Abstract

Selection of suppliers of goods is the main key to starting a retail business. The market will find it difficult to determine suppliers because it will have a big effect on the final selling price. The Diva Shop is a medium-sized business that is still growing in the city. The system run by the store is still running on experience. As a store that is ready to compete, the store needs a supporting design system in determining the selection of suppliers of goods. The system is run using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. That The system that will be created uses the criteria that will be applied by the user based on the SAW method. The SAW design method uses a weighted summation method with the accumulation of various data, each value from the weight results obtained becomes the final decision. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can be applied properly and correctly to the decision support system at the Diva Store. The steps and results of calculations manually are the same as the steps and results of calculations performed by the system. For testing applications based on the Confusion Matrix method, the accuracy is 73.77% with an error percentage of 26.23%.

Abstract

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead in determining the quality of education. 21st Century Education will produce human beings who are intelligent and competitive with competence to develop themselves in the diverse situation and condition. Therefore, it is necessary to have a coaching program for teachers by involving educational institution in building literacy and numeracy strengthening by implementing responsibility that targets on the improvement of the competence and skills of elementary school teachers. Similarly, it requires full support from government programs that are carried out consistently. The implementation of free learning promoted by the government is an absolute requirement for every elementary school. The implementation of this service activity is planned through 5 stages of activity, namely (1) preparation, (2) training and workshops for strengthening literacy and numeracy which will be carried out offline by complying with health protocols; 3) assistance on collaborative projects to strengthen literacy and numeracy; 4) online sharing session regarding the implementation of literacy and numeracy strengthening for students, and (5) Reporting. The implementation of training activities succeeded in increasing the competence of elementary school teachers regarding knowledge of implementing independent curriculum learning in the high category (n-gain = 0.95). This activity produces learning products in the form of lesson plans, worksheets, evaluation materials based on literacy and numeracy by inserting an understanding of the Pancasila youth profile.

Abstract

Science subjects in junior high school contain concepts from three different disciplines, namely Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, so that these subjects are taught by three different teachers. Even though the concept of science should not be compartmentalized, but must be able to complement one another. Likewise with the skills that must be taught in accordance with the demands of Basic Competence in the curriculum. The purpose of this service activity is to increase teacher professionalism, especially in teaching aspects, especially science subjects. The target for the training is science teachers at junior high schools in Pesawaran district. There are several training methods used, namely: need assessment, information discussion, assignment method, workshops on making integrated science lesson plans, presentations, discussions and information exploration, peer teaching at the MGMP. Improvement data was measured using a questionnaire instrument, essay test questions, the Teacher Performance Analysis test instrument (APKG) given before and after treatment, and peer teaching observation sheets (with MGMP). Data on increasing professionalism will be analyzed descriptively and using the t-test. The conclusions of the implementation of the integrated science learning model implementation training are: 1) The integrated science learning model implementation training is capable of increasing teacher professionalism in the aspects of knowledge, aspects of personality and social aspects. And the highest increase occurred in the social and personality aspects. 2) Increasing the ability to make an integrated RPP IPA less significant.

Abstract

The current educational challenges highlight a lack of focus on developing critical and creative thinking skills, especially related to socioscientific issues such as biodiversity. Existing learning systems tend to center on knowledge transfer, leaving many prospective teachers feeling underprepared to foster these skills in their classrooms. This underscores the need for an effective instrument to develop critical and creative thinking skills within a socioscientific context. This study aims to develop the Critical-Creative Development Socioscientific Instrument (CCSI) tailored for assessing students' critical and creative thinking skills on socioscientific issue. This research is Research and Development (RnD) development research which refers to the ADDIE development model. The type of research used is mixed methods research with an embedded experimental model design. CCSI was meticulously validated by experts in the field, with five validators for the model and research instruments. The validation process demonstrated high levels of content and construct validity, with final percentages of 88.80% and 91.20%, respectively. The results indicate that the CCSI is "Very Valid" and "Appropriate to Use" as a tool for enhancing and assessing 21st-century skills, particularly in the context of socioscientific issue. This instrument is therefore recommended for use in educational settings where the development of critical and creative thinking is essential.
