Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi alternatif apa yang baik untuk diterapkan pada usaha minyak biji kelor pada home industri Kalimbubu agar dapat lebih berkembang. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) responden pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 orang responden, penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan bulan Desember 2021, adapun analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis SWOT ( Strenghts, Weaknesse, Opportunities, Treaths ) berdasarkan hasil perkalian dari bobot dan rating pada faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal diperoleh letak kuadran dalam strategi pengembangan usaha minyak biji kelor pada home industri Kalimbubu yaitu diagram swot yang menunjukkan posisi strategi pengembangan usaha minyak biji kelor berada pada kuadran I yaitu pada posisi strategi kekuatan-peluang (SO). Strategi SO (strenghts, Opportunities) a). Mempertahankan rasa yang khas guna meningkatkan kepercayaan dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan konsumen. b). Cita rasa untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan menangkap peluang pasar.

Abstract

The influence of computer-based interactive media has an influence on critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of physics material Elasticity. Respondents of this study were students of class XI IPA SMAN Pakusari, With a total of 76 students in Class XI IPA 4 with computer-based interactive learning with the MS team application in the 2020 school year, the research area was determined using the purpuse sampling area method. This research is a quantitative research with causal quantitative design. Data collection tools using observation, interviews, documentation and tests. Test Analysis of the instrument using: 1) normality test 2) homogeneity test. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using the product moment. Based on the hypothesis test, it is proven that: (1) the results of the 1-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis above, obtained the data sig = 0.088. Because the obtained sig > 0.05, then H0 is accepted, Ha is rejected. That is, the experimental class = control class.2). Based on the "Paired Sample Correlation" table above, the correlation value is 0.209 with a significance of 0.220. Because the significance value is > 0.05, it can be said that there is no relationship between the pretest variable and the posttest variable. Based on the table "Paired Sample t-test", it was found that the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.00. Because the significance value is <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be said that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest scores, which means that the use of Ms. Teams can improve student learning outcomes and critical thinking skills on physics material

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to outline how the Script-Type Cooperative Learning Model is used at Asembagus 1 State Junior High School to help students in Islamic Religious Education, grade VIII A, enhance their critical thinking abilities. The significance of critical thinking abilities as a 21st-century talent that must be acquired via active, group, and purposeful learning serves as the foundation for this study.Descriptive qualitative research methodology was employed, and data was gathered by documentation, interviews, and observation. The Miles and Huberman model, which comprises data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, was used to examine the data. Triangulation of sources, methods, and time was used to assess the validity of the data.According to the findings, the Script-Type Cooperative Model was implemented in several steps, including pairing up, allocating resources, assigning speaker and listener roles, exchanging viewpoints, and coming to consensus. It has been demonstrated that using this technique enhances students' critical thinking abilities, as seen by signs like explaining, analyzing, forming conclusions, and posing and responding to questions. Additionally, education promotes social skills, the ability to voice one's thoughts, a sense of accountability, and the incorporation of Islamic principles into the educational process. The study's findings indicate that the cooperative script-type model works well for developing students' religious character and critical thinking abilities. This methodology merits further development in Islamic religious education as well as other subject areas, provided that teachers serve as facilitators and that the necessary infrastructure is in place.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola pengeluaran mahasiswa berdasarkan status pernikahan dan semester. Survei terhadap 27 mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa status pernikahan dan semester berpengaruh signifikan terhadap besarnya pengeluaran. Mahasiswa menikah memiliki pengeluaran lebih tinggi (Rp4,17 juta/bulan) dibandingkan mahasiswa belum menikah (Rp1,5–2,1 juta/bulan). Beban akademik meningkat di semester akhir, sementara mahasiswa menikah menanggung biaya tambahan yang menyerupai pola pengeluaran mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Faktor utama pengeluaran adalah status pernikahan dan semester, dengan fokus berbeda: semester awal pada kebutuhan dasar seperti tempat tinggal, semester tengah pada hiburan, dan semester akhir pada kebutuhan akademik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa serta menunjukkan pentingnya literasi keuangan untuk menekan pengeluaran konsumtif. Dengan memahami pola pengeluaran, mahasiswa dapat mengelola keuangan lebih efektif, sementara institusi pendidikan dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai referensi dalam merancang program literasi keuangan.

Abstract

Kecamatan Lindu memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan usaha peternakan kerbau, ditunjang oleh kondisi alam yang mendukung serta harga jual kerbau yang cukup tinggi, yaitu antara Rp20.000.000 hingga Rp40.000.000 per ekor. Potensi ini menjadikan peternakan kerbau sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan yang menjanjikan bagi masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan finansial usaha peternakan kerbau di Desa Langko, Kecamatan Lindu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 peternak kerbau. Analisis data dilakukan melalui perhitungan kelayakan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan discount rate sebesar 6% sesuai suku bunga KUR BRI, usaha peternakan kerbau menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp2.480.888.628, rasio B/C 3,3, dan Payback Period selama 1 tahun 11 bulan. Selanjutnya, analisis sensitivitas memperlihatkan bahwa pada peningkatan biaya pakan hingga 20% maupun penurunan harga jual hingga 20%, usaha peternakan kerbau di Desa Langko tetap layak dijalankan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha peternakan kerbau di Desa Langko Kecamatan Lindu layak secara finansial serta memiliki prospek yang baik untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh belum optimalnya kemampuan motorik kasar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran di daycare sehingga permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan strategi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan strategi sensory play lompat tali dalam mengembangkan motorik kasar  anak di Daycare Thursina Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 konsep teori yaitu: motorik kasar, strategi sensory play, lompat tali. Motorik kasar merupakan gerakan yang menggerakkan otot-otot besar pada anak, menggunakan kekuatan yang besar dan mampu menggerakkan seluruh anggota tubuh (Fitri, 2019). Strategi dapat diartikan sebagai sebuah alat untuk mencapai tujuan (Widiyanti, Maharani, Abdul Malik, 2021). Sensory Play merupakan salah satu jenis permainan yang mendorong anak untuk menggunakan satu indra atau lebih seperti, penglihatan, pendengaran, penciuman, perasa, dan peraba (Munzilin, Batubara, Fauziyah, Sukaris, Rahim, 2021) Permainan tradisiomal lompat tali adalah permainan permainan yang dapat dimainkan oleh 1-3 orang anak (Roza, Hariyati, Afifatun, Sajdah, 2023) Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 orang responden yaitu pengelola daycare, tutor, dan 2 orangtua peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Di Daycare Thursina Karawang strategi sensory play lompat tali menunjukkan dampak positif signifikan pada perkembangan kelincahan, keseimbangan, dan keterampilan motorik anak-anak. Hasil pembahasan penelitian kelincahan, keseimbangan, dan keterampilan Daycare Thursina dapat meningkatkan strategi sensory play lompat tali untuk lebih efektif dalam mengembangkan aspek motorik kasar anak-anak yang mereka asuh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, ease of access, and trust on the use of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application, and to examine its implications for the satisfaction of business actors in Malinau Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The research sample comprised 280 business actors using OSS, selected through purposive sampling from a total population of 933. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The variables tested included service quality, ease of access, trust, use of OSS, and business actors' satisfaction. The results showed that ease of access and quality of service had a positive and significant effect on the use of OSS, while trust had no significant effect. Furthermore, the use of OSS has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of business actors. These findings imply that improving system usability and service quality is a priority for strengthening the policy on digital licensing services in border areas. The next study is suggested to include digital literacy and the quality of technological infrastructure as moderating factors.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses humanis yang dikenal dengan istilah memanusiakan manusia. Dengan demikian, pendidikan tidak hanya membentuk manusia yang mampu beraktifitas seperti makan, minum, berpakaian, dan memiliki tempat tinggal, tetapi juga membentuk manusia yang lebih utuh dan berkembang. Implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran pada siswa Paket C di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) SPNF Kabupaten Karawang menunjukkan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kemandirian, dan efektivitas belajar siswa. Teknologi seperti komputer, smartphone, dan aplikasi pembelajaran digital berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan adaptif. Meskipun ada beberapa tantangan, seperti ketidakstabilan internet dan rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan siswa, penerapan teknologi tetap dinilai efektif dalam mendukung proses belajar yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menggali dan memahami makna pengalaman manusia, interaksi sosial, atau fenomena tertentu. Pendekatan ini mengandalkan data non-numerik seperti wawancara, observasi, dokumen, atau catatan lapangan. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan objek atau fenomena secara rinci tanpa melakukan manipulasi terhadap objek penelitian. Pendekatan ini menekankan pada kualitas, karakteristik, dan hubungan antar aspek yang diteliti. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data berupa ucapan atau tulisan dari orang yang diamati dan terlibat langsung dalam proses penelitian.

These problems need to be resolved properly by all schoolcomponents, for example through teacher guidance. The role of the PAI teacheris the creation of a series of interrelated behaviors in a particular situation as well as the formation of morals that focus on the formation of conscience and thecultivation of divine qualities through education and teaching with varioussciences. PAI teachers have an important role in dealing with student of ense. This role is like providing advice and guidance that emphasizes the formation ofmorals and the cultivation of divine qualities through the educational process. Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy and several factors that influence it in internalizing local wisdom values ​​in elementary school Islamic religious education subjects. This research is included in research that uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers include observation techniques, questionnaires, and interviews. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained is analyzed from the stages of reduction, presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's strategy for internalizing local wisdom values ​​in Islamic religious education learning is quite varied, from the teacher's strong understanding of local wisdom itself, identifying local wisdom around, determining learning objectives based on local wisdom and integrated teaching materials. local wisdom values. Factors supporting the realization of learning that internalizes local wisdom values ​​include clear government regulations, the wealth of local wisdom in Indonesia, adequate mileage, good school principal support, and compatibility between teaching materials and local wisdom values ​​in students. While the inhibiting factors were found to be the absence of a special budget, high entry fees for cultural heritage, weak parental support, and low understanding of local wisdom teachers in Indonesia.
