Abstract

Indonesia is one of the leading Pulp and paper producers globally, with an estimated annual growth rate of 3.5%. However, domestic production has not yet fully met the domestic needs and export demand for paper. Currently, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and chlorine dioxide (ClO2) are the primary bleaching agents used in Pulp and paper production. This research aims to evaluate the effects of H2O2, ClO2, and temperature on product quality parameters, specifically the tensile and tear indices. The variations of ClO2 used are 2%, 0.4%, and 0.7%; H2O2 concentrations are 0.1%, 0.2%, and 0.4%; and the temperatures used are 75°C and 85°C. The study found that the addition of ClO2 at a concentration of 0.7% resulted in the highest tensile index of 76.9 N.m/g and a tear index of 3.5 m.N.m²/g. The addition of H2O2 at a concentration of 0.1% resulted in a tensile index of 83.9 N.m/g and a tear index of 9.4 m.N.m²/g. Temperature variations did not significantly affect the tensile and tear indices, with the tensile index reaching 9.35 m.N.m²/g. The addition of H2O2 is essential as it enhances the bleaching process and improves the mechanical properties of the Pulp, which is beneficial for optimizing bleaching conditions to enhance product quality, thus meeting both domestic needs and export demands

Abstract

The presence of technology in human life gives a new color both in everyday life, work-life, and the world of education. This paper wants to examine the relationship between learning theory and educational technology by using descriptive qualitative research with a literature study approach. The method used in conducting this research is using a literature study approach where the researcher collects data relevant to the topic being researched. The results of this study indicate that 1) the impact of the revolution itself affects the world of education, 2) technology is an element of the industrial revolution era that cannot be stopped, 3) technology in education gives a new face to the existing learning process in the existing curriculum and learning tools, where educational actors compete and try to create a collaborative learning cycle between learning theory and technology-based education. It can be concluded that learning theory and educational technology correlate with the application of learning carried out by teachers and students, where learning theory and educational technology are necessary units in the learning cycle so that the atmosphere of the students remains focused on the learning taught by the teacher

Abstract

The increasing problem of plastic waste has become one of the biggest environmental challenges in the world today. To overcome this problem, the development of plastic shredding technology is an effective solution to support the plastic recycling process. This study aims to design and develop an efficient and environmentally friendly plastic waste shredding machine, which is able to reduce the volume of plastic waste and facilitate the recycling process. The research methodology includes identifying user needs, literature studies, developing design concepts, detailed design using software, prototyping, and testing and evaluating machine performance. The designed shredding machine has a shredding capacity of 50 kg/hour with lower energy consumption compared to existing commercial shredding machines. Consistent machine testing in producing plastic flakes with uniform sizes, which are suitable for further recycling processes. Performance analysis relates to machines that are able to process various types of plastic, including PET, HDPE, and PP, with high shredding efficiency. The developed plastic shredding machine is able to provide a practical solution for plastic waste management by optimizing the recycling process and reducing negative impacts on the environment. The development of this plastic shredding machine is expected to contribute significantly to efforts to reduce plastic waste and support environmental sustainability.

Abstract

In early 2025, a 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) rate began to be implemented. Although this VAT rate only increased by 1% from the previous year's 11%, it has generated various perceptions among the public and industry. The public assumed the VAT rate increase would be followed by increases in the prices of other necessities. Furthermore, entrepreneurs also felt the impact of this VAT rate increase, fearing panic buying before the VAT rate increases and a decrease in consumer purchasing power after the VAT rate increases. The government has prepared several policies as alternatives. However, are these policies relevant to the concerns faced by consumers from various levels of society. The method used in this research is qualitative with secondary data analysis in the form of scientific articles. Articles were obtained using the Publish or Perish (PoP) tool, then the articles were presented in statistical form by the researcher. Furthermore, the findings of the literature review were used to analyze government policies, namely PMK 131 of 2024 and PMK 11 of 2025. The results of the study show that PMK 131 of 2024 and PMK 11 of 2025 strongly prioritize the principle of justice in VAT collection. VAT collection on non-luxury goods is subject to a rate of 12% multiplied by 1 1/12 of the selling or import price, while for luxury goods the collection is directly multiplied by 12% of the selling or import price. Therefore, it can be concluded that PMK 131 of 2024 is very relevant to address the problem of the VAT gap in collection and the increase in the 12% VAT rate does not impact consumers of non-luxury goods. Because the final result of this VAT collection according to the calculation formula is the same as being subject to a rate of 11%.

Abstract

Most of the residents of Kamang Magek work as entrepreneurs. The type of business that is developing a lot is the production of skin crackers or known as "Karupuak Jangek" on a household scale. These crackers are made from cow or buffalo skin, which produces approximately 300 kg of crackers per household center. From these productions, a lot of used cooking oil is produced by ± 1000 L per week. One way to improve the quality of the cooking oil waste is to process it into an innovation, one of which is solid soap. Solid soap is made from neutral fats from oils that have been hardened, by a hydrogenation process, using alkaline NaOH. What's more, during the current pandemic, solid soap is needed a lot to reduce the potential for COVID-19 transmission. Currently, the community already has the expertise to process used cooking oil to be used as the basic material for making solids. These skills can become a new hobby for some people who are able to increase the selling value of waste.

Abstract

Berbagai tindakan korupsi di Indonesia dan negara-negara lain bermunculan pada setiap aspek kehidupan, bahayanya dapat menular kepada generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan anti-korupsi perlu diperkenalkan kepada generasi muda dimulai dari Pendidikan Dasar sampai Pendidikan Tinggi. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh nilai-nilai integritas, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab terhadap etos anti-korupsi pada generasi muda mulai dari Sekolah Dasar hingga Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur yang melibatkan penyelidikan terhadap 15 Artikel jurnal yang di publikasikan antara tahun 2018 Hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tema-tema utama yang sering ditemukan dalam penelitian tentang budaya anti-korupsi di Indonesia antara tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2024 adalah Kejujuran, keadilan, tanggung jawab Nilai Pancasila. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan kajian literature yaitu generasi muda sudah memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang korupsi, bentuk-bentuk korupsi. Hanya saja pengetahuan yang cukup itu belum diikuti oleh kehendak untuk berperilaku anti koruptif. Ini artinya ada kelemahan dalam diri generasi muda terkait kesadaran untuk mengembangkan budaya anti-korupsi dalam dirinya sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu diadakan pendidikan anti korupsi bagi generasi muda agar dapat membantu menumbuhkan kesadaran hukum mereka untuk berperilaku anti-korupsi.

Abstract

Pajak ialah pembayaran yang sah yang dilakukan kepada orang pribadi/badan tanpa imbalan, untuk digunakan bagi keperluan negara dan sebesar-besarnya untuk kesejahteraan rakyat. Pajak penghasilan pasal 25 ialah pembayaran pajak atas penghasilan yang dibayarkan secara angsuran tiap bulannya tujuannya untuk meringankan beban wajib pajak yang kesulitan melunasi pajak terutang dalam rentang waktu satu tahun. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah pencatatan pada perusahaan masih belum detail atau secara rinci. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan PPh Pasal 21 dan PPh Pasal 23 berpengaruh terhadap besarnya angsuran PPh Pasal 25 sedangkan PPh Pasal 25 tidak mempunyai pengaruh apapun terhadap PPh Pasal 23. Perhitungan yang dilakukan perusahaan sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Hal ini tidak sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu yang dilakukan oleh Sejanto tahun 2018 bahwa perusahaan dalam melakuan perhitungan, belum sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku karena tidak menghitung fasilitas pengurangan tarif seperti yang telah diatur pada pasal 31 E.

Abstract

This study aims to develop starch-based bioplastics using sago starch with the addition of Microfibrillated Cellulose (MFC) and Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) fillers to enhance mechanical properties and material sustainability. Sago starch was selected as the base material due to its biodegradability, while MFC derived from empty palm oil fruit bunches served as a structural reinforcement, and RDF was introduced as an additional filler sourced from processed organic and inorganic waste. The bioplastic production process involved starch gelatinization, mixing with MFC and RDF solutions, addition of sorbitol as a plasticizer, casting, and natural drying. Characterization included morphological analysis and mechanical testing. Results showed that the sago starch+MFC bioplastic exhibited a more homogeneous surface morphology and superior mechanical properties, with a maximum tensile strength of 10.6 MPa and elongation at break of 5.7%. The addition of RDF increased material density but reduced homogeneity and toughness, with fracture energy per volume drastically decreasing from 488.28 kJ/m³ to 41.15 kJ/m³. Overall, the combination of sago starch and MFC offered better mechanical performance, while RDF addition requires optimization to maintain structural integrity. This innovation supports waste utilization and promotes circular economy principles in the development of environmentally friendly materials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan pemecahan masalah berbentuk soal cerita pada materi bangun ruang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 siswa dengan kriteria 2 berkemampuan tinggi, 2 berkemampuan sedang dan 2 berkemampuan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subyek berkemampuan tinggi dalam memecahkan masalah termasuk kategori baik, subyek berkemampuan sedang dalam memecahkan masalah termasuk dalam kategori cukup, dan subyek berkemampuan rendah dalam memecahkan masalah termasuk dalam kategori kurang.
