Service quality is a service that has a characteristic quality. Characteristics of good quality include ease, speed, accuracy, reliability and empathy from service officers in providing and delivering services to someone who has a strong impression that can be directly felt by customers at that time and at that time. This study uses a quantitative method. It can be concluded that the service quality variable (X) has a significant influence on applicant satisfaction (Y) at the Bima Immigration Office. The sig value (0.000) <0.05 is seen, which means that the quality of Passport services has an influence on the satisfaction of applicants at the Class II Non-TPI Bima Immigration Office.This study uses a quantitative method. The method used to obtain data and information in this study is by using a survey method using a questionnaire. The survey method used is by distributing questionnaires to applicants at the Class II Non-TPI Bima Immigration Office. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, significance test (t-test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test).The discussion of the research aims to provide results and an overview of this research. According to the results of data analysis with simple linear regression, it shows that the variable X or service quality has an influence on the variable Y or passport applicant satisfaction with a significant value of service quality (X) on passport applicant satisfaction (Y) of 0.000 <0.05. In this study, the variable Service Quality (X1) has an influence on applicant satisfaction (Y), because if the quality of service (X) provided by the officer to the applicant is bad, it will cause dissatisfaction of passport user applicants, thereby reducing the applicant's loyalty in using services at Bima Immigration. And the value of the coefficient of determination or R square is 0.768, meaning that the service quality variable contributes 0.768 or 76.8% to passport applicant satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR),Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF)on Profitability in Indonesia with 8 Sharia Banks in Indonesia from 2016 - 2021. This study used the panel data method using the software eviews 10. From the results of the study, it shows that the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is the most appropriate. The regressionof this study shows that the variable Return on Equity, Financing to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. The variable Return on Asset has a Negative and Significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the Variable Non PerformingTo Deposit Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect. Based on the simultaneous test of Financing to Deposit Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Asset and Non Performing Financing was significant at 98.62% and the remaining 1.38% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the model. This research is expected to the Indonesian government to pay attention to the influence of FDR, ROE, ROA, and NPF on profitability in each Bank Region of Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect poverty in the city of Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis methods with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. Thisstudy uses time series data from 2002-2021. The variables used in this study are population, Gross Regional Domestic Product, inflation, unemployment, and Human Development Index in Surakarta city from 2002-2021. The test results showed that population and unemployment significantly affect the level of poverty. HDI and GDPnegatively affect poverty levels. Inflation has no effect on poverty. The implication of the test results is the unresolved problem of poverty in the city of Surakarta from 2002-2021. Policies that need to be done are to createa family planning program to stabilize the population, maximize productivity and resources to increase GDP and HDI, and expand employment to reduce unemployment in the city of Surakarta.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2022, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Central Java is 98.6 cases, while the infant mortality rate (IMR) is 8.30/1000 live births. Paguyangan Community Health Center is the center of Brebes Regency in Central Java which contributed 1 case of MMR and 1 case of IMR. One of the reasons for this is Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK), and a height of less than 140 cm, which occurs during pregnancy. One of the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR is by providing comprehensive midwifery care with a continuity of care approach. The aim of this research is to implement comprehensive midwifery care services starting with pregnant women, giving birth, new-borns, postpartum and family planning.

This study aims to analyze the Arrangement of Term Waqf according to Article 6 of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Law on the Application of the Term of Waqf according to Article 6 of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf is something that is very helpful in distributing some assets in the form of movable and immovable assets to be used as benefit and with the existence of term waqf. time expands the space in distributing part of the assets with a period of time agreed upon by the wakif and the recipient.

This study explore the effectiveness of hypnocounseling and dhikr in reducing stress in adolescents. Adolescents are vulnerable to psychosocial pressures, such as academic demands, family conflicts, and social interactions, which can have a negative impact on mental health. Hypnocounseling is known as a technique that utilizes the subconscious mind to reduce anxiety, while dhikr serves as a spiritual relaxation method that calms the mind. However, studies integrating these two approaches are limited. This study used a systematic literature review method by analyzing 19 related articles from 2020-2024. The results showed that the combination of hypnocounseling and dhikr is effective in increasing self-awareness, emotional control, and inner calm, which helps adolescents manage stress better. This approach also has the potential to reduce the negative impacts of prolonged stress, such as excessive anxiety and destructive behavior. This study contributes to the development of psychology and spiritual-based guidance and counseling, especially in the context of Islamic education and pesantren. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the structured learning approach to improve learning discipline. The design used in this study is one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 8 students of class XI IPA who had low discipline learning scores. Measurement of student learning discipline is done repeatedly before and after treatment is given to see the consistency of the research subject conditions. Testing or measurement of effectiveness is carried out using The Wilcoxon Signed-rank test then proceed to the next test that is paired t-test. The findings of this study prove that the structured learning approach is effective in improving the discipline of student learning at Sumenep 2 Public High Schools.

This study aims to determine the improvement of ips learning outcomes using the make a match learning model in elementary school students. This research is a qualitative research which is a descriptive research. The research method used in this research is the library research method. The data from this research was analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in ips learning outcomes using the make a match learning model in elementary school students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Implementasi manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatan kualitas atau mutu pembelajaran mulai dari proses perencanaan kurikulum, pengorganisasian kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum, pengawasan kurikulum, dan evaluasi kurikulum. Lembaga pendidikan yang diteliti adalah Sekolah Menengah Pertama SMP Islam Darul Hidayah Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif naturalistik, yakni melakukan pengambilan data serta dideskrpisikan secara alami sesuai dengan keadaan dan kondisi yang sesungguhnya dari lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di SMP Islam Darul Hidayah Bandar Lampung sudah berjalan cukup baik yang diawali dengan proses perencanaan kurikulum dan berlanjut dengan pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Melalui perencanaan, kepala SMP Wiraswasta Batang Kuis bersama Tim Pengembangan Kurikulum menyusun program kurikulum mulai dari program semester, program tahunan, silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, bahan pembelajaran serta media pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan selama satu tahun pelajaran. Sementara dalam pengorganisasian, pihak sekolah menyusun kurikulum yang relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional serta disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan daerah. Program-program tersebut selanjutnya diperkenalkan dan dilaksanakan oleh para guru dan siswa dengan baik. Agar program-program tersebut terlaksana dengan baik, maka dilakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi

The purpose of this research is to identify the elements of ornamental variety and cultural elements that influence the gravestones in the Passulara Konyina Kaballangan Cemetery Complex in Kaballangan Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. The research method employed is descriptive analysis, consisting of several stages such as literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing the data, this study uses morphological and stylistic approaches. Based on the research findings, the decorative motifs on the gravestones in the Passulara Konyina Kaballangan Cemetery Complex include geometric patterns, floral designs, and inscriptions in Arabic and Lontara scripts. The forms and decorative elements identified in these two types of graves indicate the presence of megalithic culture, local traditions, and Islamic culture, which have developed in the Pinrang area.
