Abstract

Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals or groups get what they need and what they want through the creation, offering, and exchange of everything of value with another person or society.Whether Location has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Population This study used a simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to customers or consumers at the Biru Daun Restaurant. The purpose of this study is to determine data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Based on hypothesis tests using the SMART PLS 3.0 application, it shows that Location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The quality of service has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Location has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location to Consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect. The quality of service to customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The role of human resource management is vital in ensuring a company's longevity by upholding and improving the caliber and efficiency of its workforce. The considerable effect of a company's requirement for impactful employees underscores the indispensability of human resources for every business. Organizations inherently possess tactics that impact both their own functioning and their staff. This study aims to scrutinize and validate the impact of human resource management strategies on enhancing employee performance at PT. Tambak Robil. The research encompasses all PT. Tambak Robil employees situated in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method employed is non-probability sampling using the exhaustive sample approach. Analyzing data and assessing hypotheses in this study are conducted using the Smart PLS 3.0 software (Partial Least Squares) alongside a Structural Equation Model. The outcomes of hypothesis testing through the Smart PLS 3.0 application demonstrate that the work environment exerts a noteworthy and positive impact on work discipline, while compensation also significantly bolsters work discipline. Additionally, the work environment substantially contributes to performance improvement, whereas compensation shows a negligible and unfavorable association with performance. Notably, work discipline prominently enhances performance. The results from the indirect effects analysis via Smart PLS 3.0 indicate that the work environment substantially enhances performance by operating through the conduit of work discipline. Similarly, compensation significantly enhances performance by channeling its influence through work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of work environment leadership style and career development on ASN performance at the Situbondo Regency Education and Culture Office. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance, work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on ASN performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, leadership style has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on ASN performance through work motivation, career development has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that needs to be carried out by a company, be it a company of goods or services in an effort to maintain the survival of its business. Swasta and Handoko (2011:4) stated that "Marketing is an overall system of business activities that are shown to plan, determine prices, promote, and distribute goods or services that can satisfy the needs of both existing and potential buyers". The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Product diversity on consumer satisfaction at the Mandarien Moeslem Depot Kabupaten Situbondo with Purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in the study was consumers of the Mandarien Moeslem Depot. The sampling technique is determined by random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the results showed that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product diversity to consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the variables of workload and work discipline in influencing employee performance at UPTD.Botolinggo Bondowoso Health Center with Moderation of Job Satisfaction Variables. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that workload has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction moderates the effect of workload on employee performance, job satisfaction moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The restaurant is a business in the field of catering services that provides services for ordering food and drinks and provides a place to enjoy the dishes in the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of product quality and word of mouth on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at Sari Indah H.Komar Restaurant in Situbondo. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers of Sari Indah H.Komar Restaurant. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction, Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work procedures on employee performance through work productivity at PT Bumi Subur 4 Panarukan Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results showed that work discipline had a positive but not significant effect on work productivity. Work procedures have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

In the context of development planning, BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency is required to be able to explore and utilize existing potential, solve various problems and challenges, serve or fulfill regional needs. Besides that, we are required to be ready and able to prepare and produce quality planning documents, in order to produce well-planned development that improves the welfare of ASN and the people of Situbondo Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Compensation, Leadership style and Work environment on ASN Performance through Job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was ASN BAPPEDA Situbondo Regency, except for the leader. The sampling technique was determined by non-probability sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Leadership style has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on Job satisfaction, Compensation has a significant positive effect on ASN Performance, Leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance, Job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect on ASN Performance. PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo is one of the efforts to provide access to clean water for Situbondo residents. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of leadership, work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable at the PDAM office in Situbondo Regency. The population in this study was PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo. Abstract

The importance of marketing in the business world lies in its role as a bridge between companies and customers . One of the crucial aspects of marketing is the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction . When product quality meets consumer expectations , this results in satisfaction , which in turn can form customer loyalty . This loyalty then drives positive interactions that serve to attract new customers . This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of product quality and trust on customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at Dua Putri Tofu Factory , Panji , Situbondo . The population in this study were consumers of the Dua Putri Tofu Factory . The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structure Equation Model - Partial Least Square ( PLS - SEM ). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions , trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions , product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction , trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction , purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction , product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions , trust has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction : through purchasing decisions.
