Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dipilih karena setelah dicermati tidak tersediannya bahan ajar pendamping di sekolah tersebut. Dalam penerapan pembelajaran PAI keterampilan dalam sholat. Guru seharusnya dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan perhatian dan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan ajar yang kreatif, inovatif, serta variatif. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/ R&D). Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan modul berbasis kontekstual ini tentunya dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yakni melalui pendekatan ADDIE yaitu melakukan tindakan (analisis) yang mana terdiri atas dua tahap yakni analisis kinerja dan analisis kebutuhan ,kemudian melakukan tahapan desaian yaitu di rancang dan diproduksi dengan menyiapkan skenario modul kontekstual dan memperhatikan apa topik pembelajaran yang akan diantarkan melalui kontekstual. Implikasi pengembangan bahan ajar dalam PAI diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam berpikir secara cermat, kritis, logis dan sistematis. Juga mendapatkan pemahaman yang bisa bertahan lebih lama dan mudah diingat oleh peserta didik, sebab bisa memahami sekaligus bisa diterapkan. Kemudian peserta didik menjadi lebih peka terhadap lingkungan sekitar di kehidupan nyata dan meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik dan peserta didik dalam hal pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adolescent's perception of premarital sex behavior. This is motivated by teenagers, some of whom have negative perceptions of premarital sex behavior and some have positive perceptions of premarital sex behavior. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 61,189 adolescents with a sample of 100 adolescents. The sampling technique is random sampling by taking samples through the Google From instrument with a Likert scale. Validity test using person product moment using SPSS and the results obtained are 25 items valid items. While the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha using SPSS with the results of the reliability value of 0.724 > 0.6. So the data has a reliable instrument. The results of this study indicate that more adolescents have negative perceptions of premarital sex behavior compared to those who have positive perceptions. When viewed from the distribution of adolescent perceptions, it is known that from 100 adolescents who were respondents, it indicated that some respondents had negative perceptions as many as 55 respondents (55%) and almost half of respondents had positive perceptions, namely 45 respondents (45%).

Abstract

Rapid developments in information technology have encouraged the use of cloud computing as a solution for data storage and processing, including personal data. However, despite its benefits, cloud computing systems carry serious risks of data leaks and misuse. This study aims to examine legal protection regulations for personal data in the context of cloud computing use in Indonesia and analyze the legal challenges in implementing personal data protection in cloud computing services in Indonesia. The research uses a normative juridical method with a regulatory approach and other secondary legal materials. The results show that Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) provides a comprehensive legal basis for personal data protection, including in the context of cloud computing. The PDP Law regulates the rights of data subjects, the obligations of data controllers and processors, and provisions for cross-border data transfers. However, the implementation of this law faces various challenges, such as delays in establishing a supervisory authority, the absence of implementing regulations, low digital legal literacy, and the unpreparedness of business actors, especially cloud-based service providers. To ensure the effectiveness of personal data protection in the era of cloud computing, further steps are needed, such as the establishment of an independent supervisory authority, the enactment of implementing regulations, the improvement of digital legal literacy, and the strengthening of international cooperation. The legal challenges in the implementation of personal data protection in cloud computing services in Indonesia stem from the lack of readiness of derivative regulations, the non-functioning of the supervisory authority, and the weak legal infrastructure and awareness of business actors. To overcome this, systematic steps are needed, including accelerating the establishment of a supervisory agency, drafting detailed implementing regulations, and increasing legal literacy and compliance by all stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknik non-tes dalam menilai karakter religius siswa di SDN 060834 Kecamatan Medan Petisah. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi bentuk penerapan teknik non-tes, kendala yang dihadapi guru, serta efektivitasnya dalam menggambarkan nilai-nilai religius peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 060834 telah menerapkan berbagai teknik non-tes, seperti observasi sikap, jurnal perilaku, penilaian diri, dan penilaian antar teman dalam proses pembelajaran. Penerapan teknik non-tes terbukti mampu memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang karakter religius siswa dibandingkan dengan penilaian berbasis tes. Namun, ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu guru, subjektivitas penilaian, dan kurangnya panduan standar dalam penyusunan instrumen non-tes. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi guru dan penguatan sistem evaluasi karakter agar teknik non-tes dapat diterapkan secara optimal di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Although the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has received attention in previous studies, research that specifically investigates the completeness and quality of evaluation components in Kurikulum Merdeka-based PAI teaching modules at the vocational high school level remains limited. This study aimed to analyze the completeness, appropriateness, and quality of learning evaluation components in PAI teaching modules developed by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Sei Suka. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study design grounded in document analysis, involving 3–4 PAI teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through document analysis of PAI teaching modules and semi-structured interviews, and were then analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the PAI teaching modules generally include diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments and, for the most part, align with the principles of authentic assessment in Kurikulum Merdeka. However, variations in quality were still identified, particularly in the clarity of rubrics for assessing attitudes, the accuracy of assessment indicators, and the systematization of follow-up learning programs in the form of remedial and enrichment activities. These findings contribute to the development of learning evaluation theory and authentic assessment in Islamic education and broaden the understanding of PAI learning evaluation practices in vocational high schools. The study concludes that the systematic, measurable, and authentic development of learning evaluation components plays an important role in improving the quality of PAI instruction and recommends sustained support for teachers through training and mentoring in assessment development. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions to enriching the literature on PAI learning evaluation and practical implications for schools and teacher professional development, while also opening up opportunities for further research on the influence of evaluation quality on student learning outcomes and character formation.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the alignment of learning evaluation in the Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (Islamic Cultural History, SKI) lesson plans (RPP) on the Walisongo topic with the assessment principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka at MIS Azrina Medan. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through interviews, document analysis of SKI lesson plans and teaching modules, and indirect observation, and the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively based on field findings and document review. The results indicate that learning evaluation in the SKI lesson plans has included formative and summative assessments that measure students’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes. In general, the assessment system implemented has oriented toward the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka, which are authentic, continuous, and focused on student development. However, refinement is still required in the instruments for student self-reflection and the assessment rubrics so that learning evaluation becomes more holistic, objective, and aligned with the spirit of the Kurikulum Merdeka. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening the design of learning evaluation in SKI lesson plans to support the realization of comprehensive assessment practices and to promote the improvement of learning quality in madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of authentic assessment in the psychomotor domain in Islamic Religious Education learning with Tabligh material in class XI RPL SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers, students, and principals. Analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that authentic assessment based on practice, such as group division, discussion, and presentation, was effective in improving students' ability to convey Islamic messages persuasively and politely. The assessment was carried out using instruments that included mastery of the material, delivery techniques, appropriateness of the content, and student performance. The obstacles faced included students' nervousness and lack of mastery of the material. In conclusion, authentic assessment can improve students' psychomotor skills, but requires support in the form of teacher training, improved facilities and infrastructure, and adaptive learning strategies. The 3F principle-based approach (Fun, Fresh, Focus) creates an interesting and relevant learning atmosphere to students' needs in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This descriptive reflective study analyzes the collaborative synergy model of PBI and BK UHAMKA students at SMK Adi Luhur Jakarta. Through PLP documentation and observation, a Holistic Program Integration Model was identified, merging PBI and BK objectives. The model proved effective in enhancing vocational competency (English practice confidence) due to BK’s psychosocial support, while simultaneously improving psychosocial skills (motivation and self-awareness) through PBI’s vocational context. In conclusion, this cross-disciplinary synergy is crucial for comprehensive SMK education.

Abstract

Meskipun evaluasi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam telah banyak dikaji, penelitian yang secara khusus menganalisis tingkat kognitif dan kesesuaian perkembangan soal Aqidah Akhlak pada kelas rendah masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kognitif soal Ujian Mid Semester I mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak kelas I di MIN 7 Kota Medan berdasarkan Taksonomi Bloom revisi serta menilai kesesuaiannya dengan perkembangan kognitif dan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain analisis dokumen. Sumber data berupa naskah soal Ujian Mid Semester I Aqidah Akhlak Tahun Pelajaran 2025/2026. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi berdasarkan kategori LOTS, MOTS, dan HOTS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar soal berada pada kategori LOTS, khususnya pada level mengingat (C1) dan memahami (C2). Soal-soal tersebut secara umum telah sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan kognitif peserta didik kelas I yang berada pada tahap operasional konkret, namun masih terbatas dalam mengintegrasikan konteks moral dan pembentukan akhlak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun soal telah memenuhi standar dasar evaluasi, pengembangan instrumen yang lebih kontekstual dan berorientasi nilai masih diperlukan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi guru dalam merancang evaluasi Aqidah Akhlak yang lebih bermakna dan berorientasi pembentukan karakter.
