Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) khususnya materi shalat dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Advance organizer berbasis teori Multiple intelligences. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus di kelas VI SDN 16 Baringin, dengan melibatkan 36 siswa. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Advance organizer berbasis Multiple intelligences dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Pada siklus I, sebanyak 19,44% siswa mendapat nilai sangat baik, sementara pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,11%. Keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan dari cukup aktif pada siklus I menjadi sangat aktif pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran ini efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang dinamis dan interaktif sesuai dengan kecerdasan majemuk siswa

Belajar merupakan proses interaksi subjek belajar dengan lingkungan belajar. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran adalah sulitnya membangun jiwa saling mengerti, memahami dan menghargai antara berbagai pihak sebagai unsur pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan urgensi psikologi pendidikan perspektif al-Qur’an dan sosial sebagai yang dipandang sebagai salah satu cara untuk memahami kharakteristik, profil belajar, dan potensi peserta didik secara menyeluruh serta menepis dikotomi keduanya seagai ilmu yang terpisah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pengumpulan data melalui penggalian berbagai literasi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) psikologi dengan pendidikan atau pembelajaran tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam pendidikan Islam. Hal ini merupakan manifestasi dari al-Qur’an sebagai sumber utama ilmu pengetahuan. 2) Terdapat banyak ayat al-Qur’an yang mengisyaratkan psikologi yang diistilahkan kepada kata nafs dan ruh. Firman Allah Swt dalam al-Qur’an mengungkap pentingnya mempelajari psikologi pendidikan dalam rangka mencapai kepribadian islami mutmainnah. 3) pada aspek sosial, psikologi pendidikan merupakan jembatan dalam interaksi sosial yang lebih baik.

The concept of student development from an Al-Qur'an and Hadith perspective will be discussed in this research. This research aims to explain the concept of development in the Al-Qur'an, the tasks of student development in the Al-Qur'an and hadith guidelines and the factors that influence students' development in the Al-Qur'an and hadith. This research was carried out using the library research method, by reading, reviewing and taking notes on literature relevant to the subject matter. In the Qur'an, Allah has explained human development, namely in Q.S. Ghafir verse 67 and Q.S. Al-Hajj verse 5. Developmental tasks, especially at school age (students) require help/family factors and the educational environment so that students are able to fulfill their developmental tasks. This is explained in the hadith of Rasulullah Saw in HR. Abu Dawud, no.495 and authenticated by Al-Alban in Sahih Abi Dawud. Meanwhile, the factors that influence student development are hereditary factors and student environmental factors. Keywords: Learner Development; Qur'anic and Hadith Perspectives.

The International Community Service program aimed to empower early childhood education by training kindergarten teachers at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL), Malaysia, to design board games that enhance self-care skills in young children. This program utilized a participatory action research (PAR) approach, engaging 20 teachers through workshops and mentoring sessions. The results revealed a significant improvement in the teachers' ability to create interactive and engaging learning activities, with self-care concepts successfully integrated into the board games. The games were well-received by students, enhancing their motivation and engagement in practicing self-care routines. These findings emphasize the effectiveness of game-based learning in teaching essential life skills. It is recommended to continue the training sessions and expand collaboration with other educational institutions to ensure lasting impact

The application of gamification in career guidance programs has the potential to change the way students view and engage with the program. With strategically designed game elements, gamification can help students feel more motivated, increase their participation, and encourage them to plan their future careers more seriously. This study aims to analyze the role of Gamification in increasing student motivation in Career Guidance Programs at the high school level. The qualitative approach used aims to explore the experiences and perspectives of students and guidance and counseling teachers in the career guidance program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the application of gamification elements such as point awarding, leaderboards, and weekly challenges in the Career Guidance Program was able to increase students' participation, engagement, and awareness of their future career planning after high school. Gamification provides an interactive and fun learning environment, which has a positive impact on students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in planning for a bright future.

The aim of this research is to find out how effective group counseling with the rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) approach is in increasing student success rates. Previous studies show that students who lack self-efficacy have a tendency to cope with academic pressure, manage assignments, and are disinterested in learning. This study looks at how effective group counseling with the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach is in increasing students' self-efficiency. The results of previous research show that group counseling with RBT is very effective in increasing students' self-efficiency.

This research aims to optimize the metacognitive abilities of intelligent deaf children through innovative learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on literature analysis and learning practices. The results of the study show that deaf children have special challenges in the development of metacognitive skills, which has an impact on their learning ability. Innovative learning, including vocational learning, effective sign language teaching, and the implementation of the Multiple Intelligences theory, has been shown to improve the metacognitive abilities of deaf children. Strategies such as the use of visual aids, intensive non-verbal communication techniques, and individualized learning approaches were found to be effective. This research also reveals the importance of the role of teachers in developing special skills to teach deaf children. In conclusion, the optimization of the metacognitive abilities of intelligent deaf children can be achieved through the application of innovative learning methods tailored to their specific needs.

This study aims to evaluate the success of students in determining career choices through the implementation of Holland Theory at SMA N 1 Padang Sago. The background shows that many students face difficulties in choosing their majors, which impacts their motivation and proactivity. The methode of this article uses a quantitative method involving 100 students. By implementing a career planning program based on Holland Theory, students are encouraged to explore their interests and talents that are aligned with six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Entrepreneurial, and Conventional (RIASEC). The results show a significant increase in students' ability to recognize and choose appropriate majors, as well as an increase in their motivation and creativity in planning for the future. Novelty This program effectively helps students overcome career-related challenges and prepares them for a dynamic job market. Technology integration through Google Sites also facilitates interactive access to career information, supporting a more in-depth learning process.

Penulis mencoba mendeskripsikan pendekatan trait and factor dalam mengambil keputusan karir siswa.Pendekatan ini sebuah konsep dalam psikologi yang berfokus pada pemahaman individu melalui pengukuran berbagai ciri atau sifat kepribadian yang dimilikinya,ciri-ciri ini kemudian dicocokkan dengan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan dalam berbagai jenis pekerjaan yang bertujuan membantu individu untuk memilih karir sesuai minat, kemampuan dan kepribadian.Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi tentang efektifitas bimbingan kelompok melalui pendekatan trait and factor dalam mengambil keputusan karir siswa.. Hasil penelitian yang relevan menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok pendekatan traid and factor secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam mengambil keputusan karir.Namun keberhasilan intervensi ini dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor seperti durasi program, kualifikasi konselor dan karakteristik peserta.Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok pendekatan trait and factor merupakan intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa namun perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi factor-faktor yang dapat memaksimalkan efektifitas intervensi tersebut.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) berdasarkan persepsi siswa di SMPN 3 Kecamatan Harau. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup aspek kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik, komunikasi, dan empati guru BK. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki persepsi positif terhadap kinerja guru BK, terutama dalam hal kemampuan komunikasi dan empati. Namun, beberapa siswa menyampaikan perlunya peningkatan dalam penyusunan program BK yang lebih terstruktur. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami pentingnya persepsi siswa sebagai evaluasi layanan BK, serta menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan BK di sekolah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan peran guru BK.
