Abstract

In carrying out their wares, business people have advantages compared to other traders, for example in terms of the price of the menu offered, the quality of affordable prices can affect purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction with the menu offered by the Angkringan Restaurant 813 Bebek Baluran in Situbondo Regency to attract consumer interest. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction with purchase decisions as an interening variable at Angkringan 813 Bebek Baluran Restaurant in Siubondo. This study used qualitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers of the 813 Duck Baluran Restaurant in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Service is a government agency that operates in the agriculture and food sector. In this way, the human resources involved can apply discipline in their work and are able to develop new innovations in the fields of agriculture and food. This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Compensation on ASN Performance in the Situbondo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Service. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and sampling techniques determined by sampling quotas. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Performance, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Performance. The results of hypothesis testing moderated by the Compensation variable show that the Work Discipline variable has a positive effect on performance but is not significant, the Work Motivation variable moderated by the Compensation variable shows a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Marketing management is a science that studies the implementation of marketing. In marketing management science, companies can determine which market to target by fostering good relationships with the target market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of location and service quality in determining consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees of Angkringan Aroma Kopi Pancur Prajekan Bondowoso. The sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. significantly positive on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the location variable on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and service quality on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity to fulfill needs and desires by influencing consumers to be willing to buy products or use services offered by the company in order to obtain a profit or profit. The purpose of this study was to examine and examine the effect of promotion and service quality in determining consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The sampling method uses probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, decisions purchases have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the promotion variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, service quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The village office is a building or room used as the center for administrative functions at the village level. It serves as a meeting place for village government officials, including the village head, village administration staff, and various departments or units related to public services and the interests of the village community. This research aims to analyze the factors affecting the performance of village officials with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (a case study in Tambak Ukir Village, Kendit Village, and Bugeman Village in the Kendit District of Situbondo Regency). The population for this study consists of all village officials from Tambak Ukir, Kendit, and Bugeman, totaling 41 individuals. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study employ Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 show that the Work Commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Ability has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Ability has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that Work Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Work Ability has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The era of globalization demands competition from all organizations or companies to compete with each other in order to compete for a position as a superior company. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of ASN employees at the Livestock and Fisheries Service with Work Discipline as an intervening variable. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were ASN employees of the Livestock and Fisheries Service. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation has a significantly positive effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on performance. Abstract

In the current era of Society 5.0, more and more unique culinary places have emerged as destinations to enjoy food and drinks known as cafes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product diversity, facilities, and E-WOM in influencing consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions at Cafe Fortuna. The population in this study were Cafe Fortuna consumers. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Last Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, E-Wom has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a positive but significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, facilities have a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, E-Wom has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Hospitals are important health service facilities that provide care through doctors, nurses, and non-medical personnel. Therefore, hospitals must have high-quality human resources to ensure that the services provided are effective and of high quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effects of Compensation, Work Motivation, and a Work Environment on the Performance of Non-Medical Contract Hospital Employees in Building Job Satisfaction. This study focuses on the Asembagus District General Hospital in Situbondo Regency. This study is an explanatory research. The population consists of non-medical contract employees other than the leader at Asembagus Hospital. The sampling technique employed was total sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that: compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction; work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction; work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction; compensation has no significant effect on performance; work motivation does not have a significant effect on performance; work environment has a significant effect on performance; and job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test indicate that compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the analysis of product quality and discounts on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Thrift Dinda Sayudha store in Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, discounts have a negative and insignificant effect on satisfaction consumers, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.
