The research objective was to determine the effect of work discipline and work procedures in influencing employee performance through work productivity as an intervening variable (a case study in the Mojosari Village Office, Kertosari Village, Awar-awar Village, Paraante Village, Asembagus District, Situbo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 employees.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work procedures have a positive and significant effect on work productivity Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work procedures have a negative but significant effect on performance employees, work productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work productivity, work procedures have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work productivity

Marketing activities are actions taken by companies with the aim of communicating and offering goods or services to consumers. The company's success in achieving its targets is largely determined by an effective marketing strategy. this study aims to analyze and examine the impact of service quality, location, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Akbar Futsal Situbondo. This study used a simple random sampling technique in taking the sample. The collected data were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested through the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, it was found that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and location on customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality and location also have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Apart from the direct effect, there is also an indirect effect between service quality and location on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, while the indirect effect of Location on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction also has a positive effect, but it is not statistically significant.

Marketing is the process of identifying, creating and communicating value, and maintaining customer-satisfying relationships to maximize company profits. Along with economic growth and increasingly sophisticated technology, companies have emerged that create products and services that can meet the needs of the community. The price and quality of the products produced by the company are very important in determining consumer decisions to make purchases, so that consumers can be satisfied and interested in repurchasing the products produced by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction in the prosperous industry through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all consumers who bought tofu in the prosperous industry in the Besuki area. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significantly positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a significant negative effect on consumer satisfaction, and purchase decisions significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the price variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect and product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant negative effect.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of location in determining repeat purchases through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Hj Rupini's Spicy Chicken Restaurant in Jember. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 98 people. Human resources are an important aspect that determines the success of a company in achieving its goals and objectives. Proper employee job placement is one of the key elements in human resource management to support this achievement. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of the variables of Workload and Leadership Style on the Performance of Civil Servants (ASN) with Environment as a moderating variable at the Situbondo Health Office. The population in this study involves 40 ASN of the Situbondo Health Office excluding the leaders. Sampling in this research was conducted using the saturated sampling technique, which means that all members of the population were included as samples. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that workload has a significant positive effect on performance, leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, the work environment moderates the effect of workload on performance, and the work environment does not moderate the effect of leadership style on performance.

In today's era of global trade, there is intense competition in marketing products and services. Marketing plays a vital role in the business landscape, mainly because it focuses on the community's needs, especially consumers. The business environment is developing dynamically, along with changes in consumer preferences and the surrounding ecosystem. As consumer demand increases, this provides opportunities for businesses to innovate and meet the needs, desires, and expectations that continue to grow. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Product Packaging, Brand Image and Product Price on Consumer Satisfaction Through Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables at Conato Bakery Situbondo using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypotheses using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Product Packaging has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image has a negative but not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Packaging has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Price has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Purchasing Decisions have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Packaging has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of location and food quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Warung Tanjung in Situbondo. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were visitors to Warung Tanjung in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by probability sampling with simple random sampling of 95 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square (PLS) Equation Model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that the location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Food Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Location has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Food Quality has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. Food Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity and shop atmosphere on consumer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Somaya Situbondo Cosmetic Shop. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, shop atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, Shop atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, shop atmosphere has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

The PT. PLN Situbondo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) is oriented towards fulfilling environmentally friendly energy policies, distributing electricity for the public interest, general tasks of providing services to customers, carrying out maintenance and repairs to the electricity network, ensuring stable electricity supply for customers, providing efficient customer service , including complaint handling, new installations, electricity replacement, and temporary outages. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Competency and Motivation on employee performance at the Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) PT PLN Situbondo. The population in this study was employees of PT. PLN Situbondo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3). This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Modelâ€“ Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Performance, Competence has a significant effect on Performance. The results of hypothesis testing which is moderated by the Motivation variable show that the Work Discipline variable has a negative effect on Performance but is not significant, the Competency variable which is moderated by Motivation shows a positive effect on Performance but is not significant.

Marketing is one of the most important factors in the company, so it can be said that marketing is the heart of the life of the company or it can be said that the survival of the company is in marketing activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and location in determining consumer loyalty at the SS Asembagus Situbondo Store with purchase decisions as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study are all consumers who come to the SS store. The random sampling method (simple probability) pays attention to the strata in the population in this research. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, consumer loyalty has a significant positive effect significantly positive on the purchase decision.
