Abstract

The era of globalization demands competition from all organizations or companies to compete with each other in order to compete for a position as a superior company. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of ASN employees at the Livestock and Fisheries Service with Work Discipline as an intervening variable. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were ASN employees of the Livestock and Fisheries Service. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation has a significantly positive effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment has a significant effect. negative effect on Performance Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Performance Work discipline has a significant positive effect on Performance Work discipline has a significant positive effect on Performance through work Discipline Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on Performance through work Discipline Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Performance through work Discipline.

Abstract

In the current era of Society 5.0, more and more unique culinary places have emerged as destinations to enjoy food and drinks known as cafes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product diversity, facilities, and E-WOM in influencing consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions at Cafe Fortuna. The population in this study were Cafe Fortuna consumers. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, E-Wom has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a positive but significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, E-Wom has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Hospitals are important health service facilities that provide care through doctors, nurses, and non-medical personnel. Therefore, hospitals must have high-quality human resources to ensure that the services provided are effective and of high quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effects of Compensation, Work Motivation, and a Work Environment on the Performance of Non-Medical Contract Hospital Employees in Building Job Satisfaction. This study focuses on the Asembagus District General Hospital in Situbondo Regency. This study is an explanatory research. The population consists of non-medical contract employees other than the leader at Asembagus Hospital. The sampling technique employed was total sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that: compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction; work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction; work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction; compensation has no significant effect on performance; work motivation does not have a significant effect on performance; work environment has a significant effect on performance; and job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test indicate that compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is an important element in a company to determine whether a business is successful or not, for that the company must apply the understanding of marketing with a large amount in order to survive. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity on consumer satisfaction. the population in this study is all Consumers who dated to The jaya baru Store. the method of random sampling (simple probability sampling) tampa pays attention to stara in the population in this study conducted. In taking this saampel using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in the study using the Structural-partial Least squere (PLS-SEM) equation model. The results of the hypothesis test directly affect using the SMART PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumersatisfaction. Product diversity Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the analysis of product quality and discounts on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Thrift Dinda Sayudha store in Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, discounts have a negative and insignificant effect on satisfaction consumers, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Marketing is an important part of company management and also a very important factor, because marketing directly affects the company’s success in achieving its goals. It is important for companies to know the right and appropriate marketing strategy for the products to be sold in the market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Product quality in determining Repurchase interest with Consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are UD Lancar jaya consumers in Situbondo District. Sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the structural equation model – partial least square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Product quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction, Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase intention, Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Repurchase interest, Product quality on Repurchase interest through Customer satisfaction has asignificant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality and store atmosphere on consumer confidence with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Bintang Sembilan accessories store in Situbondo. The population in this study are consumers of the Bintang Sembilan Accessories Store in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect. Store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on asn performance with compensation as a moderating variable at the human resources development and personnel agency of situbondo regency. The population in this study involved 37 asn of the human resources development and personnel agency of situbondo regency without the leadership. Sampling in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique, which means that all members of the population were included as samples.The partial-least square (pls) structural equation model was used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the smart pls 3.0 application showed that motivation had a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline had a significant positive effect on performance, compensation did not moderate the effect of motivation on performance, compensation did not moderate the effect of work discipline on performance.,

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the process of managing people through planning, recruiting, selecting, training, developing, rewarding, career, occupational health and safety, and maintaining employment until the end of working period to achieve organizational goals and improve the welfare of stakeholders. The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the effect of reward, punishment and leadership on the performance of village officials in Cermee Bondowoso with work motivation as an intervening variable. The target population in this study was village officials in Cermee Bondowoso, as many as 40 people, who were then processed as research samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that reward and punishment have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Reward and punishment have a positive but not significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Reward and punishment has a significant positive effecton performance through work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effecton Performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The tightness of market competition makes it a challenge in this modern era. Therefore, in a market there are several firms that produce similar products. Rice products are a big concern in the competition. Strategy and market analysis must be mobilised to achieve a target. The purpose of this study was to examine and examine the influence of the Effect of Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning on Consumer Satisfaction on UD Rice Products. Gotong Royong with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The research population uses all UD consumers. Gotong Royong according to the data that the researcher has requested from the owner of the research site. The sampling method uses probability sampling. Data analysis and research hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).
