This artide explains the meaning and importance of 'urf. Urf is an Arabic Islamic term referring to the custom, or 'knowledge', of a given society. To be recognized in an Islamic society, Urf must be compatible with the Islamic law. When applied, it can lead to the. deprecation or inoperabiVity of a certain aspect of Islamic Jurisprudents (fiqh) 'Urf is a source of rulings where there are not explicit primary texts of the Qur'an and Tradistion of Muhammad (Sunnah) specifying the ruling. 'Urf can also spedfy something generally established in the primary texts. Urf was first recognized by Abu Yusuf (d. 182/798), an early leader of the Hanafi school. But it was considered part of the sunnah, and not as formal source. This article proposed and explained the ?urf and its application in Islamic law, particularly under the differences among ?urf, 'adah, and ijma' (consensus of jurists). Fair or Justice comes from the word"adl" or "?qlsth " Is literally the word ?Adi" Is an abstract noun that means straightening or sitting straight^ the same or equivalent, balance is in a balanced state. While polygamy Is derived from the Greek *poly* or "Polus" which means a lot. While ??garni" of the word ?gamein" or "gamos" which means marriage or marriage. Thus, the language of the sense that polygamy Is a marriage or a marriage is much more than a wife. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the concept of Justice In polygamy according to Imam Shafi'i and how its implementation. The method used is the research library. The sources of this study Include the classics, books and other sources of internet related directly or indirectly to the subject of this study. The results of this study Is to determine the meaning of justice in polygamy. Fair in its implementation that includes fair and unseen that have been adapted to the principles of the Quran and the laws In force In Indonesia. In this case the opinion of Imam Shafi'i stated that then expanded again with the opinions of other scholars to achieve maximum results on thisstudy

Fusarium oxysporum LBKURCC41 is one of endophyte fungi which is able to produce secondary metabolites. The purpose of this research was to discover an antioxidant agent from F. oxysporum LBKURCC41extract that was fermented in Huang medium for 15 d with of corn and potato with particle size of 80 mesh as carbon sources. The ethyl acetate extract from the cultured medium showed four dominant component with retentiont time of 3.24, 3.44, 17.02 and 18.889 min. The F. oxysporum LBKURCC41 extract containing compounds with functional group O-H, C-H and C-O, and it had a IC50 value of 435,157±12,009a.

Inulin is a naturally potential polysaccharide used to produced fructose and fructooligosaccharide. Inulinaseknown also as ß-fructosidase can hydrolise inulin to fructose or fructooligosaccharide. Inulinase production fromAspergillus niger Gmn11.1 isolated from dahlia tubers is conducted using medium containing 1% inulin and 0,2%yeast extract. The crude enzyme (filtrate culture) is purified by means of ammonium sulphate salt precipitation,followed by Sephadex G25 gel filtration column chromatography and DEAE cellulose anion exchanger columnchromatography. The result indicated that the enzyme had optimum pH and temperature of 4,6 and 450C, respectivelywith incubation time of 15 hours. The Km and Vmaxs values obtained from this experiment are 20 mg/ml and 0,769mg/ml/hours, respectively. Whereas the relative molecular weight of inulinase was monitored by SDS PAGE is 63KDa.

Two types of inulinase are produced by Aspergillus clavatus Gmn 11.3 within the 3rd and 5th days of fermentation. The optimum condition of two types of immobilized inulinase is achieved using 20 grams of activated carbon, 200 meshes with protein adsorption of 96.71% and 96.19% respectively. Following immobilization of inulinase, incubation was carried out for 30 hours to hydrolyze inulin. After incubation, the proteins retained on the matrix are 66.96% of the 3 days fermentation enzymes and 37.36% for 5 days of fermentation enzyme.

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) is a plant that is widely used as raw material for making sugar and can be enjoyed directly by extracting the juice. While the pulp has not been utilized and is often disposed of as waste. This study aims to make compost using Trichoderma (LBKURCC1 and LBKURCC2) and Pseudomonas (LBKURCC54 and LBKURCC59) as bioactivators. The composting process is done by mixing bagasse and chicken manure with a ratio of 2: 1 and adding isolate fungus Trichoderma sp. and Pseudomonas stutzeri bacteria as activator with several combinations on compost media with 5 treatment. Compost treatment includes P0 (control), P1 (J1_J2_B1), P2 (J1_J2_B2), P3 (J1_B1_B2), P4 (J2_B1_B2) and P5 (J1_J2_B1), P3 (J1_J2_B1_B2). The process of composting bagasse is done in a poly bag. Analyzed of compost quality was determined based on parameters of temperature, water content and the levels of C/N ratio observed for 18 days. In this study, the use of Trichoderma (LBKURCC1 and LBKURCC2) and Pseudomonas (LBKURCC54 and LBKURCC59) as bioactivators in a mixture of compost material gave a significant difference to control at the C/N ratio with a value of P> 0.05. The highest C/N ratio is from P5 (28.43) and the lowest is from P2 (5.17).

Latar belakang : Konsumsi garam beriodium oleh masyarakat atau Universal Salt Iodization (USI) merupakan program utama penanggulangan GAKI di Indonesia. Ketersediaan dan distribusi garam beriodium sesuai SNI yang belum merata menjadi kendala tercapainya USI di beberapa wilayah Indonesia termasuk Jepara. Jepara merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil garam di Jawa Tengah. Sebagian besar garam dijual keluar daerah sedangkan seluruh kebutuhan garam beriodium disuplai dari luar daerah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan, pola distribusi dan tingkat konsumsi garam beriodium di Kabupaten Jepara.Metode : Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Informan utama terdiri dari 5 orang anggota tim penanggulangan GAKI dan 11 orang pelaku garam. Informan triangulasi terdiri dari 30 orang ibu hamil di wilayah Pakis Aji. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discusion dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan content analysis.Hasil : Terdapat 76 merk garam beriodium yang beredar di Jepara, 75 % mengandung iodium < 30 ppm. Tingginya peredaran garam ini disebabkan oleh lemahnya law enforcement di Jepara. Pola distribusi yang berbeda mengakibatkan ketersediaan garam beriodium di setiap wilayah juga berbeda. Sebagian besar responden telah mengonsumsi garam beriodium. Persepsi responden gondok merupakan dampak utama GAKI. Garam beriodium tersedia di pasar atau warung dengan harga terjangkau, rasa dan kualitas garam menjadi kendala dalam mengonsumsi garam beriodium sesuai SNI setiap hari.Simpulan : Sebagian besar (75%) garam beriodium yang beredar mengandung iodium < 30 ppm. Terdapat 8-14 merk garam serta penjual garam krosok curah dan kemasan di setiap wilayah. Sebagian besar responden telah mengonsumsi garam beriodium.

Declining population of  javan langur caused by several factors such as deforestation and forest fragmentation which are the main habitat for langurs. the vegetation composition of the langur habitat is very important with regard to the density and dominance of trees that have special functions such as tree feed sources, trees at rest and sleeping trees.  Research on Javan langur habitat had been conducted Wana Wisata Kalipaingan, Pekalongan Regency. Habitat data, as vegetation community and abiotic factor also collected. The research was conducted in March-July 2018. Tree spesies that has the largest INP value is petung bamboo (Dendrocalamus asper) followed by bendo (Atrocorpus elasticus). There are 9 spesies used as feed sources. 3 spesies are used as resting places and 1 tree spesies asa a sleep places.

Geographic Information System (GIS) on web mapping form is one of new technology in developing web applications for spatial data processing. This system, is capable of spatial data and attribute data analyzing, thus it makes user easier in using this information system. Nowadays web mapping technology not only used for spatial problems solving, but also for data analyzing. The use of GIS are in the fields of medical, politic, social, electricity, engineering etc. This research was a development of web based GIS for dissemination funding assistance for school operational ( Bantuan Operasional Sekolah = BOS) which this system was made by map server and chameleon for web mapping application. This GIS in dissemination of BOS funds program produces spatial analyzing as dissemination of BOS funding map.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki efek diskretisasi dengan metode Galerkin Semi Diskret terhadap efisiensi solusi model rambatan panas tanpa suku konveksi. Indikator efisiensi yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah lama waktu proses komputasi dan lama waktu proses komputasi perlangkah. Sebagai pembanding digunakan metode Beda Hingga. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana mentranformasikan model rambatan panas tanpa suku konveksi kebentuk sistem persamaan diferensial ordiner dengan melakukan diskretisasi pada peubah ruang dengan menggunakan metode Galerkin Semi Diskret. Selanjutnya sistem persamaan diferensial biasa yang diperoleh dari diskretisasi tersebut diintegrasikan dengan menggunakan metode Runge Kutta Implisit Diagonal (RKID). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa solusi model rambatan panas tanpa suku konveksi yang diperoleh berdasarkan diskretisasi perubah ruang menggunakan metode Galerkin Semi Diskret kurang efisien jika dibandingkan dengan solusi model rambatan panas tanpa suku konveksi yang diperoleh dengan diskretisasi perubah ruang menggunakan metode Beda Hingga. Hal tersebut dapat ditunjukkan berdasarkan lama waktu proses komputasi dan lama waktu proses komputasi perlangkah.
