Pembinaan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam dunia pendidikan yang mencakup pengembangan nilai-nilai moral dan etika, terutama pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang berada dalam fase penting pembentukan identitas dan kepribadian. Proses ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk pemahaman dinamika sosial dan pengaruh interaksi sosial terhadap pembentukan karakter. Metode sosiometri menawarkan pendekatan inovatif untuk memahami hubungan sosial dan interaksi antar anggota kelompok. Dengan memetakan hubungan sosial dan preferensi individu dalam kelompok, metode ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang struktur sosial dan dinamika kelompok. Penerapan metode sosiometri di lingkungan sekolah dapat membantu guru dan pendidik dalam mengidentifikasi pola interaksi sosial yang berdampak pada pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi metode sosiometri dalam pembinaan karakter siswa SMA, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas metode ini dalam meningkatkan karakter siswa. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pengembangan strategi pembinaan karakter di sekolah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis hubungan sosial antar individu dalam suatu kelompok atau lingkungan tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan partisipan berjumlah 28 siswa dari sebuah sekolah menengah atas di jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner sosiometri yang diberikan kepada siswa untuk menilai hubungan mereka dengan sesama dalam kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pola hubungan yang beragam antara siswa, seperti murid yang paling disukai dan tidak disukai

Alat Ungkap Masalah Belajar (AUM-PTSDL) merupakan alat untuk mengkomunikasikan mutu belajar dan masalah belajar peserta didik kepada konselor. Pengolahan AUM PTSDL memiliki lima mutu belajar dan bidang masalah belajar meliputi Prasyarat penguasaan materi Pelajaran (P), Keterampilan belajar (T), Sarana Belajar (S), Diri Pribadi (D), Lingkungan belajar sosio-emosional (L). AUM PTSDL merupakan salah satu prosedur non tes yang dapat digunakan konselor/guru BK untuk menentukan mutu kegiatan belajar yang akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik. Data dari hasil AUM-PTSDL dilakukan secara kualitatif dan menggunakan format khusus yang telah ditetapkan, maka selanjutnya konselor dapat melakukan analisis kualitatif.

Learning English is fundamental and speaking English is a requirement that appears in every job vacancy. In vocational school vocational students' learning, every student should be able to understand English, especially if they take a tourism or hospitality vocation. Therefore, UHAMKA and Jayabaya University lecturers held community service activities (PKM) at SMK Jayawisata 1 Central Jakarta with the aim of identifying English language needs for vocational school students. This PKM is held in the form of providing materials and training in English role studies, with the aim of increasing knowledge in business management, e-commerce and career planning. The method used in this study is through a literature study which collects several previous studies to answer the role of English. Use of English and the influence of using English for the purpose of applying knowledge regarding business management, e-commerce and career planning. It is hoped that all SMK Jayawisata 1 students who have taken part in training in the lecturer's role, namely PKM (Community Service), can broaden their knowledge of Business English. Based on the results of this literature study, it can be concluded that English plays an important role as a communication tool for business purposes.

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui tujuan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, fungsi layanan bimbingan dan konseling serta tugas pokok bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah berdasarkan undang-undang 111 tahun 2014, pemahaman layanan bimbingan dan konseling, aspek-aspek bimbingan dan konseling dan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, penelitian ini memfokuskan bagaimana pemahaman peserta didik gen Z pada guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMAN 42 Jakarta, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif naratif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kepada peserta didik gen Z, bidang kesiswaan, bidang kurikulum, guru BK dan stakeholder. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik gen Z kebingungan peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling, dikarenakan guru bimbingan dan konseling setiap masuk ke ruang kelas menyampaikan materi layanan hanya membahas terkait perguruan tinggi negri dan AI. Padahal layanan bimbingan dan konseling jika dimanfaatkan secara keilmuan bimbingan dan konseling terkait isu yang relevan dengan zaman saat ini bisa bermanfaat pada peserta didik.

This study aims to analyze the use of media in conditioning classes in Fiqh learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in class VIII-1. The media used is a wall magazine (mading) which functions as an aid that can create a conducive, interesting, and interactive learning atmosphere. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with three informants and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is to analyze the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, then reduce the data so that the results obtained are in accordance with the indicators and focus of the study, and then draw conclusions from the final results. The results of this study indicate that wall magazine media (mading) can increase students' interest in learning, strengthen their understanding of Fiqh concepts, and encourage active student participation in the learning process. In addition, this wall magazine media (mading) provides a creative space for students to convey ideas and opinions related to Fiqh learning and can make the classroom atmosphere more conducive when explaining the subject matter.

Objectives: (1) Analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, organizational culture, lecturer competence on lecturer discipline (2) Analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, organizational culture, lecturer competence, lecturer discipline on lecturer performance Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires by sampling. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression Findings: The results showed that (1) leadership correlated significantly very low with lecturer performance of 31.9% (2) lecturer motivation correlated significantly very strongly with lecturer performance of 80.2% (3) organizational culture correlated significantly very strongly with lecturer performance of 78.3% (4) lecturer competence correlated significantly strong with lecturer performance of 56.3%. Practical Implications: This research includes several things, including the lack of optimal discipline and performance of lecturers in carrying out the tridharma of higher education.

It is easy to find that there are some who experience difficulties in the learning process of their students in class, all of which are influenced by the low learning motivation that students have. Motivation itself has a very important role in the process of student learning activities. But sometimes student motivation can decrease due to several factors, both internal and external. There are several guidance and counseling services, one of which is information services. Where this information service itself can be provided to students in order to provide information about the problems experienced by students. The research conducted has the objectives of: 1) Knowing the role of information services to increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta with student learning motivation, 2) Obstacles in the implementation of information service activities at SMPN 282 Jakarta, 3) The reality of students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta. Data collection techniques in this study, using observation and interviews. This research was also conducted with a descriptive descriptive type of research, with the support of some literature study materials. therefore, the research data that researchers get will be strong. The results of this study show that: 1) Guidance and Counseling teachers plan information services by adjusting students' needs, 2) There is involvement of the teacher/homeroom teacher and the school in the implementation of information services, 3) The form of the reality of learning motivation carried out by students in school. What can be found is that information services can increase students' learning motivation at SMPN 282 Jakarta

This research is expected to help Guidance and Counseling Teachers know students' perceptions of BK services provided in schools. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 612 students of class XI at the senior high school level in the Bayah District. The sample taken in this study was 242 students. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire on students' perceptions of information services which consisted of 52 statement items. The results of the research as a whole show that students' perceptions of the implementation of information services in high school level schools in Bayah District, obtained students who have perceptions in the very low category as much as 7.4%, the low category as many as 16.9%, the medium category as much as 52.5%, the high category as many as 17.4 % and very high category as much as 5.8%. Based on this, it is concluded that most students have a moderate perception of the implementation of information services in schools, as much as 52.5%.

This research was conducted with the aim of providing a clear picture of the philosophical and sociological basis for the existence of traditional pesantren in the midst of modernization, so that it can be illustrated with strong reasons to remain with the traditional pesantren. The method chosen in this study is a qualitative method. In terms of approach, this research utilizes a field research descriptiveThe action taken by the researcher was to go to the 'field' to make observations about Against Modernization: The Existence of Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools in North Padang Lawas Regency. The findings in this study. First, the philosophical basis for the existence of traditional pesantren in the midst of modernization is the advice of the clergy, parents and because the kyai wishes to produce cadres of scholars, the great glory of teaching knowledge, and the wish to preserve the understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah. The first two sociological foundations are that the pesantren still receives assistance and enthusiasm from the community, such as assistance with dormitories, classrooms, the Koran, and sending their children to these traditional pesantren. Second, because many alumni have succeeded, such as teachers, lecturers, DPR, DPRD and DPRI. The three traditional Islamic boarding schools in North Padang Lawas Regency still receive support from both the regional and central governments such as BOS funds, classrooms, multilevel dormitories and several other things. From this, the researcher concludes that traditional Islamic boarding schools will still be able to survive as they are typical in this modern era, if the traditional Islamic boarding school clerics have the right guidelines in developing their traditional Islamic boarding schools. So that the good aim is to prove to the public its ability to produce quality generations and be able to compete can be trusted by the wider community.
