Abstract

Akun belajar.id merupakan platform yang memungkinkan guru untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan akun belajar.id dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDN jagaraga. Jenis penelitian   ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru-guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan  Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang berjumlah 56 orang guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1. Ada pengaruh penggunaan akun belajar.id terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  nilai t hitung variabel Akun belajar.id, sebesar 0,115 lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (5%), serta memiliki 56,31%   pengaruhnya cukup efektif terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan Kabupaten Lombok Barat. 2. Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan  Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil menunjukkan nilai t hitung   variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 0,76 lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (5%),  serta memiliki 60,95%  pengaruhnya cukup efektif terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan  Kabupaten Lombok Barat. 3. Ada pengaruh penggunaan akun belajar.id dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan  Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil menunjukkan variabel Akun belajar.id, nilai t hitung sebesar 0,115 dan motivasi kerja, sebesar 0,76 lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05 (5%),  serta memiliki ngain persen 61,04%  pengaruhnya cukup efektif terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuripan  Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan siswa kelas V SDN 11 Cakranegara dalam menulis kalimat majemuk berkonjungsi serta menganalisis strategi guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Jumlah siswa 28 yang terdiri dari 16 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan, terdapat 8 orang siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membedakan kalimat tunggal dan kalimat majemuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa meliputi: menulis kalimat majemuk berkonjungsi (28,6%), membedakan kalimat tunggal dan majemuk (21,4%), menentukan jenis kalimat majemuk (25%), dan menggunakan konjungsi secara tepat (32,1%). Strategi guru yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut antara lain: guru memberikan contoh berbagai bentuk kalimat majemuk, baik setara maupun bertingkat, agar siswa memahami perbedaannya secara konkret. Penggunaan media kartu kata membantu siswa menyusun kata menjadi kalimat yang benar dengan cara yang menarik dan interaktif. Kegiatan latihan berkelompok dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan kerja sama, diskusi, dan saling membantu antar siswa dalam memahami materi. Guru memberikan umpan balik langsung saat siswa melakukan kesalahan agar mereka dapat segera memperbaikinya. Kerja sama dengan orang tua diperlukan untuk mendukung pembelajaran di rumah sehingga proses belajar siswa menjadi berkelanjutan antara sekolah dan lingkungan keluarga. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sebagian siswa kelas V SDN 11 Cakranegara masih mengalami kesulitan menulis kalimat majemuk berkonjungsi, namun penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan dukungan dari orang tua mampu membantu siswa meningkatkan keterampilan menulisnya.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep IPA sangat penting bagi siswa karena menjadi fondasi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe think pair shareterhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS kelas IV SDN 1 Ampenan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitafif dengan desain Quasi Eksperimental dengan tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 59 peserta didik yang sekaligus sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari kelas IV-B sebanyak 30 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol dan IV-C sebanyak 29 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik tes dan observasi. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep IPA peserta didik dan observasi untuk melihat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Data hasil observasi dianalisis secara deskriptif berupa presentase dan diperoleh presentase sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat baik. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas, diperoleh data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi > 0,05. Hasil uji homogenitas pretest dan posttestmendapatkan sig. Sebesar 0,049 dan 0,475 yang artinya > 0,05 maka data dinyatakan homogen. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh melalui uji independent sample t test mendapatkan sig. (2-tailled) 0,041 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung ? t tabel yaitu sebesar 2,090 ? 2,002, yang artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan antara kedua kelas dan memperoleh hasil uji N-Gain sebesar 0,63 yang diklasifikasikan memiliki tingkat pengaruh sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe think pair share terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS kelas IV SDN 1 Ampenan dengan pengaruh 0,63 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Word Square learning model on the social science learning outcomes of the fourth-grade students at SDN Gugus II Kecamatan Lingsar in the academic year 2020/2021. The type of this study was experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design, a type of quasi-experiment. The population in the study was students in grade IV SD Gugus II Kecamatan Lingsar, totaling 108 students, while the samples were grade IV students at SD Gugus II Kecamatan Lingsar, totaling 85 students. Data in this study were collected through documentation and questionnaires, while the instruments were social studies learning outcomes documents and Word Square model questionnaires. Then, the data were analyzed by the normality test, linearity test, and simple regression test to determine the effect of the Word Square model on learning outcomes. The results of the normality and linearity tests showed that the data were normally distributed and had a linear relationship. After going through the prerequisite test, a simple regression test was carried out, obtaining a sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 or using a comparison of the value of tcount (3.974) > ttable (1.988). This means that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. Thus, the Word Square learning model significantly influenced the social science learning outcomes of the fourth-grade students of SDN Gugus II Kecamatan Lingsar in the academic year 2020/2021.

Abstract

This study aims to present research results related to the development of the MALIKA Board media to foster career awareness in 4th grade elementary school students. The media development model used is the ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate) model. The subjects of this study were nine fourth-grade elementary school students in the city of Mataram. The instruments in this study are validation questionnaires of media experts, material experts, and user responses. Validation was carried out by two 2 media experts, one material expert, and 1 grade fourth teacher. Limited and small group trials involved nine students, while large-scale trials (effectiveness tests) involved 31 4th grade elementary school students as research subjects. The data collected is the feasibility value of experts and users (quantitative) as well as criticism (qualitative) as input for the MALIKA media. The results of media expert validation showed a score of 83.75 (adequate). The validation results of the material experts and practitioners showed a score of 78.5 (feasible). Effectiveness data collection using pretest and posttest with 15 multiple choice and short answer questions. The results of the media effectiveness test on a limited group showed a score of 80 (sufficient), and for a small group, a score of 80.4 (sufficient). The large-scale test showed that Malika media was effective based on the Wilcoxson test (Zcount 4.011> Z able 1.96).The results of the validation and field test show that the MALIKA board is suitable for introducing career concepts to fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study focuses on describing the forms of parental involvement in children's education at SDN 1 Wates, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency. This study focuses on describing the forms of parental involvement in student learning activities, involvement in extracurricular activities, and various obstacles that accompany parental involvement. This study was conducted using a case study design. The selected research subjects were one principal, six class teachers, and four parents, consisting of two parents of lower grade students and two guardians of upper grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The instruments used were observation, interview, and document analysis guidelines. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction models, data displays, and conclusive drawing/verification. Data validation was carried out by triangulation, namely, source triangulation. In general, parental involvement at SDN 1 Wates consists of two forms: involvement in children's education at home and involvement in children's education at school. In supporting children's education at home, parents do the following: (1) accompany and motivate children while studying; (2) communicate regarding the development of children's learning and fluency; (3) provide learning facilities; (4) communicate with teachers; (5) become volunteers; and (6) attend meetings at school. In addition to participating in children's education, parents are involved in extracurricular activities, such as scouts, TPA, gamelan, and traditional dance. Various factors that inhibit the implementation of partnerships and the involvement of students' parents based on the statements of the principal, teachers, and parents of students at SDN 1 Wates are: (1) economic factors and parents' busyness; (2) communication obstacles; (3) parents' educational background; and (4) parents' self-efficacy regarding their capacity to be involved in their children's education

Abstract

Teacher performance is a critical determinant of educational quality, yet empirical studies integrating transformational leadership and teacher passion particularly in basic education settings remain limited. Existing research primarily emphasizes leadership effects, while the psychological mechanisms associated with passion, especially harmonious passion grounded in autonomous motivation, have received insufficient attention. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and harmonious professional passion on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Mataram City. Using a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 321 teachers selected through simple random sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that both predictors significantly influence teacher performance, with passion demonstrating the stronger effect, indicating that intrinsic motivation and internalized meaning play a more substantial role than external leadership stimuli. These findings extend educational leadership theory by highlighting passion as a central motivational pathway through which performance is sustained, particularly in resource-constrained school environments. While transformational leadership contributes by strengthening collective efficacy and shared purpose, passion functions as an internal driver of persistence and professional commitment. Methodological limitations include the cross-sectional design, reliance on self-reported measures, and lack of moderator analysis for employment status differences (PPPK vs. PNS). The study contributes to the literature by integrating leadership and motivational psychology to explain performance variations, offering implications for leadership development and teacher professionalization policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di kelas IV SDN 1 Terong Tawah. Fokus penelitian diarahkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana guru menjalankan perannya sebagai perancang, fasilitator, mediator, evaluator, dan motivator dalam pelaksanaan projek P5. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran guru dalam menyukseskan P5 sebagai bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan pembentukan karakter peserta didik melalui pembelajaran berbasis projek. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Terong Tawah, sebuah sekolah dasar negeri yang sedang berada pada tahap transisi dari Kurikulum 2013 ke Kurikulum Merdeka, sehingga pelaksanaan P5 masih memerlukan penyesuaian dalam praktik pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan guru kelas IV dan kepala sekolah sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran sentral dalam implementasi P5. Guru berperan sebagai perancang dengan menyusun projek berdasarkan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik, sebagai fasilitator melalui bimbingan dan pengelolaan kegiatan, sebagai mediator dengan menghubungkan peserta didik pada sumber belajar yang relevan, serta sebagai evaluator melalui penilaian proses dan pemberian umpan balik. Selain itu, guru juga berperan sebagai motivator dengan memberikan dukungan dan apresiasi selama projek berlangsung. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi P5 sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan, kreativitas, dan konsistensi guru dalam menjalankan setiap perannya, tidak hanya oleh ketersediaan panduan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas P5 sangat bergantung pada kompetensi dan komitmen guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis projek.

Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara is a region prone to natural disasters, requiring strategies to strengthen food security as part of efforts to build community resilience. One potential alternative is mushroom cultivation based on simple technology. This community service activity aims to introduce and implement a technologically advanced mushroom cultivation model to support food security and disaster resilience in Sembalun Bumbung Village, East Lombok. The method used was participatory training with a learning-by-doing approach, involving the local community in all stages of mushroom cultivation, from media preparation and sensor-based environmental control to harvesting and post-harvest. The results of the activity showed that most participants initially lacked knowledge of mushroom cultivation, but after the training, there was an increase in interest and understanding of the economic and consumption benefits of mushroom cultivation. The implementation of mushroom houses with technology to monitor temperature, humidity, lighting, and biogas utilization was deemed effective and easily adopted by the community. Technologically advanced mushroom cultivation has the potential to become an adaptive and sustainable local food source, thus supporting food security and community resilience in the face of natural disasters.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students learning outcomes by applying the images media assisted mnemonic method. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles. The data were collected by using objective test in consisting of 10 multiple choice items, and the data of teacher and student activity were taken through observation sheet. Observation sheets are used to find out the level of teacher and student activity assisted mnemonic method in the learning process by applying image media during the learning took place. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle reached an average of 75.5 with a percentage of 70% classical completeness and increased in cycle II to 84.28 with the percentage of classical completeness 85.71%. This it can be concluded that application of image media assisted mnemonic method can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects of class IV B SDN 42 Mataram.
