Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar curriculum is a new education policy in Indonesia that gives greater autonomy to schools. Its successful implementation depends on the leadership of the principal, in which the democratic leadership style is considered effective. This study aims to explore in depth the application of the principal's democratic leadership style in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. Qualitative research with case studies at SMK Aviation PBD using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out inductively by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that school principals apply a democratic leadership style by involving stakeholders, giving teachers space to innovate, and facilitating collaboration between teachers. This creates a participatory and collaborative climate that supports curriculum implementation. However, challenges such as teacher resistance, lack of facilities, and lack of parental understanding were also found.

Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: 1) Memudahkan siswa dalam belajar membaca dan memahami Al-Qur’an guna hasil maksimal; 2) Meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan anak-anak dalam membaca Al-Quran; 3) Memberdayakan organisasi IPNU dan IPPNU untuk pengabdian masyarakat dan persiapan jangka panjang lembaga TPQ; 4) Membudayakan membaca Al-Qur’an sebagai wadah meminimalisir pengaruh buruk eraglobalisasi dan perkembangan IT yang sangat pesat, telah sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN dan dosen DPL yang sudah memiliki basic pengajaran terkait program mengaji menggunakan metode iqro’. Pendampingan program mengaji menggunakan metode iqro’ (tingkat dasar) pada anak-anak melalui pemberdayaan IPNU dan IPPNU di Desa Kenongo disambut baik dari berbagai kalangan baik dari pihak pengurus TPQ ataupun pihak IPNU dan IPPNU, dengan adanya kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi tersebut banyak memberikan dampak positif dan bisa meminimalisir permasalahan yang ada di lapangan khususnya terkait kekurangan pengajar.

Abstract

This research is based on problems related to the application of a contextual learning model based on Islamic values to improve students' religious attitudes which have not been maximally carried out so far. The research objective was to find a valid, effective, and practical learning model to improve students' religious attitudes. The methodology used is the Plomp model of research and development (R & D). The research subjects were students of class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Medan City, while the object of this study was the development of a contextual learning model based on Islamic values in fostering students' religious attitudes. The products produced are model books, lesson plans, teacher books, student books, and LAS, the entire product has been validated by design experts, material experts, and linguists then continued with field testing so that it is suitable for use. The research findings show: the product of the contextual learning model based on Islamic values that are produced is valid based on expert validation, has a level of practicality and effectiveness in increasing students' religious attitudes, the ability of teachers to manage learning is a good category and student learning activities during the learning process have increased. The study concludes that the resulting learning model product is valid based on expert validation, has a level of practicality and effectiveness to improve students' religious attitudes. used as a reference for developing a more comprehensive Civic Education learning model.Keywords: Contextual, Citizenship Education Based on Islamic Values

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran naratif eksperensial untuk meningkatkan karakter di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Kota Medan. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 orang siswa dan 1 orang guru kelas yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran naratif eksperensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1) karakter yang tampak melalui pembelajaran naratif eksperensial adalah karakter jujur, berani, tegas, nasionalisme dan peduli sosial. 2) pembelajaran naratif eksperensial mampu meningkatkan karakter siswa di SDN Kota Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh signifikan metode demonstrasi berbantuan video terhadap minat belajar PPKn siswa kelas V; (2) Pengaruh signifikan metode demonstrasi berbantuan video terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V; (3) Pengaruh signifikan metode demonstrasi berbantuan video terhadap minat dan hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V MI Teladan Guppi Kecamatan Padang Hilir Kota Tebing Tinggi yang berjumlah 44 siswa, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V-A yang berjumlah 22 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan Kelas V-B yang berjumlah 22 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Anava dua jalur yang dapat dilihat pada hasil Test of Between-Subjects Effects menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1)  Ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode demonstrasi berbantuan video terhadap minat belajar PPKn siswa kelas V di MI Teladan Guppi. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai 𝐹h𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 = 12,420 > 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 2,144; (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode demonstrasi berbantuan video terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V di MI Teladan Guppi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilaisignifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai 𝐹h𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑛𝑔 sebesar 78,871> 𝐹𝑡𝑎𝑏𝑒𝑙 = 2,144; (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode demonstrasi berbantuan video terhadap minat belajar dan hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V MI Teladan Guppi. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga 𝐻0 ditolak dan 𝐻1 diterima. Terdapat interaksi sertaa pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Demonstrasi berbantuan video dan minat belajar siswa dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar PPKn pada  siswa kelas V

Abstract

Minyak goreng merupakan salah satu bahan pokok yang penting dalam masyarakat, akan tetapi akhir ini mulai langka di pasaran. Sehingga masyarakat mulai mengolah minyak goreng secara mandiri, salah satu hal kritis dalam pengolahan ini adalah degumming yaitu ketersedian asam phosfat di masyarakat. Sehingga diperlukan alternatif lain yaitu penggunaan ekstrak Baccaurea lanceolata. Hal inilah yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu mencari alternatif pengganti asam phosfat yang ada dilingkungan sekitar. Metode penelitian ini dimulai dengan ekstraksi buah B.lanceolata. Ekstraksi ini dengan cara buah diblender dan dilakukan pemerasan. Ekstrak ini yang dipergunakan dalam degumming CPO. Hasil dari penelitian ini  adalah analisis kandungan FFA, nilai DOBI dan Bilangan peroksida. Setelah penambahan ekstrak B.lanceolata  terjadi perubahan nilai FFA dan bilangan peroksida, sedangkan nilai DOBI tidak berubah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ekstrak B.lanceolata dapat dipergunakan sebagai alternatif dalam proses degumming.

Abstract

The cognitive learning outcomes of 10th-grade students at SMA Islam Malang regarding the concept of viruses are low. This is due to the perception among students that the virus concept is difficult to grasp, and the learning methods employed tend to be monotonous. Consequently, the aim of this study is to develop and assess the effectiveness of 'Virulent Attack' - a role-playing learning media adapted from the popular game Werewolf - in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of high school students in understanding the virus concept. Following the ADDIE development model, the study involved 29 X-D students from SMA Islam Malang who had no prior knowledge of the virus concept. The validation test was conducted by three experts (one material expert, one media expert, and one biology teacher) using a validation sheet questionnaire. The practicality test was carried out by students during the trial stages, and one educational practitioner provided feedback through a response questionnaire. The effectiveness test was evaluated by comparing students' pretest and posttest scores on cognitive learning outcomes, which were analyzed using the N-Gain score criteria. The findings indicate that 'Virulent Attack' is highly valid (material expert: 100%, media expert: 94.64%, biology teacher: 96.68%), practical (average score: 90.58%), and moderately effective in improving cognitive outcomes (N-Gain score: 0.66, effectiveness: 66.55%). Importantly, the game provided a positive learning experience, increased motivation, and facilitated a deeper conceptual understanding, suggesting its potential application in real-world educational contexts. These findings not only highlight the value of role-playing games in educational settings but also have practical implications for incorporating such media into biology curricula to enhance engagement and understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh guru milenial dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber literatur untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan dalam paradigma pembelajaran, tuntutan baru terhadap peran guru, dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru milenial dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru milenial dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, termasuk kemampuan untuk mengadaptasi diri terhadap perubahan teknologi, mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, dan memastikan kualitas pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi saat ini. Namun, terdapat juga peluang besar bagi guru milenial untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mereka melalui kolaborasi dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan seperti Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguasaan teknologi, kompetensi kepemimpinan yang adaptif, dan kolaborasi antar guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan dalam era milenial. Dengan upaya yang tepat, guru milenial dapat memainkan peran yang penting dalam membentuk generasi masa depan yang mampu bersaing dalam era globalisasi.

Abstract

The new paradigm in Civic Education (PKn) learning in elementary schools is very important in shaping students' character in the digital era. This study aims to evaluate how innovative approaches and methods in PKn learning can create students who have integrity, ethics, and adequate digital skills. Through literature studies and empirical data analysis from several elementary schools in Indonesia, it was found that technology integration in PKn learning can increase student interest and engagement. Project-based learning, the use of interactive digital media, and internet-based educational applications are important tools in this process. Approaches that emphasize collaboration, critical discussion, and self-reflection have also proven effective in instilling citizenship values ??and digital ethics. The results of this study indicate that by adopting a new paradigm that is adaptive to technological developments, PKn learning in elementary schools is not only able to shape good student character, but also prepare them to become smart and responsible citizens in the digital era. These findings provide important implications for curriculum development and educational practices in elementary schools, especially in facing the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital era.
