-analytical analysis techniques. The results of the goal-oriented evaluation model on the effectiveness of the application of AICBT application in learning Islamic religious education are very effective. Judging from the evaluation of PAI learning, SMK Al-Imron since implementing the AICBT application has improved very effectively and efficiently on the PAI learning evaluation process to be achieved. This is evidenced by statistical data from 2019 to 2023 today, both from the assessment of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, which have increased effectively (success in achieving goals) to the evaluation of PAI learning.

Abstract

Pernikahan di usia dini telah menjadi isu kompleks yang memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pola asuh anak. Artikel ini membahas dampak pola asuh orang tua yang menikah di usia dini terhadap perilaku anak. Penelitian ini menggali literatur terkini dan temuan penelitian empiris untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang bagaimana keputusan menikah di usia dini dapat berpengaruh pada cara orang tua mendidik dan merawat anak-anak mereka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan Hukum pernikahan usia dini pada dasarnya mubah. Pernikahan di usia dini membawa dampak signifikan terhadap pola asuh anak, menciptakan tantangan bagi orang tua yang mungkin menghadapi kesulitan memberikan pola asuh yang optimal. Dampak tersebut tercermin dalam pola asuh yang kurang baik, pemanjakan anak yang berlebihan, keras kepala dan temperamen, manja dan cengeng. Kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku orang tua yang menikah di usia dini menjadi kunci untuk mengurangi dampak negatif ini. Meningkatkan kualitas pola asuh, memberikan batasan yang sehat, dan mempromosikan kemandirian anak dapat membantu menciptakan lingkungan keluarga yang lebih seimbang, mendukung pertumbuhan optimal anak-anak.

Abstract

Fiqh Jinayah sebagai cabang dari hukum Islam memiliki peran yang penting dalam pembentukan kesadaran hukum, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Pendidikan Fiqh Jinayah yang lebih aplikatif sangat dibutuhkan untuk menghubungkan teori hukum Islam dengan kebutuhan hukum kontemporer yang semakin kompleks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi potensi Fiqh Jinayah sebagai landasan dalam pendidikan hukum Islam guna meningkatkan kesadaran hukum mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research), dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang relevan terkait Fiqh Jinayah dan penerapannya dalam pendidikan hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Fiqh Jinayah dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum di kalangan mahasiswa dengan memperkenalkan prinsip keadilan dan hak asasi manusia dalam konteks hukum Islam. Pengajaran yang berbasis studi kasus juga ditemukan efektif untuk membantu mahasiswa memahami penerapan hukum dalam situasi nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dengan menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan hukum Islam yang mengintegrasikan Fiqh Jinayah secara lebih aplikatif dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut calon guru SD/MI memiliki literasi digital yang memadai agar mampu merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar calon guru masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam menguasai media digital yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah dasar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan literasi digital calon guru SD/MI melalui workshop pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Quizizz, khususnya pemanfaatan fitur lesson. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 2 September 2025 di Kampus UIN Mataram dengan melibatkan calon guru PGMI FTK sebagai subjek. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan workshop, pendampingan, serta evaluasi melalui observasi dan angket respon peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan motivasi calon guru dalam mengintegrasikan media interaktif ke dalam praktik pembelajaran. Respon peserta juga menggambarkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap materi, metode penyampaian, serta relevansi kegiatan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi pelaksanaan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk mempersiapkan calon guru menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21 serta memperkuat kompetensi digital sebagai bekal profesionalitas mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) se-Kota Mataram melalui pelatihan bertema “Transformasi Digital Madrasah: Pengembangan Pembelajaran Mendalam (Deep Learning) Berbasis Artificial Intelligence.” Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dan diikuti oleh 35 peserta yang berasal dari berbagai madrasah di Kota Mataram. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan project-based learning yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan meliputi pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman, serta pengisian angket respon guna mengetahui persepsi peserta terhadap pelatihan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap penerapan AI dalam pembelajaran dan tumbuhnya motivasi untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memperkuat literasi digital guru, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya inovasi pendidikan berbasis AI dalam mewujudkan madrasah yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendukung transformasi digital madrasah menuju pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang kreatif, kolaboratif, dan berkarakter Islami.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in character education for students in urban and rural schools, referring to Ibn Khaldun's theory on the influence of 'umran (socio-cultural environment) in the formation of morals. The study was conducted using a comparative qualitative approach at SD QISMU (urban) and SDN Larangan Kerta (rural). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using qualitative comparative analysis techniques. The results show that character education in urban areas is more formal, structured, and based on school programs with individualistic tendencies due to the influence of digital culture, but is still strengthened through religious habits and collaboration with parents. Meanwhile, character education in rural areas is more natural, communal, and rooted in religious traditions and mutual cooperation, with the important role of Kyai and local Madurese wisdom. These findings are in line with Ibn Khaldun's theory that morals are formed through habits (ta'wid) and role models (uswah) according to the social context. Thus, this study emphasizes the need for character education designs that are contextual, fair, and aligned with Islamic values and the socio-cultural dynamics of students.

Abstract

In this study, the philosophical basis of Nawawi al-Bantani's book Uqūd al-Lujayn will be analyzed. This book places the husband-wife relationship within a patriarchal framework and typically refers to the wife as a "slave" or "captive," a description that has sparked contemporary controversy. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of Ammah according to Nawawi al-Bantani and its relevance to gender equality. Using documentation based on secondary data and literature, including books, articles, and journals related to Nawawi al-Bantani's thoughts on the concept of Ammah, as well as relevant perspectives and other sources reviewed thru content analysis, this study combines qualitative descriptive methods with a library research approach. The research findings indicate that the concept of Ammah is interpreted as protection and compassion toward wives, demonstrating its continued relevance in contemporary Islamic family law. However, the concept of Ammah in terms of restrictions on women and the symbolization of subordination is considered contradictory to the principle of gender equality. This research affirms the importance of recontextualizing classical Islamic legal thot to align with the demands of justice and harmony in contemporary family relationships

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perspective of Islamic law on the practice of cohabitation after the occurrence of talak bain kubra (triple divorce), focusing on a literature-based analysis of primary Islamic legal sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, scholars’ opinions, and classical as well as contemporary fiqh literature. This research is a library study (library research) employing normative juridical and conceptual approaches. Data were obtained through a review of classical fiqh texts from the four schools of thought (madhhab), Qur’anic exegesis, scholarly works, and legal provisions related to Islamic family law. The findings indicate that, according to Islamic law, cohabitation between a man and a woman after the occurrence of talak bain kubra is prohibited and considered unlawful (haram). Based on the Qur’an, Surah Al-Baqarah (2:230), it is stated that if a husband divorces his wife for the third time, it is not lawful for him to remarry her unless she has lawfully married another man and that marriage ends naturally. This view is supported by the majority of scholars from the Shafi‘i, Hanafi, Maliki, and Hanbali schools, who agree that talak bain kubra completely dissolves the marital bond (faskhun nikah), and a remarriage can only occur after the condition of tahlil has been fulfilled in accordance with Sharia. The analysis of fiqh literature further reveals that cohabitation without a valid marriage contract after talak bain kubra contradicts the principles of ‘iffah (chastity) and hifz an-nasl (protection of lineage), which are integral parts of the objectives of Islamic law (maqasid al-shari‘ah). From a social standpoint, such practices often arise due to low Islamic legal literacy, economic constraints, and misconceptions regarding the concept of ruju‘ (reconciliation) in Islam. This study concludes that cohabitation after talak bain kubra, from the perspective of Islamic law, constitutes a clear violation of definitive (qat‘i) religious injunctions. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance public understanding through Islamic legal education and scholarly-based religious outreach to ensure awareness of the legal boundaries governing marital relations after a triple divorce.

Abstract

As a primary pillar of civilization, education demands quality implementation. However, the reality on the ground shows the existence of various risks that have the potential to degrade the quality of education. In the context of Islamic Educational Institutions, this presents a double challenge, because Islamic educational institutions are not only concerned with technical-administrative aspects, but also bear moral and spiritual burdens. Some of the problems that arise include limited resources, where many Islamic educational institutions face shortages in human and financial resources that impact the quality of teaching. Therefore, synergy between quality management and risk management is imperative to ensure the continuity of a superior educational process. Departing from this urgency, this study proposes two main problem formulations: how to internalize quality management in the operations of Islamic educational institutions to improve the quality of education, and what efforts can be made to manage and mitigate risks that threaten the integrity of education in these institutions. (1) How are quality management-based risk control strategies? (2) How is quality management implemented in risk control in educational institutions? The findings in this study include two points: First, to create a quality Islamic educational institution, quality management must involve all elements within the institution and be implemented systematically. This process encompasses planning, organizing, and implementation. Second, to create an effective and sustainable Islamic educational institution, the integration of quality management and risk control is crucial. By integrating quality and risk management, the institution can not only ensure operational sustainability but also maintain its Islamic identity.

Abstract

The global spread of technology and Android devices has influenced the social behavior of today's children. Easy access to social media and games has made children reluctant to socialize with society; they are too preoccupied with their gadgets and spend most of their time in the virtual world. Therefore, a forum is needed to educate children on Islamic character development, one of which is through community columns. The purpose of this article is to discuss the strengthening of educational values through regular IPPNU columns in a village, targeting girls in Larangan Tokol Village. The research method used is a case study with data collection in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study describe the implementation of the IPPNU column in Larangan Tokol Village, which was attended by girls in the village and IPPNU administrators as column participants, as well as the Islamic educational values contained in the column activities. It describes the strengthening of Islamic educational values in the column so that Islamic character is formed. The koloman not only serves as a forum for strengthening Islamic educational values but also as a space for strengthening social cohesion from an early age for the children of Larangan Tokol Village.
