Abstract

Objectives: (1) Analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, organizational culture, lecturer competence on lecturer discipline (2) Analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, organizational culture, lecturer competence, lecturer discipline on lecturer performance Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires by sampling. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression Findings: The results showed that (1) leadership correlated significantly very low with lecturer performance of 31.9% (2) lecturer motivation correlated significantly very strongly with lecturer performance of 80.2% (3) organizational culture correlated significantly very strongly with lecturer performance of 78.3% (4) lecturer competence correlated significantly strong with lecturer performance of 56.3%. Practical Implications: This research includes several things, including the lack of optimal discipline and performance of lecturers in carrying out the tridharma of higher education.

Abstract

It is easy to find that there are some who experience difficulties in the learning process of their students in class, all of which are influenced by the low learning motivation that students have. Motivation itself has a very important role in the process of student learning activities. But sometimes student motivation can decrease due to several factors, both internal and external. There are several guidance and counseling services, one of which is information services. Where this information service itself can be provided to students in order to provide information about the problems experienced by students. The research conducted has the objectives of: 1) Knowing the role of information services to increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta with student learning motivation, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of information service activities at SMPN 282 Jakarta, 3) The reality of students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta. Data collection techniques in this study, using observation and interviews. This research was also conducted with a descriptive descriptive type of research, with the support of some literature study materials. therefore, the research data that researchers get will be strong. The results of this study show that: 1) Guidance and Counseling teachers plan information services by adjusting students' needs, 2) There is involvement of the teacher/homeroom teacher and the school in the implementation of information services, 3) The form of the reality of learning motivation carried out by students in school. What can be found is that information services can increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta

Abstract

This research is expected to help Guidance and Counseling Teachers know students' perceptions of BK services provided in schools. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 612 students of class XI at the senior high school level in the Bayah District. The sample taken in this study was 242 students. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire on students' perceptions of information services which consisted of 52 statement items. The results of the research as a whole show that students' perceptions of the implementation of information services in high school level schools in Bayah District, obtained students who have perceptions in the very low category as much as 7.4%, the low category as many as 16.9%, the medium category as much as 52.5%, the high category as many as 17.4 % and very high category as much as 5.8%. Based on this, it is concluded that most students have a moderate perception of the implementation of information services in schools, as much as 52.5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of providing a clear picture of the philosophical and sociological basis for the existence of traditional pesantren in the midst of modernization, so that it can be illustrated with strong reasons to remain with the traditional pesantren. The method chosen in this study is a qualitative method. In terms of approach, this research utilizes a field research descriptiveThe action taken by the researcher was to go to the 'field' to make observations about Against Modernization: The Existence of Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools in North Padang Lawas Regency. The findings in this study. First, the philosophical basis for the existence of traditional pesantren in the midst of modernization is the advice of the clergy, parents and because the kyai wishes to produce cadres of scholars, the great glory of teaching knowledge, and the wish to preserve the understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. The first two sociological foundations are that the pesantren still receives assistance and enthusiasm from the community, such as assistance with dormitories, classrooms, the Koran, and sending their children to these traditional pesantren. Second, because many alumni have succeeded, such as teachers, lecturers, DPR, DPRD and DPRI. The three traditional Islamic boarding schools in North Padang Lawas Regency still receive support from both the regional and central governments such as BOS funds, classrooms, multilevel dormitories and several other things. From this, the researcher concludes that traditional Islamic boarding schools will still be able to survive as they are typical in this modern era, if the traditional Islamic boarding school clerics have the right guidelines in developing their traditional Islamic boarding schools. So that the good aim is to prove to the public its ability to produce quality generations and be able to compete can be trusted by the wider community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the opportunities and challenges of modernizing the Islamic boarding school education system at the Tahfidz Foundation in Medan City (analytic study at the Tahfidz Syarief Sulaimaniyah Foundation and the Tahfiz Islamic Center Foundation, North Sumatra). The problem raised in this study is: what are the opportunities and challenges of modernizing the Islamic boarding school education system at the Tahfidz Foundation in Medan City (analytic study at the Tahfidz Syarief Sulaimaniyah Foundation and the Tahfiz Islamic Center Foundation, North Sumatra)? This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this research involves the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings in this research indicate that the opportunities for modernizing the Islamic boarding school education system at the Tahfidz Foundation in Medan City, especially at the Tahfidz Syarief Sulaimaniyah Foundation, are: (1) competition to study abroad (in Turkey); (2) ability to respond to industrial technology. 4.0. The challenges faced by the Tahfidz Syarief Sulaimaniyah Foundation in modernizing its education system are: (1) challenges to producing a generation of scholars; (2) society's paradigm of modernity; and (3) accusations of national issues. Whereas the opportunities for modernizing the Islamic boarding school education system at the Tahfidz Islamic Center Foundation in North Sumatra are: (1) mastery of information and communication technology; (2) acceleration of scientific integration; (3) growing the competitive power of students; (4) community enthusiasm for the development of Islamic boarding schools; (5) maintaining and advancing the existence of Islamic boarding schools; and (6) accelerating the regeneration of future leaders. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by Tahfidz Islamic Center Foundation in North Sumatra in modernizing its education system are: (1) the existence of an instant program outside the Islamic boarding school; (2) the crisis of cadres of scholars; and (3) the availability and readiness of human resources.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan usia perkembangan dari kanak-kanak menuju dewasa, pada masa ini remaja dihadapkan dengan berbagai persoalan yang menyebabkan keberhasilan pembentukkan identitas diri remaja untuk menetapkan tujuan hidup yang ia pilih. Remaja yang kebingungan dan penuh kebimbangan dalam membuat konsep diri dapat diartikan sedang mengalami perilaku krisis identitas. Namun perilaku krisis identitas ini merupakan hal yang normal dialami oleh remaja yang sedang mengalami tahapan perkembangan. Perilaku krisis identitas pada remaja merupakan kebimbangan remaja dalam membentuk konsep diri dan identitas diri. Perilaku krisis identitas pada remaja disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal merupakan faktor penyebab yang berasal dari dalam diri remaja, sedangkan faktor eksternal merupakan faktor penyebab yang muncul dari luar diri remaja. Pada tahap perkembangan ini, remaja membutuhkan dukungan dan motivasi yang kuat supaya mampu membentuk konsep diri yang kuat pula. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan empat partisipan remaja dalam rentang usia 15-18 tahun yang mengalami perilaku krisis identitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, empat partisipan berinisial RFFU, RA, SNF, dan AF mengalami kebimbangan dan kebingungan dalam menetapkan tujuan hidup dan identitas diri partisipan itu sendiri. Partisipan RFFU mengalami krisis identitas yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan keputusan atas diri sendiri, sebab kekangan dari orang tua dan sulit mengekspresikan diri sendiri sebab lingkungan pertemanan. Partisipan RA mengalami krisis identitas yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan pendidikan lanjutan sebab keputusan melanjutkan pendidikan berada pada orang tua. Partisipan SNF mengalami krisis identitas berkaitan dengan kemampuan diri yang belum ditemukan, sebab selalu diatur oleh orang tua. Partisipan AF mengalami krisis identitas yang berkaitan dengan kebimbangan menentukan tujuan hidup sebab harapan orang tua dan lingkungan pertemanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor yang melatarbelakangi para partisipan mengalami perilaku krisis identitas. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, studi literatur dan wawancara. Peneliti berharap hasi penelitian ini dapat berguna sebagai bahan literatur dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan fisik yang ditandai dengan penurunan kecepatan pertumbuhan dan merupakan dampak dari ketidakseimbangan gizi (Losong dan Andriani 2017). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui faktor resiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ramung Kecamatan Permata Kabupaten Bener Meriah 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Ramung Kecamatan Permata Kabupaten Bener Meriah dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 279 responden. Hasil analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi Squer diperoleh nilai P value = 0,001 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Stunting pada balita , nilai P value = 0,003 < 0,05 ada Hubungan Sikap dengan Stunting pada  Balita, P value = 0,002 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya Hubungan Tingkat Pendidikan dengan Stunting pada Balita, P value = 0,026 < 0,05 ada Hubungan Pekerjaan Ibu dengan Stunting pada  Balita,  P value = 0,000 < 0,05 ada  Hubungan Tingkat Pendapatan dengan Stunting pada  Balita, nilai P value = 0,001 < 0,05 ada Hubungan Akses Sarana Kesehatan dengan Stunting pada  Balita, dan  nilai P value = 0,012 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya Hubungan Sanitasi Lingkungan dengan Stunting pada  Balita. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat  menambah pengetahuan ibu balita yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ramung Kematan Pertama Kabupaten Bener Meriah tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan terjadnya stunting pada balita. Kata Kunci: Stinting, Balita, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pendidikan, Pekerjaan, Pendapatan, Akses Sarana Kesehatan, Sanitasi Lingkung

Abstract

PT X is a factory that processes wheat into flour with roll mill as the main equipment. The wheat used is a blend of Indian wheat and Australian wheat. Indian wheat has a hard texture that can cause the roll grinding to become damaged or dull, increased working amperes,bearing jams, broken belts and motor overload which causes downtime. When a machine or component breaks down, the production process in the company will be disrupted and may come to a halt,  so the target is not achieved and endangers to the company. To keep production machines and equipment working, maintenance processes are carried out properly and regularly. Additionally, the company can implement preventive maintenance steps to prevent and reduce machine downtime. Preventive maintenance is a planned maintenance strategy to prevent potential breakdowns. To reduce the high machine downtime, preventive maintenance is solution . The method chosen in this research is Total productive Maintenance. Based on research results, the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) values were 85.8% in January, 87.18% in May, 86.69% in June, 85.25% in November, and 85.51% in December. The OEE values that did not meet the standard occurred in February (81.92%), March (81.34%), April (84.73%), July (83.77%), August (79.03%), September (77.05%), and October (81.72%).  The biggest factor that causing losses of overall equipment effectiveness is caused by the high value of the six big losses, particularly the reduced speed losses, which stand at 9%.

Abstract

Model JEOQ mensyaratkan bahwa biaya pemesanan, biaya pembelian beras per ton berdasarkan jenis atau grade beras, dan biaya penyimpanan beras di gudang beras harus dipertimbangkan sebelum model dapat digunakan. Pendekatan JEOQ tanpa memperhitungkan variasi siklus produksi beras merupakan pendekatan yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar penelitian ini. Teknik JEOQ yang tidak memperhitungkan perubahan siklus produksi beras menjadi fokus utama pendekatan pertama, sedangkan pendekatan JEOQ yang memperhitungkan perbedaan siklus produksi beras menjadi fokus utama pendekatan kedua. Pembuatan beras Bulog dan beras anim ha akan menggunakan berbagai bahan baku yang berbeda, antara lain beras mapan 05, ir 48, inpari 32, dan ciherang. Tingkat perputaran persediaan beras dan beras yang relatif tinggi bahkan dapat mempermudah pemenuhan kebutuhan bulanan akan sumber daya keuangan untuk membeli beras karena kemungkinan besar akan tersedia beras. Guna meningkatkan pengendalian produksi beras dan meningkatkan kesesuaian penerapan JEOQ, perusahaan harus mencantumkan ketentuan dalam kontrak kerjanya dengan pemasok beras yang menentukan waktu antar pesanan dan lead time beras yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

Online shopping has now become a modern trend that is enjoyed by most people, because it is able to attract and tempt every community, especially women. Because shopping cannot be separated from women, there are almost no women who do not like shopping. One of the media that is often used by online business people is Instagram social media. "GALERIE_KIRANA" is a real proof of an online shop engaged in women's fashion by utilising Instagram media as a liaison between sellers and buyers to conduct buying and selling transactions through online.
