The purpose of this study was to determine the inheritance law provisions adopted by the foster child according to Islamic law and the Indonesia Private Law/Burgerlijk Wetboek (KUHPerdata)? This research is descriptive because trying to describe or explain about the relationship and application of inheritance adopted. Data collection tools used in the form of documentation studies, because the data source is obtained from a document in the form of books and scientific findings related to this issue. In the data analysis, the method used is the comparative method. The conclusion of this study that in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) have been assigned the institution was borrowed, that is to say, the adoptive parents it does not give the inheritance to his adopted son, but he get through was borrowed as much as a third of the property heritage adoptive parents and the biological parents he remained as heir. Meanwhile, according to Indonesia Private Law/Burgerlijk Wetboek adopted child could inherit the estate adoptive parents unanimously (legitieme portei).

This article explains about ijtihad and its relation to shari’ah (Islamic law), fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and ushul fiqh (methodology of Islamic jurisprudence). Ijtihad اجتھاد) ,) derives from jahada (struggle). Ijtihad is a technical term of Islamic law that describes the process of making a legal decision by independent interpretation of the legal sources (shari’ah), the Qur'an and the Sunnah. In ushul fiqh, these qualifications of mujtahid can be summed up as (i) an understanding of the objectives of the sharia and (ii) a knowledge of its sources and methods of deduction. The "gates of ijtihad" were "closed" in the 10th century in Sunni fiqh, meaning that ijtihad is not practiced in Sunni Islam anymore. In modern application, conservative Muslims say that most Muslims do not have the training in legal sources to conduct ijtihad. They argue that this role was traditionally given to those who have studied for a number of years under a scholar. However, liberal movements within Islam generally argue that any Muslim can perform ijtihad, given that Islam has no generally accepted clerical hierarchy or bureaucratic organization. This artide explains the meaning and importance of 'urf. Urf is an Arabic Islamic term referring to the custom, or 'knowledge', of a given society. To be recognized in an Islamic society, Urf must be compatible with the Islamic law. When applied, it can lead to the. deprecation or inoperabiVity of a certain aspect of Islamic Jurisprudents (fiqh) 'Urf is a source of rulings where there are not explicit primary texts of the Qur'an and Tradistion of Muhammad (Sunnah) specifying the ruling. 'Urf can also spedfy something generally established in the primary texts. Urf was first recognized by Abu Yusuf (d. 182/798), an early leader of the Hanafi school. But it was considered part of the sunnah, and not as formal source. The important limitation in process design for agricultural products is the lack of information on their thermal properties. Although a lot of experimental data can be found, the variety of products and the differences in measurement method make limitation on the value of the available data, especially for Indonesian products. These data are required to get information about temperature change when product was processed like heating or cooling. It is worth to optimize efficiency of energy. The objective of this study was to predict thermal diffusivity and conductivity of minimmaly processed product of arummanis mangoes. The value was determined numerically with direct and indirect methods. The result showed that thermal conductivity was 0.6058 W/moC while thermal diffusivity was 1.70 x 10-7 m2/s (direct method).ABSTRAKPada perancangan suatu sistem pengolahan hasil pertanian diperlukan pengetahuantentang sifat-sifat panas suatu bahan diantaranya panas jenis, konduktivitas, dan difusivitas panas. Nilai-nilai tersebut untuk produk pertanian lokal sangat jarang ditemukan, sehingga dalam aplikasinya sering digunakan data sifat panas dari literatur luar yang belum tentu sesuai dan tepat dengan produk dalam negeri, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya bias dalam perhitungan dan perancangan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sifat-sifat panas dari produk mangga arummanis terproses minimal. Hasil studi ini mendapatkan bahwa nilai panas konduktivitas panas mangga arummanis terproses minimal adalah 0.6058 W/moC, sedangkan nilai difusivitas panasnya adalah 1.70x10-7 m2/detik.

This paper aims to describe any cohesion to achieve coherence and the intrinsic elements of a short story titled "Untuk Ibu" (For Mother) by Kusuma Wijayanti on Annida magazine. Discourse analysis is done through the micro structural and the practice of discourse approach. The results of the discourse analysis of the short story titled "Untuk Ibu" meet all the other good grammatical aspects of cohesion as well as lexical aspect. The presences of grammatical and lexical cohesion build up the short story into a cohesive and coherent. From grammatical aspect, the short story has person references, comparative and demonstrative reference, substitution of clausal, ellipsis, causal conjunction, and conjunctions of time addition/additives. While from the lexical aspect, it has reps anaphora and reps tautotes, synonyms of words and phrases with free morpheme synonym bound, antonyms type compound and opposition relations, collocation, hyponymy, and equivalency. The results of the analysis of the practice of discourse show that short story "Untuk Ibu" has the main theme of patience and compassion of a mother on her daughter. The main character is the mother and Ayu, some others characters are Mas Danu, Yu Yu, Supi, Mar, Parto Sopa and Lik Darmi. Plot is a mix that began with the exposure of problems in the form of regret the “I” (aku) figure against the behavior of naughty in opposition to the mother and then continued with the depiction of a cause of regret, and then ends with a meeting among the figures I (Ayu) and mother (advanced/progressive grooves). The background of the story majority happened at home (Madiun). In addition, this story has the first-person perspective I or Ayu and occurs in Javanese.

Entrepreneurial interest is one's desire to start trying, create jobs according to their own will without coercion from others. Interest grows slowly in a person according to what is seen in his environment. The main goal of entrepreneurship is to create jobs for yourself, which will then have an impact on other job seekers. Growing interest requires a strong self-concept and a supportive family environment, especially in entrepreneurial activities. The tight competition in the world of work causes more unemployment in society. So to overcome this it is deemed necessary to foster interest in entrepreneurship. The study with the title "The influence of self-concept and family environment on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest" aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant effect of Self Concepts on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in Economics Education Study Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali, (2) To determine the effect Significant Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interests of New Students in the FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Economic Education Study Program, and (3) To find out the significant influence of the Self-Concept and Family Environment together on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in the Economic Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali. The data analysis technique used is two predictor linear regression, Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: 1) Self-Concept (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.990> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. 2) Family Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.236> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0.002 <0.05. 3) Self Concept (X1) and Family Environment (X2) simultaneously influence the Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the calculated F-value = 34.561> F-table = 3.14 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis above, it is expected that lecturers and faculty leaders will motivate students more in entrepreneurial activities. This will have a positive impact on students. Students can study or start entrepreneurship as early as possible.

Persetubuhan adalah semua perbuatan yang berkenaan dengan kehidupan di bidang seksual yang melanggar kesusilaan. Termasuk pula persetubuhan di luar perkawinan. Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana menggolongkan tindak pidana persetubuhan ke dalam tindak pidana kesusilaan. Saat ini marak terjadi tindak pidana persetubuhan yang korbannya adalah anak. Anak merupakan bagian generasi muda dan sumber daya manusia yang potensial, oleh karena itu terhadap pelaku tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak harus dikenakan pidana yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi unsur-unsur Pasal 81 Ayat (2) Undang Ã¢â‚¬â€œ Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak dalam Putusan Nomor 71/PID.SUS/2017/PN.GSK, Nomor 149/PID.SUS/2017/PN.GSK dan Nomor 161/PID.SUS/2018/PN.GSK tentang tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak dan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif normatif, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan disajikan dalam bentuk uraian yang sistematis. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa implementasi unsur-unsur Pasal 81 Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 dalam Putusan Nomor 71/PID.SUS/2017/PN.GSK, Nomor 149/PID.SUS/2017/PN.GSK dan Nomor 161/PID.SUS/2018/PN.GSK tentang tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak adalah sebagai berikut:Unsur setiap orang/ barang siapa telah terpenuhi;Unsur dengan sengaja telah terpenuhi;Unsur membujuk anak untuk melakukan persetubuhan dengannya atau dengan orang lain telah terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu maka Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Gresik berkeyakinan bahwa terdakwa secara sah melakukan tindak pidana Ã¢â‚¬Å“membujuk anak untuk melakukan persetubuhan dengannyaÃ¢â‚¬Â dan menjatuhkan pidana penjara selama 5 tahun dikurangi selama terdakwa berada dalam tahanan, dan denda sebesar Rp 50.000.000,00 (lima puluhjuta rupiah), subsidair 3 bulan penjara untuk Putusan Nomor 71/PID.SUS/2017/PN.GSK. Untuk Putusan Nomor 149/PID.SUS/2017/PN.GSK menjatuhkan pidana selama 6 tahun dikurangi selama terdakwa berada dalam tahanan, dan denda sebesar Rp 50.000.000,00 (lima puluh juta rupiah), subsidair 2 bulan penjara, sedangkan untuk Putusan Nomor 161/PID.SUS/2018/PN.GSK menjatuhkan pidana penjara selama 10 tahun dikurangi selama terdakwa berada dalam tahanan, dan denda sebesar Rp 50.000.000,00 (lima pujuhjuta rupiah), subsidair 4 bulan penjara.Kata kunci: membujuk, anak, persetubuhan.Ã‚Â DOI :10.5281/zenodo.3470402
