Abstract

PTM-DM cadres have a big role in handling DM in the community. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of cadres is very much needed to help DM sufferers to carry out self-care. This is because, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Posbindu or Prolanis services were not carried out. This community service activity aims to help PTM-DM Si Manis cadres improve their ability to control PTM through education and assistance to cadres about the management of DM patients with the 5 Pillars of DM.

Abstract

Kemampuan mengecap PTC seseorang dapat berguna dan penting untuk mempelajari keragaman genetik pada populasi manusia. Sensitifitas rasa PTC penting dalam pemilihan makanan. Jenis kelamin ditentukan pada saat pembuahan. Kromosom X dari sel telur bergabung dengan kromosom seks dari sperma, baik kromosom Y menjadikan pria atau XY atau kromosom X lainnya menjadikan wanita atau XX. Suku/Ras dapat diartikan sebagai pengelompokan atau penggolongan manusia berdasarkan karakteristik fisik yang diturunkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui frekuensi tester dan genotipnya pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas YARSI Tahun akademik 2021 dihubungkan dengan jenis kelamin dan ras/suku. Metode Penelitian adalah eksperimental dengan rancangan cross sectional. Tes PTC dilakukan menggunakan lakmus PTC. Data jenis kelamin dan ras/suku diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistic versi 26 dan menggunakan analisis univariat serta analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 202 mahasiswa didapatkan mahasiswa tester sebanyak 139 dan nontester sebanyak 63. Diantara mahasiswa tester sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan. Frekuensi gen t sebesar 0,5584 dan frekuensi gen T sebesar 0,4415. Mahasiswa yang berasal dari suku jawa paling tinggi dan mahasiswa dari Bengkulu, Melayu dan Lampung paling rendah. Berdasarkan kemampuan mengecap rasa pahit (tester/nontester), jenis kelamin, dan ras/suku frekuensi tertinggi adalah suku jawa pada perempuan tester, sedangkan frekuensi terendah adalah suku Bengkulu, melayu, dan lampung pada laki-laki tester dan perempuan tester. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin dan ras/suku terhadap kemampuan mengecap PTC.

Abstract

Telomeres are strands of non coding DNA at the ends of chromosomes that have the primary function to protect DNA from damage and maintain chromosomal stability. Physical exercise will increase the antioxidant activity can increase telomere proteins, lengthen telomeres and or protein networks associated with telomere so that the telomere remains long, or stopping telomere shortening. Telomere length was also associated with age. The purpose of the research was to determine telomere length of leukocyte cells in the KONI (Indonesian National Sports Committee) athletes in Jakarta. The research method is descriptive, by measuring telomere length using quantitative PCR on leukocyte cells. Samples are KONI athletes from several sports, including men and women athletes, with ages between 15-20 years. Used a control group (not athletes) is students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of YARSI. The results showed that there was no significant difference (p 0.05) between telomere length group of athletes with the control group in both sexes. Similarly, telomere length between athlete male with female athletes also showed no significant difference (p 0.05). It was concluded that physical exercise in athletes KONI at the age of 15- 20 years had no effect on telomere length in leukocytes. The results of this study provide information about the telomere length in Indonesian athletes at an early age.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of parental attention and motivation on the mathematics learning achievement of grade IV students at SD Suster Pontianak. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach, in the form of a comparative study. The population in this study was 105 grade IV students at Suster Singkawang Elementary School with a sample of 32 students. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire to determine parental attention and motivation, as well as report cards for mathematics subjects. Based on data analysis, it was found that parental attention received a score with an average of 77.4 in the medium category, parental motivation received an average score of 64.2 in the medium category and student learning achievement with an average of 79.3 in the medium category; parental attention and parental motivation partially influence the learning achievement of fourth grade students at the Pontianak Sisters Private Elementary School; and parental attention and parental motivation simultaneously influence the learning achievement of fourth grade students at the Pontianak Sister Private Elementary School as proven by the results of ANOVA analysis with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that parental attention and motivation have an influence on the mathematics learning achievement of grade IV students at Suster Pontianak Elementary School.

Abstract

Tindakan yang dilakukan untuk merawat karies gigi adalah dengan tindakan penambalan gigi. Tindakan penambalan gigi menggunakan indeks PTI (Performance Treathment Index) yang merupakan indikator penilaian menunjukkan persentase jumlah gigi tetap yang telah dilakukan penambalan terhadap DMF-T dengan standart 50%. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak tercapainya target penambalan gigi berlubang pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Sampang Madura pada tahun 2020 diketahui PTI 0,03%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan tentang penambalan gigi pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Sampang Madura pada tahun 2020, yang meliputi pengetahuan santri tentang indikasi penambalan gigi, pengetahuan santri tentang macam-macam bahan penambalan gigi, pengetahuan santri tentang fungsi penambalan gigi, dan pengetahuan santri tentang akibat gigi tidak ditambal. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 34 santri. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengisian kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menghitung rata-rata jawaban berdasarkan skoring setiap jawaban dari responden , jumlah seluruh jawaban dari responden dihitung dalam persentase dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan santri tentang indikasi penambalan gigi termasuk kategori kurang, pengetahuan santri tentang macam-macam bahan penambalan gigi termasuk kategori kurang, pengetahuan santri tentang fungsi penambalan gigi termasuk kategori sedang, dan pengetahuan santri tentang akibat gigi tidak ditambal termasuk kategori kurang

Abstract

The application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Fiduciary Duty in Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies creates a conflict of interest. The problem that arises is the placement of CSR in the company's income statement that will reduce the company's dividend distribution. This violates the principle of "fiduciary duty". Directors of Limited Liability Company must maximize shareholder prosperity. So far, CSR is considered a social activity. To avoid conflicts of interest, CSR must be classified into a promotional account in the financial statements, especially the Balance Sheet. The method used to assess CSR refers to the effects of promotions on investors. Therefore, CSR is not separated from the account in the company's operational costs. Article 1 Paragraph (3) The Limited Liability Company Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies needs to be revised and does not refer to social interests, but the commercial interests of shareholders.

Abstract

Pruritus is one of the factors that contributes to reduced quality of life in patients with scabies, along with disease severity and sleep disturbances. So far not much is known about the molecular targets in scabies treatment. The aim of this article is to examine the potential of molecular targets for the design of treatment for nocturnal pruritus as the main symptom of scabies. Evidence in various literature correlates the incidence of scabies with a number of targets found in the skin, such as NK1R, JAK, TRPV1 and TRPA1 channels, because the expression of these receptors is very high in the skin lesions of patients suffering from nocturnal pruritus, when compared with skin that does not have lesions. . Results from comparing three molecular targets and considering the development of new therapeutic strategies with structure-based design, NK1R seems to be the most promising due to recent findings of its crystallographic structure.

Abstract

The Board of Directors is the most important organ in a limited liability company, the Board of Directors as a company manager is appointed and terminated by the RUPS, the Board of Directors can represent the company both inside and outside the court. The expiry of the term of office of the Board of Directors has resulted in the legal actions that have been taken to become illegal and the Board of Directors no longer has the authority to represent the company. To validate all these legal actions must be approved by the RUPS and reappointed. The formulation of this problem is to find out the legality arrangements of the duties and authorities of the company's Directors in corporate actions and the legal consequences of the actions of the Directors of the company are limited in corporate actions after the end of their terms of office.The method used in this research is normative jurisdiction that applies statute approach and conceptual approach. The results showed that,  The Board of Directors has full responsibility in the activities of the company, the Board of Directors is captured legally and correctly if in carrying out management and representing the company based on the articles of association and the law, institutional and operational legality is a commitment that must be fulfilled by the company; and legal actions that have been taken by ex Directors are illegal, ex Directors can be prosecuted and subject to civil and criminal sanctions

Abstract

Cross Ownership in a limited liability company known as cross holding is a condition iwhere a limited liability company owns shares iissued by another ilimited liability icompany whose shares are directly or indirectly owned by the company, and vice versa The notary as a general official who makes ithe deed of isale and ipurchase ofishares imust understand the rules related to the transfer of shares, so as not to cause cancellation of the deed by the court. The problems raised in this thesis are what are the legal consequences of the cancellation of a Notary deed regarding the sale and purchase of shares resulting in crossholding by the court, how are the legal considerations of a court judge in declaring null and void a Notary deed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal consequences of the cancellation of a Notary deed resulting in Crossholding by the court, and to analyze the judgment of the court judge in declaring null and void a Notary deed. This research is a normative juridical research using a statutoryapproach and a case study approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by means oflibrary researchin the form of document studies. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis, then conclusions are drawn using deductive thinking methods. The judicial reason for the court to declare a notarial deed null and void is if the notary deed does not meet the objective and subjective requirements of an agreement. iThe legal iconsequence iof the icancellation of a Notary ideed by the court is theichange in the status and strength of proof of a Notary deedias an authentic deed to a private deed. Suggestions from this research are so that judges can make wise and fair decisions in handling every case, especially those relating to the cancellation of a notary deed

Abstract

Land Title Certificates are proof of land ownership granted by the Government through the Land Agency to landowners, but in its development there have been Land Title certificates given to someone who is not a land owner (cultivator) based on a Certificate of Land Ownership from the Village. This research was conducted in Marisa Village and Bunto Village, Popayato District, Pohuwato Regency which aims to analyze the legal certainty of the recognition of land ownership certificates by cultivators who bear ownership letters from the village, as well as legal settlements for applications for ownership certificates obtained by cultivators who are not landowners. actually. Research This thesis is a normative-empirical legal research, using statutory, historical, and sociological approaches to examine primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained through field research by means of interviews, secondary data were obtained through library research, then the data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research show that the acquisition of land rights by cultivators as stated in the land ownership certificate from the village does not contain information as to where the cultivators obtained the land from. For dispute resolution, it must be done through the judiciary, because the land has been certified in the name of the cultivator, so an annulment must be requested
