Abstract

Changes in the criteria for Human Rights Care based on Permenkumham number 22 of 2021 have caused many districts/cities to not get the status of Regency/City Caring for Human Rights, the number of regions that care about human rights decreased from 2020 and 2022. This evaluation aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Permenkum HAM Number 22 of 2021 in Jambi Province and what are the obstacles faced in its implementation as well as the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs/activities, in Jambi Province. Evaluation using an evaluative research approach using the Goal-freeevaluation model, descriptive analysis, evaluation carried out in Jambi Province with samples of Legal Bureaus and Legal Sections of Province/District/City Setda. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the process/mechanism for implementing the fulfillment of the Human Rights KKP Criteria in Jambi Province has run well, and is in accordance with the scheme that has been stipulated in the guidelines for the implementation of the Human Rights MMAF. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation such as a long and costly reporting mechanism; supporting data that is difficult to meet; the officer's lack of understanding of the form and supporting data; still not optimal socialization and technical guidance; and MMAF HAM activities have not become regional priority activities, which have an impact on budget availability in their implementation, from the results of the analysis also obtained several notes on the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs / activities in Jambi Province in the future, namely on the fulfillment of data supporting the right to legal aid and the right to diversity and pluralism these two aspects are partly difficult to fulfill in Jambi Province because they are hit by the availability of regulations. However, this does not significantly affect the sustainability and effectiveness of KKPHAM activity programs in Jambi province in the future. Keywords: Human Rights, Human Rights Care Criteria, Jambi

Abstract

The presence of fatigue among workers in the commercial house construction industry presents substantial obstacles to both the personal welfare of individuals and the overall efficiency of construction projects. The objective of this study is to investigate how individual factors, namely nutritional status, affect degrees of fatigue in this specific occupational group. Data was gathered from 45 construction workers in November 2023 using a cross-sectional methodology. Total sampling approaches were employed, and persons with pre-existing health issues were excluded. Analyzed were the univariate and bivariate data, which uncovered a noteworthy correlation between nutritional status and tiredness level (p-value=0,028). Although there were no significant correlations between age and sleep quality, the results emphasize the significance of dietary determinants in influencing tiredness levels among construction workers. Implications arise from the necessity of implementing specific interventions for example wellness and occupational diet program to encourage adequate nutrition and improve the well-being and productivity of workers in the construction sector. These findings enhance the progress of occupational health research and offer potential applicability for guiding standard of procedure and practical methods to prevent fatigue-related hazards especially in construction environments.

Abstract

Abstract

Based on the Civil Code, an illegitimate child who is not recognized by his father or mother is considered to have no legal relationship with his parents. However, if the illegitimate child is recognized and the recognition is accompanied by legalization, the child has the right to inherit the inheritance of the parents who recognize him, in accordance with the provisions of the distribution of inheritance regulated by law. According to Article 43 paragraph (1) of Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974, an illegitimate child who is not recognized still has a civil relationship with his mother and his mother's family. The rights of an illegitimate child who have been recognized and certified to the inheritance are the same as those of the legal child, making him an heir of an equal position. In civil law, the division of inheritance is regulated based on the applicable category of heirs.

Abstract

HIGHLIGHTS Docking analysis revealed that there are four novel compounds in barbata, including Zearalenone, Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, Benzanthrone, and Octytldecyl phthalate have stronger affinity -9.7; -9.6; -9,2; and -7.7 kcal/mol, respectively. The extract of barbata leaves increased follicle development (75%) by elevating estrogen levels and LHR expression at all doses.   ABSTRACT Objective: Infertility, often linked to anovulation from impaired follicular maturation, affects millions globally. Cyclea barbata Miers, a plant with estrogen-like properties, may enhance follicle development through hormonal modulation. This study evaluated the ethanol extract of C. barbata leaves for its ability to promote in vitro follicle development by increasing 17ß-estradiol levels and luteinizing hormone receptor (LHR) expression. Materials and Methods: Molecular docking analysis identified four novel compounds in C. barbata, Zearalenone, Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, Benzanthrone, and Octyl decyl phthalate, with binding affinities of -9.7, -9.6, -9.2, and -7.7 kcal/mol to estrogen receptor alpha (ESRa). Secondary follicles (2-3 mm) from goat ovaries were cultured in vitro using TCM-199 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, PMSG, hCG, and C. barbata extract at 25, 50, or 100 ppm for six days. Follicle maturation was assessed via microscopy for size, cumulus-oocyte complex formation, and polar body extrusion. 17ß-estradiol levels and LHR expression were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and LSD tests. Results: The 100 ppm dose achieved 75% follicle maturation, significantly higher than 25% at lower doses and controls. It increased 17ß-estradiol levels (36.83 ± 2.33 pg/mL, p < 0.000) and LHR expression (261.874 ± 54.606, p < 0.000), with dose-dependent effects confirmed by statistical analysis. Conclusion: C. barbata extract at 100 ppm enhances follicular maturation by elevating 17ß-estradiol and LHR expression, likely due to its estrogenic compounds. Further in vivo and clinical studies are needed to confirm its therapeutic potential for ovulatory disorders.
