Abstract

This study examines how the childfree principle of the decision not to have children can be accepted or rejected from the perspective of the interpretation of the Qur'an through the thoughts of Asma Barlas. As a Muslim feminist, Barlas interprets the Qur'an by emphasizing gender equality and individual rights, and criticizes the patriarchal bias in traditional Islamic interpretation. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, this study discusses the interaction between the childfree principle and Islamic teachings on procreation and family. Through an analysis of relevant verses and Barlas's ideas, this study shows that the childfree decision can be seen as a legitimate personal choice as long as it considers social and ethical responsibilities. This study also assesses the implications of the childfree decision for spiritual and social values in Islam, and emphasizes the contribution of Barlas's thought in expanding the understanding of freedom and gender justice within the framework of the Qur'anic teachings. The significance of this research lies in its effort to enrich contemporary exegetical discourse with a contextual feminist perspective, opening a space for dialogue between modern individual values ​​and Islamic moral principles, and providing a theoretical basis for reinterpreting the role of women and the family in modern Muslim society. Abstract

This experimental study aimed to examine the effect of digital resources on improving ESP learners' speaking skills. Using purposive sampling, 52 students were selected as participants. Quantitative data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using a paired-samples t-test, which revealed a significant improvement from the pretest mean score (M = 57.11) to the posttest mean score (M = 67.26), t(51) = 22.67, p < .00. The statistical results revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, indicating that the use of digital resources as pre-class material effectively enhanced students' speaking abilities. Qualitative findings from semi-structured interviews further indicated that students perceived the digital resources as supportive, motivating, and helpful in reducing speaking anxiety. These findings suggest that integrating technology through digital resources can foster a more supportive and interactive learning environment, ultimately promoting greater speaking proficiency among ESP learners.

Abstract

Rendahnya nalar logis dan dominasi metode pasif menjadi kendala utama penguasaan materi perkalian di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) berpendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Posttest-Only Control Design diterapkan pada 53 siswa kelas III MI Asas Islam Kalibening yang dipilih melalui cluster random sampling. Hasil uji Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dengan nilai Effect Size (Cohen’s d) sebesar 2,02 yang masuk kategori efek sangat besar. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi interaksi sosial dalam TPS dan penggunaan konteks nyata dalam RME efektif menjembatani pemahaman konsep abstrak serta meningkatkan retensi kognitif siswa secara kolektif. Implikasinya, pendidik disarankan mengadopsi strategi kolaboratif berbasis realitas guna mengoptimalkan capaian numerasi dasar di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum merdeka saat ini difokuskan untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter. Buku teks merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam implementasi kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, buku teks yang digunakan guru harus memuat nilai pendidikan karakter. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menjelaskan temuan muatan nilai pendidikan karakter yang termuat dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia SMP Kurikulum merdeka. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen yang meliputi membaca, menandai, mendata, dan mengelompokkan. Uji validitas data memakai triangulasi sumber dan teori. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yang memperlihatkan bahwa buku teks bahasa Indonesia kelas VII, VIII, dan IX memiliki muatan nilai pendidikan karakter meliputi nilai bersahabat, kreatif, toleransi, cinta damai, peduli lingkungan, peduli sesama, disiplin, kerja keras, pantang menyerah, menghargai prestasi, menadiri, religius, rasa ingin tahu, gemar membaca, dan cinta tanah air yang ditemukan dalam beragam bentuk, seperti dalam intruksi, karya fiksi, maupun dalam jenis-jenis teks lainnya. Nilai-nilai tersebut selaras dengan profil pelajar Pancasila seperti beriman dan bertaqwa pada Tuhan, berakhlak mulia, dan berkebhinekaan global. Dengan adanya muatan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia yang selaras dengan profil pelajar Pancasila, guru diharapkan mampu untuk berinovasi dalam upaya pengembangan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus causes high blood sugar levels due to pancreatic metabolic disorders. Noni fruit (Morinda Citrifolia L.) with xeronine content is used. This study created a New Drug Delivery System (NDDS) based on nanophytosomes to overcome blood glucose metabolism problems. Nanophytosomes encapsulate active substances from plant extracts (phytoconstituents) with lipids or phospholipids such as phosphatidylcholine for easier absorption and use. This study examined the formulation results and the effects of cholesterol on noni fruit extract nanophytosomes. This study used a quasi-experimental design, one group posttest. Thin film hydration was used to create nanophytosomes with different cholesterol contents from noni fruit extract. The research formula meets the requirements with particle size results of 271.3-501.3 nm (p-0.24), polydispersity index of 0.614-1.902 nm (p-0.947), zeta potential -10.8 - (-21.7) mv (p-0.998), adsorption efficiency of 70.83%-92.66% (p-1.000), and non-spherical surface morphology. The evaluation results show that F2 with a cholesterol concentration of 1.5 g is a good formula because it has an adsorption efficiency of 92.66% and a fine particle size.

Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Usia anak dibawah lima tahun seringkali disebut masa emas tumbuh kembang anak. Pada masa emas tumbuh kembang perlu didukung dengan status gizi yang baik. Kesehatan mental ibu dapat memengaruhi status gizi balita yang terlihat pada perilaku pengasuhannya yaitu praktik pemberian makanan, perilaku menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara kesehatan mental ibu dengan status gizi balita di kecamatan Seberang Ulu 1.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang berjumlah 112 responden.Hasil: Terdapat 12 responden (38,7%) ibu dengan kesehatan mental yang buruk memiliki anak dengan status gizi yang tidak normal. Sementara pada status pemberian ASI terdapat 4 (36,4%) ibu yang tidak memberikan anaknya ASI dan status gizi anak tidak normal. Variabel berat badan lahir menunjukkan 2 (28,6%) anak yang lahir dengan berat badan rendah memiliki status gizi yang tidak normal. Kemudian variabel pekerjaan ibu sebanyak 16 (38,1%) ibu bekerja memiliki anak dengan status gizi yang tidak normal.Simpulan: Secara statistik tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kesehatan mental ibu dengan status gizi balita. Karena kesehatan mental ibu merupakan faktor tidak langsung yang memengaruhi status gizi balita.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi Generative AI di kalangan siswa SMA yang berpotensi memengaruhi kemandirian belajar, sehingga perlu dikaji hubungan antara perceived usefulness dan cognitive offloading terhadap self-regulated learning guna memastikan pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut tetap mendukung kemampuan belajar yang efektif dan bertanggung jawab. Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI), khususnya Generative AI, telah mengubah cara siswa mengakses informasi dan menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Penggunaan teknologi tersebut tidak hanya berkaitan dengan efisiensi belajar, tetapi juga berpotensi memengaruhi kemandirian belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan Perceived Usefulness dan Cognitive Offloading dengan Self-Regulated Learning pada siswa kelas XII pengguna Generative AI di SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Randudongkal, dengan sampel berjumlah 177 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket skala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan Self-Regulated Learning (t = 7,787; p < 0,05), sedangkan Cognitive Offloading tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (t = 0,232; p > 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berhubungan signifikan dengan Self-Regulated Learning dengan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,308. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan teknologi berperan dalam mendukung kemandirian belajar siswa, sementara Cognitive Offloading lebih berfungsi sebagai strategi efisiensi kognitif dalam pemanfaatan teknologi.

Abstract

Arabic language learning plays an important role in Islamic-based educational institutions in Indonesia because it is closely related to religious practices and Islamic knowledge. However, the implementation of Arabic language learning at the elementary school level often faces various challenges that affect the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to identify the challenges encountered in Arabic language learning at the elementary level and to analyze the strategies used by teachers to address these challenges. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach and was conducted at SDIT Robbani Singosari Malang. Data were collected through interviews and classroom observations involving an Arabic language teacher. The data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the challenges in Arabic language learning arise from both linguistic and non-linguistic factors, such as students’ ability to read Hijaiyah letters, differences in educational background, and low learning interest. To overcome these challenges, teachers apply several strategies including the singing method, peer tutoring, and the use of pocket dictionaries to support vocabulary learning. These strategies help create a more engaging learning environment and improve students’ participation in the classroom. The results of this study highlight the importance of varied and interactive teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of Arabic language learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) in improving the performance of early childhood education institutions in the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD) at UIN Raden Fatah. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed through data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation involving program leaders, lecturers, and educational staff. The results indicate that the implementation of management functions has been carried out systematically: planning includes the formulation of vision and mission as well as structured work programs; organizing is conducted through a clear division of tasks; the implementation of academic and non-academic activities is relatively in accordance with the plan despite some technical constraints; and controlling is conducted through periodic evaluations. This effective implementation contributes to improving learning quality, educators’ professionalism, and institutional management effectiveness. Therefore, continuous optimization of management functions is the key to improving the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and practical Truth or Dare game for Pancasila Education learning in the fifth grade at SD Negeri 37 Lubuklinggau. The research method used R&D with the ADDIE model. The results showed that the developed product was "Valid" with a score of 0.92, categorized as very high. The practicality assessment sheet analysis by educators and students met the "Practical" criteria, earning an 83.52% score and being categorized as very practical. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the Truth or Dare game for Pancasila Education learning in fifth grade at SD Negeri 37 Lubuklinggau is proven valid and practical, making it suitable for use in Pancasila Education learning in fifth grade at SD Negeri 37 Lubuklinggau.   Keywords: Truth or Dare Game, Pancasila Education, Development, Elementary School
