Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan hasil belajar di SD Negeri 04 Pandan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 29 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GLS di SD Negeri 04 Pandan meliputi pembiasaan membaca sebelum pelajaran, penggunaan sudut baca, dan penyediaan perpustakaan. GLS juga meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik, terbukti dari banyaknya kunjungan ke perpustakaan dan minat membaca di rumah. Selain itu, GLS berpengaruh pada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik, dengan rata-rata nilai meningkat pada setiap bab pembelajaran. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa GLS efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan hasil belajar di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, Minat Baca, Hasil BelajarABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) to increase reading interest and learning outcomes at SD Negeri 04 Pandan. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of 29 students. Data was collected through interviews and documentation studies, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that GLS at SD Negeri 04 Pandan includes the habit of reading before lessons, the use of reading corners, and the provision of a library. GLS also increases students' interest in reading, as evidenced by the number of visits to the library and interest in reading at home. Apart from that, GLS has an effect on improving student learning outcomes, with the average score increasing in each learning chapter. This proves that GLS is effective in increasing reading interest and learning outcomes at school.Keywords: School Literacy Movement, Interest in Reading, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan pada zaman teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Literasi digital menjadi salah satu kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh para guru dalam menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Literasi digital mencakup keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi, memproses informasi digital, dan berkomunikasi melalui media digital. Di sisi lain, filosofi pendidikan yang dipegang oleh guru juga memainkan peran penting dalam bagaimana mereka mendekati pembelajaran, termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital.Artikel ini akan mengeksplorasi apakah filosofi pendidikan yang dianut oleh guru mempengaruhi literasi digital mereka, dengan melihat efek mediasi dari resistensi terhadap perubahan. Apakah guru dengan filosofi pendidikan yang lebih terbuka terhadap pembelajaran konstruktivis lebih mudah menerima dan meningkatkan literasi digital mereka? Digital literacy is one of the important skills that teachers must have in facing the challenges of the 21st century. On the other hand, the educational philosophy held by teachers also plays an important role in how they approach learning, including the use of digital technology. This article will explore whether the educational philosophy held by teachers influences their digital literacy, by looking at the mediating effect of resistance to change. Are teachers with an educational philosophy that is more open to constructivist learning more receptive to and improving their digital literacy? Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman guru dalam menerapkan filosofi konstruktivisme pada pembelajaran daring, dengan fokus pada interpretasi, adaptasi, dan tantangan implementasinya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, penelitian menganalisis publikasi ilmiah dari tahun 2015-2024 melalui berbagai database akademik terpercaya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru mengembangkan interpretasi baru tentang "konstruktivisme digital" yang mengintegrasikan teknologi sebagai alat kognitif dalam konstruksi pengetahuan. Meski menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan interaksi sosial dan kesenjangan digital, guru berhasil mengembangkan strategi inovatif melalui kombinasi pembelajaran sinkron-asinkron dan pemanfaatan tools digital kolaboratif. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi perlunya pergeseran paradigma dari penyampaian konten digital menuju fasilitasi konstruksi pengetahuan digital yang bermakna, serta pengembangan ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif. Kata Kunci: konstruktivisme digital, pembelajaran daring, pengalaman guruABSTRACTThis research explores teachers' experiences in implementing constructivist philosophy in online learning, focusing on interpretation, adaptation, and implementation challenges. Using a qualitative approach with library research methods, the study analyzes scientific publications from 2015-2024 through various trusted academic databases. The findings reveal that teachers have developed new interpretations of "digital constructivism" that integrate technology as cognitive tools in knowledge construction. Despite challenges such as limited social interaction and digital divide, teachers successfully developed innovative strategies through combinations of synchronous-asynchronous learning and utilization of collaborative digital tools. This research identifies the need for a paradigm shift from digital content delivery towards meaningful digital knowledge construction facilitation, as well as the development of sustainable and adaptive digital learning ecosystems.Keywords: digital constructivism, online learning, teacher experience

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran penting filsafat pendidikan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Filosofi pendidikan menganggap pendidikan sebagai sebuah proses perlunya memanusiakan siswa agar mereka dapat merealisasikan potensi yang ada pada diri manusia itu sendiri. Perkembangan teknologi memaksa setiap siswa untuk lebih mengembangkan potensi mereka ke arah penggunaan teknologi. Penting bagi guru untuk memikirkan cara inovatif di mana pembelajaran dapat dilakukan baik untuk meningkatkan afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik siswa. Dalam era digital saat ini, digitalisasi dalam pembelajaran menjadi kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses Pendidikan yang ada. Abstract

Background Digital transformation in inclusive schools is a strategic step To upgrade the quality of educational human resources. By utilizing technology effectively, schools can create learning environments that are more inclusive and adaptive to the needs of all students. Purpose This study aims to explore how digital transformation impacts the development of human resources (HR) in inclusive schools. Design/method/approach Utilizing a qualitative approach through literature review, this research synthesizes data from recent journals, books, and articles published between 2014 and 2024. Results The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances HR development by providing interactive and adaptive training methods such as e-learning platforms and simulation tools, which are crucial for improving the skills of educators in inclusive settings. Additionally, digital tools facilitate flexible learning and better communication between teachers, students, and parents, thus supporting a more inclusive educational environment. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient training, and regional disparities need to be addressed to fully realize the benefits of digital transformation. Contribution/value The study highlights that while digital transformation offers substantial improvements in teaching and HR development, ongoing support and resource allocation are essential for overcoming existing obstacles and maximizing its positive impact on inclusive education.

Abstract

Background: PAUD Tunas Harapan, an early childhood education center, faces challenges in improving educational quality through the accreditation process, which relies heavily on group dynamics and teamwork among educators and staff. Ineffective team coordination often hinders the institution from meeting required standards. Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of group behavior and teamwork on accreditation quality at PAUD Tunas Harapan and to identify factors and strategies that support the team’s success in achieving accreditation standards. Design/method/approach: A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews and observations with the school principal, teachers, and accreditation assessors. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns in group behavior and team dynamics. Results: The findings reveal that structured communication, collaborative leadership, regular evaluations, and a shared vision are key factors in improving accreditation quality. Effective coordination and collaboration were shown to help overcome challenges and enhance team productivity. Contribution/value: This study contributes insights into the application of group dynamics and teamwork theories in early childhood education settings. The recommendations provided may assist PAUD and similar institutions in improving accreditation quality through more adaptive and collaborative team strategies.

Abstract

The improvement of teacher performance in elementary schools is the focus of this study, which seeks to identify and prove the significant relationship between academic supervision by the principal and the enhancement of teaching effectiveness. The study involved 17 teachers from SD Negeri 51 Sungai Kunyit in the Sekadau Hilir District of Sekadau Regency, West Kalimantan Province, and employed a questionnaire instrument based on a Likert scale, using a quantitative approach and survey method. With a significance value of 0.000 ( 0.005) and a correlation of 65.2%, the results of the linear regression analysis revealed that academic supervision by the principal significantly influenced teacher performance. Improving teacher performance can be achieved through effective academic supervision, as emphasized by these findings. To improve the teaching process, support teachers' professional development, and enhance the quality of school programs and student achievements, it is recommended that principals strengthen their qualifications and supervisory competencies to provide more comprehensive guidance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the principal's transactional leadership towards teacher professionalism at SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. The form of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. There were 9 participants in this research, namely 5 men and 4 women. The participants/subjects of this research consisted of 1 male principal, 1 male principal, 2 female deputy principals, 3 male subject teachers, 2 male subject teachers. female lessons. All subjects are elements of school leadership and are intensely involved in the principal's transactional leadership towards teacher professionalism. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process implements the Miles and Hubarman model, namely data analysis is carried out sequentially starting from data reduction, data exposure, and verification or conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation. The main findings in this research show that: warning or punishment for the principal's transactional leadership schools regarding the professionalism of teachers at SMPIT Al-mumtaz Pontianak, there were light, medium and serious violations. The implication is that schools implement the principal's transactional leadership towards teacher professionalism at SMPIT Al Mumtaz Pontianak to the maximum and continuous improvement can be made.Keywords: Transactional Leadership, Teacher ProfessionalismAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan Transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap Profesionalisme Guru di SMPIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang yaitu 5 orang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 4 orang berjenis perempuan. Partisipan/subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 orang Yayasan berjenis kelamin laki-laki,1 orang kepala sekolah berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 2 orang wakil kepala sekolah berjenis kelamin perempuan, 3 orang guru mata pelajaran berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 2 orang guru mata pelajaran berjenis kelamin perempuan. Semua subjek merupakan unsur pimpinan sekolah dan terlibat intens dalam kepemimpinan Transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data mengimplementasikan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu analisis data dilakukan secara berurutan yang dimulai dari reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan verifikasi atau simpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: peringatan atau hukuman kepemimpian transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru di SMPIT Al-Mumtaz pontianak, dilakukan ada pelanggaran ringan, sedang dan berat. Implikasinya adalah sekolah dengan mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan transaksional kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru di SMPIT Al Mumtaz Pontianak secara maksimal dan dapat dilakukan perbaikan secara terus menerus.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Profesionalisme Guru

Abstract

 This research aims to describe the function of boarding school management in the aspects of planning, organizing, monitoring and reporting in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya.Data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis model with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The research findings of boarding school management at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya in aspect 1) planning show that the annual work plan and financing plan are the implementation of the institution's vision, mission and objectives containing efforts to increase teacher pedagogical competence. 2) The organizational aspect is that the Institution has an organizational structure, a Decree and a schedule of activity programs that describes efforts to increase teacher pedagogical competence. 3) Controlling includes routine monitoring and evaluation activities 4) Reporting aspects in the form of activity and financial reports which are made routinely after activities are completed and submitted to related parties                   Keywords: Total Quality Management, School Quality    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan fungsi manajemen boarding school pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan dan pelaporan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya. Abstract

 This study aims to determine the influence of personality and problem-solving ability on leadership quality. Through a quantitative correlational approach with a sample of teachers and principals in Singkawang City, it was found that aspects of personality referring to the five big personalities have a positive effect on leadership quality, but aspects of emotional stability are not significant on leadership quality. Aspects of problem-solving ability with creative problem-solving steps are significant on leadership quality. Personality and problem-solving ability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on leadership quality. The importance of the concept of Asset-based thinking as an approach that focuses on the strengths possessed by leaders to achieve better leadership quality. Further research is expected to explore other aspects of leadership in more depth.Keywords: Personality, Problem-Solving, Leadership  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel guru dan kepala sekolah di Kota Singkawang, ditemukan bahwa aspek kepribadian yang mengacu pada lima kepribadian besar berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan, namun aspek stabilitas emosi tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan. Aspek kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan langkah pemecahan masalah yang kreatif signifikan terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan. Kepribadian dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan. Pentingnya konsep pemikiran berbasis Aset (Asset-based thinking) sebagai pendekatan yang berfokus pada kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh pemimpin untuk mencapai kualitas kepemimpinan yang lebih baik.
