This research figures out the characters and the messages or moral values of a play namely Lady Windermere’s Fan. The drama was designed based on Heathcote’s (1984) understanding of drama in education in order to cultivate creative pedagogy and ‘character’ building. The data was gained by reading the drama script based on existing documents. The result showed that every character has various characters and each of them is related to others. The main character has fundamentally strengthened the plot and has important effects to other characters. The moral values that can be seen from this play are that all humankind is far from the word “perfect” even if they are considered themselves as good, kind, and wise people. They still tend to have a shortage.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of changes in income tax rates according to PP no. 30 of 2020, capital structure and dividend policy on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 –2020. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 30 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 15 data from 3 companies was obtained for 5 years. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS application. The results of the partial analysis show that the tax rate and dividend policy have no effect on stock prices. While the capital structure has a positive influence on stock prices. However, simultaneously stock prices are affected by changes in income tax rates, capital structure, and dividend policy. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the high and low tax rates are not able to affect stock prices. the higher the capital structure will be followed by an increase in stock prices. While the dividend policy can not affect changes in stock prices.

This paper discusses the benefits of cooperative learning method in language teaching. The writer starts with the fact that English is a very important language in this era. In the next session, the nature of cooperative learning is presented, completed with the characteristic which are positive interdependence, individual accountability, promotive interaction, interpersonal and small group skills and group processing.The application of cooperative learning the language classroom gives some benefits. Two of them are that it is inclusive in that it accepts many different student, from the high achievers to the ‘handicapped’ ones, from the rich to the poor, from different ethnic group. They are all accountable. Besides, cooperative learning method also gives more students more opportunities to produces the target language at the same time. Yet, teachers should consider the inappropriateness of the input from the students and gives corrections in the best way.

The fact that English teachers in Indonesia especially in remote area are under qualified is not debatable/They are not only incapable of teaching well but quite a lot of them also still need help in their English proficiency. Asking them to take an English class for them is almost impossible. There must be ways of developing their professionalism while they are performing as teachers.Building a cooperative learning group for English teacher will make them improved in both the knowledge and skills in teaching because of the very slogan of cooperative learning, which is "sink and swim together". Each group will be responsible for the improvement of all members because their success is determined by the success of' the group and the group also determines the success of the individual. This movement will be much more effective if it is used as one of the criteria of kenaikan pangkat.

The process of civil servant teacher's recruitment makes a school to possibly have both, or either, qualified and under qualified English teachers. The former can observe their job as teachers well while the later might not. The case is worse when they are not only incapable of teaching well but also still need help in their English proficiency. Asking them to take an English class is almost impossible. There must be ways of developing then professionalism while they are performing their tasks as teachers.Building a cooperative learning group for English teachers will improve their professionalism, both the qualified and under qualified ones, with its very slogan "sink and swim together". Each group will be responsible for the improvement of all members because their success is determined by the success of the group and the group also determines the success of the individual. Being in this group, qualified teachers can help their friends with their experiences while those who are not lucky in terms of both English and teaching skills will benefit from them without feeling underestimated due to the individual accountability characteristic of cooperative learning.In the group, teachers can do various professional development activities. They can build a discussion group, a reading group, peer observation and team teaching, and conduct a collaborative action research. This group will work better if the head master or a coordinator keeps an eye on it. This movement will also be much more effective if it is used as one of the criteria of kenaikan pangkat.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan RME berbantuan media Adu Baku terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik dan menganalisis pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan RME berbantuan media Adu Baku lebih baik dibandingkan peserta didik yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group desain. Sampel yang digunakan 46 peserta didik dengan 23 orang di kelas IVB sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 23 orang di kelas IVA sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan pendekatan RME sebesar 49,2%. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pendekatan RME memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis. Pada Interpretasi rata-rata N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen dan Kelas Kontrol terdapat dalam kriteria sedang dan terdapat peningkatan dalam pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang menggunakan pendekatan RME dengan selisih sebesar 0,194. Sehingga Pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik yang menggunakan pendekatan RME lebih baik dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

The purpose of this study is to present a clear picture of aggressiveness among early adolescent online gamers. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data for this study came from interviews, observations, and literature review. The findings show that violent online games can increase aggression in early adolescents. Physical aggression, verbal aggression, and behavior that damages other people's property are examples of aggressive behavior.

This research aims to strengthen students' speaking skills. The low quality of speaking learning for Arabic Language Education (PBA) students for the 2023/2024 academic year shows that many students complain when they are appointed to speak in class. They feel confused about determining the material or topic of discussion or are not yet able to speak in class using Arabic. because lecturers have not implemented speaking learning using media so that students are able to develop ideas for finding conversation material and dare to speak Arabic in class. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), on STAINU Kotabumi Lampung second semester Arabic Language Education students with a total of 33 students, data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, tests and interviews. The use of caricature drawing media can improve speaking learning outcomes for students in the second semester of Arabic Language Education at STAINU Kotabumi Lampung. The results of student learning achievement in cycle I were 57.5% or as many as 19 students. In cycle II the learning completion results were 90.9% or as many as 30 students. Students feel interested when they are involved and active in the process learning. and students are enthusiastic about participating in learning because they use caricature drawing media to strengthen their speaking skills. Active student involvement will create the learning process becomes more meaningful.

Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kolaborasi antar guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka serta membekali guru dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang metode pembelajaran baru yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Palang Tuban. Tahapan dalam pendampingan ini terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, tahapan pendampingan, dan tahapan evaluasi. Semua kegiatan dievaluasi secara kolaboratif antara tim pengusul dan mitra. Hasil pengabdian berdasarkan data yang didapatkan adalah guru-guru dapat memahami tentang kurikulum merdeka 2022. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan keberhasilan guru dalam menyusun perangkat ajar menggunakan kurikulum merdeka 2022. Dengan terus memperkuat kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak, diharapkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam mempersiapkan generasi masa depan yang unggul dan siap menghadapi tantangan global.

Fokus kegiatan ini adalah mencapai tujuan program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Mengajar) yang diterapkan oleh Mendikbud Ristek. Tujuan kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai forum komunikasi dan koordinasi sekolah untuk memperkuat literasi dan numerasi di tingkat SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode studi literaturMetode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu Forum Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Sekolah (FKKS) tim kampus mengajar UPT SD Negeri Menilo dilakukan bersama Kepala Sekolah, Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan, dan Dewan Guru. Di dalam FKKS, mahasiswa mempresentasikan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) yang akan dilaksanakan selama penugasan. Hasil dalam pelaksanaan Forum Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Sekolah Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7 di UPT SD Negeri Menilo adalah pengesahan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) dalam membantu untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di UPT SD Negeri Menilo. Penyusunan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dari UPT SD Negeri Menilo menjadi bagian penting. Keterlibatan dari mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar, Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan, Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru Pamong adalah bentuk dari keterlibatan dalam menyukseskanForum Komunikasi dan Koordinasi Sekolah Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 7 di UPT SD Negeri Menilo dan dalam pelaksanaan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK)
