Abstract

Fatigue is a common occurrence in the workplace, especially in workplaces that require physical ability and a high level of focus. This condition, which affects workers and can reduce their vitality and productivity, is called occupational fatigue. This study aims to determine the demographic factors (age, gender, length of service, marital status, and education level) that influence occupational fatigue and anxiety among medical personnel at Kartini General Hospital, South Jakarta. The number of respondents taken was 82 medical personnel at Kartini General Hospital using inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used was the IFRC Questionnaire to assess occupational fatigue. and some demographic data entry using Google Form and tested using the chi-square test The research results showed that factors influencing work fatigue among medical personnel at Kartini Hospital were gender, marital status, and number of shifts.Age, education level, and length of service do not affect work fatigue. Medical personnel with more shifts will experience higher work fatigue. Female medical personnel have higher work fatigue than male medical personnel, and married medical personnel have lower work fatigue than unmarried ones. Gender as a determinant of work fatigue is associated with hormonal and psychological factors, psychological factors, and social factors. Marital status is a determinant factor associated with the role and support of the family towards the individual. A greater number of shifts will increase the workload and is associated with increased work fatigue.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and personal marketing on customer satisfaction and its implications for customer loyalty at SyifaMart Putri Jalancagak, Subang Regency. The background of this study is based on the increasing competition in the retail business that demands every business actor to be able to provide superior service and build personal relationships with customers. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to 105 customers selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that service quality and personal marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, customer satisfaction was proven to mediate the effect of service quality and personal marketing on customer loyalty. This study concluded that improving service quality and implementing an effective personal marketing strategy can strengthen SyifaMart's customer satisfaction and loyalty in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Employee workload is a situation where employees are faced with a volume of work that must be completed at a certain time. Excessive workload can reduce employee productivity. This can lead to a decrease in the quality of health services and employee performance. This study aims to analyze workload, quality of health services and employee performance at Hermina Manado Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 68 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of workload, quality of health services and employee performance of respondents gave a good assessment, there were still some that needed to be improved. While the results of the verification study, the path analysis model showed that the path coefficient value between variables was positive and the indirect influence path coefficient value was greater than the direct influence (73.6> 45.4%), meaning that the health service quality variable as an intervening variable was able to mediate the workload variable with the employee performance variable.

Abstract

The quality of health services as the most important indicator for hospitals. Optimizing service quality, building a positive hospital image, and providing supporting health service facilities are parts that marketers need to consider in order to build patient loyalty by increasing hospital patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the quality of health services, patient satisfaction and patient loyalty at Hermina Manado Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the quality of health services, patient satisfaction and patient loyalty of respondents gave a good assessment, there were still some shortcomings that must be considered for improvement. While the results of the verification study, the path analysis model showed that the path coefficient value between variables was positive and the path coefficient value of the indirect influence was greater than the direct influence (62.4%> 52.0%), meaning that the patient satisfaction variable as an intervening variable was able to mediate the health service quality variable with the patient loyalty variable.

Abstract

Work motivation plays an important role for hospital employees because it can be a motivator for individuals to carry out an activity optimally. This is also related to work discipline and job satisfaction. So that employee performance needs to be measured to determine the ability of employees to support the hospital institution's strategy in improving services. This study aims to analyze the work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Manado. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis study on work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance with a good assessment, there are still some that need to be improved. While the results of the verification study, the path analysis model shows the value of the path coefficient of the work motivation variable on employee performance is positive and the value of the indirect influence path coefficient is greater than the direct influence (24.2%> 8.8%), likewise the work discipline variable on employee performance is positive and the value of the indirect influence coefficient is greater than the direct influence (48.1%> 34.3%) meaning that the job satisfaction variable as an intervening variable is able to mediate the work motivation variable and the work discipline variable on the employee performance variable.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is part of an effort or initiative from within an individual to the maximum to survive, work hard, and have confidence in the goals of the organization. Employees as human resources who contribute to health services in hospitals. Therefore, employees contribute to determining the quality of services in hospitals. This study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance at Hermana Lembean Hospital, Manado. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis study on the implementation of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and employee performance of respondents gave a good assessment, there were still some shortcomings that must be considered for improvement. While the results of the verification study, the path analysis model showed that the path coefficient value between variables was positive and the indirect influence path coefficient value was greater than the direct influence (53.7%> 65.6%), meaning that the job satisfaction variable as an intervening variable was able to mediate the implementation variable of organizational commitment with employee performance variables.

Abstract

Hospital management information system (HMIS) as one of the systems that plays a major role in the success of hospital documentation and services. This is because with the existence of an information technology system, it can help various organizational tasks run effectively and efficiently. The success of the implementation of HMIS should have a good impact on employee performance and service quality. This study aims to analyze the hospital management information system, health service quality and employee performance at Bhayangkara Hospital Level .III Manado. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the hospital management information system, health service quality and employee performance of respondents gave a good assessment, there were still some that needed to be improved. While the results of the verification study, the path analysis model showed that the path coefficient value between variables was positive and the indirect influence path coefficient value was greater than the direct influence (63.7%> 43.1%), meaning that the health service quality variable as an intervening variable was able to mediate the hospital information management system variable with employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service innovation, total quality management (TQM), and technology adoption on competitiveness and their subsequent impact on the performance of third-level military health center hospitals. A quantitative research approach was employed, using a survey method to collect data from hospital leaders and staff members. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships among variables. The results indicate that service innovation, TQM, and technology adoption significantly enhance hospital competitiveness. Furthermore, competitiveness was found to mediate the relationship between these strategic factors and hospital performance. The findings highlight the strategic importance of fostering innovation, quality management, and technological integration to improve operational efficiency and service quality in military hospital settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices of automotive subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. This research employed a quantitative method with purposive sampling, using secondary data consisting of annual financial statements and stock price information obtained from official IDX publications. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests, t‐tests, and F‐tests. The results indicate that DAR has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while DER has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Furthermore, DAR and DER simultaneously exert a significant influence on stock prices. These findings highlight that capital structure, as reflected by DAR and DER, plays an important role in determining stock price movements in the automotive subsector

Abstract

Pengembangan unit layanan rehabilitasi di rumah sakit swasta memerlukan analisis kelayakan finansial yang komprehensif untuk memastikan keberlanjutan investasi dan efisiensi alokasi sumber daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kelayakan finansial kuantitatif dengan dukungan analisis manajerial kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 8 informan manajemen dan tenaga fisioterapis serta analisis laporan keuangan rumah sakit periode Januari–November 2025. Evaluasi investasi dilakukan menggunakan indikator Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dengan horizon investasi lima tahun. Dengan investasi awal sebesar Rp 1.000.000.000 dan asumsi pertumbuhan pendapatan 5% per tahun, diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp 245.137.000 pada tingkat diskonto 10%, IRR sebesar 18,19%, dan Payback Period selama 3 tahun 2 bulan. Uji sensitivitas pada diskonto 20% menunjukkan proyek mendekati titik impas, yang mengindikasikan tingkat risiko moderat. Pengembangan Unit Fisioterapi Medik dinilai layak secara finansial dan memiliki rasionalitas ekonomi dalam kerangka ekspansi layanan rumah sakit. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi rumah sakit swasta dalam merencanakan ekspansi layanan rehabilitasi yang berkelanjutan serta adaptif terhadap risiko regulasi dan pembiayaan kesehatan.
