Abstract

The current study aimed to find a portrayal of learning activities held by teachers using a peer lesson strategy in grade VI students at SDN 02 Lebong Sakti. This study used a qualitative approach, and the teachers at the aforesaid school were involved as the key informants. The data were collected using virtual interviews because this study took place in the period of co-19 pandemic. This study concluded that: The application of peer lesson method conducted by teachers, especially Islamic education teachers, not only gave a new color to students so that they could engage in learning, but also could have a positive impact on the formation of students’ behavior, such as: having independence in learning, getting increases in curiosity and the courage to raise opinions in front of the class in a polite manner, experiencing high enthusiasm, and building up mutual respect for fellow students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Inovasi pembelajaran berbasisi Web dan implemntesi dalam kurikulum 2013 di MAN Rejang Lebong. Perihal kebijakan pemerintah pada pendidikan yang mengaharuskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini guru dan siswa harus melakukan aktifitasnya di rumah, sehingga secara tidak langsung sekolah dalam waktu singkat harus mempersiapkan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Adapun Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini: yang pertama, Bagaimana Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dimasa pandemi Covid19 di MAN Rejang Lebong, ke-2 Bagaimana Inovasi guru dalam mengimplementasi kurikulum 2013 di MAN Rejang Lebong, ke-3 bagaimana cara membentuk karakter kurikulum 2013 di masa pandemi Covid-19 . Untuk menemukan dan mengungkapkan jawaban tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan case study, Lokasi penelitiannya di MAN Rejang Lebong dengan sumber data yang utama diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dan adapun tehnik analisis data diperoleh dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data dengan melaksanakan triangulasi data.Berdasarkan paparan dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: Proses pembelajaran yang dilakaukan di masa Pandemi Covid-19, membutuhkan proses yang bermacam-macam proses pembelajaran di MAN RL jika dilihat dari ketersediaan sarana teknologi dan informasi yang tersedia hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya akses internet, ruang komputer dan letak yang tepat di mana juga tersedia 2 ruangan yang khusus untuk melakukan pembelajaran berbasis Web dengan teknologi dan informasi, selama pembelajara daring juga tersedianya android dari masing-masing siswa dan kuota ,sehingga pencapaian proses pembelajaran inovasi dalam teknologi dan informasi di MAN Rejang Lebong dapat terwujud. 2) Inovasi guru dalam mengimplementasi kurikulum 2013 di man rejang lebong, yaitu inovasi pembelajaran berbasisi web dalam bentuk media pembelajaran, inovasi pembelajaran berbasisi web dalam bentuk metode pembelajaran. 3) cara membentuk karakter kurikulum 2013 di MAN Rejang Lebong sudah dapat dikatakan dapat di bentuk dengan cara yang kreatif dan inovatif dilakukan masing-masing guru dalam mengatasi problem pembentukan karakter siswa, sehingga karakter kurikulum 2013 bisa dikatakan tercapai atau terbentuk dengan penilaian yang guru lakukan. Abstract

The discourse on the hidden curriculum has not yet been scientifically touched upon in studies oriented towards curriculum in the Indonesian context. Therefore, this qualitative research seeks to address the discourse on the hidden curriculum. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the Islamic religious education subject at SMA Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. Informants in the study were the Principal of SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong and Islamic Education Teachers. The data were garnered using in-depth interviews with the informants. The data were then analyzed using an interactive model. This study found that SMA Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong had implemented the hidden curriculum effectively. The implementation of the hidden curriculum included the integration of local culture with marriage-teaching materials and the use of references to the Kitab Kuning published by Middle Eastern countries as additions and reinforcements. The hidden curriculum was also implemented by inculcating the insight of religious moderation and Islamic understanding of Wasathiyah as a counter to the takfiri and intolerant thoughts that were circulated and widespread in cyberspace. This was done to fortify students' religious understanding so that it did not lead to a radical or liberal understanding.

Abstract

Colleges play a crucial role for mahasantri (Islamic college students) in the era of Society 5.0. The advancements in technology and digitalization have transformed various aspects of life, including education. Colleges have evolved beyond being mere institutions of formal education; they now serve as multidisciplinary learning centers that encourage mahasantri to adapt and contribute to an advanced society. The urgency of colleges for mahasantri lies in accessing future-oriented knowledge and skills, as well as developing character and values in Society 5.0. In the era of Society 5.0, colleges need to swiftly adapt by providing inclusive, technology-driven, and collaborative learning environments. They must also update their curricula in line with the latest technological and social trends. By providing access to relevant knowledge and skills, and aiding in the development of necessary character traits, colleges empower mahasantri to become influential actors in Society 5.0. This research aims to explore the urgency of colleges for mahasantri in the era of Society 5.0 and the significance of skill and character development. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature review, utilizing secondary data from relevant national journals. The findings of this study are expected to enhance understanding of the urgency of colleges for mahasantri in the era of Society 5.0 and provide guidance in developing relevant curricula and learning environments.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out a depiction of the communication pattern among religious people in the Sindang Jaya community, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques were observation and interviews. After the data were collected, the analysis was carried out with the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study drew the conclusion that First, the pattern of communication set by the people of Sindang Jaya Village was based on mutual respect among religions. Second, there were three forms of tolerance given by the people of Sindang Jaya Village, namely cooperation, religious freedom, and appreciation for the religious activities of other religions. Third, the strategy carried out to avoid conflicts was that both religious leaders, village officials, and the community in general always became fair, respected each other, had kinship relations, discussed every problem, helped each other, and cooperated with one another.

Abstract

The utilization of information technology innovation has become a crucial focus in efforts to enhance the efficiency of educational management at MIS 05 Darussalam. The fundamental concept of educational management, particularly educational planning, serves as the cornerstone in achieving optimal educational objectives. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the utilization of information technology innovation in improving educational management efficiency and to identify challenges and obstacles encountered during the implementation of information technology at MIS 05 Darussalam. This research employs a qualitative and descriptive research approach. The data analysis technique categorizes the gathered data based on their respective categories, which will be analyzed through three qualitative data analysis steps, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research reveal tangible efforts to integrate information technology, especially in administrative aspects such as student data management, schedule arrangement, and attendance recording. However, several challenges, such as budget constraints, insufficient training, and technology accessibility, hinder its implementation. These challenges manifest in the form of classrooms that have not fully utilized technological facilities, encompassing both hardware maintenance and educators' understanding of effectively integrating technology. Overcoming these challenges requires strategic measures, including prudent budget allocation, continuous training, and policy development that supports effective integration. Positive implications include improved management efficiency, transparency, parental involvement, and enriched learning through E-learning.

Abstract

One of the learning models that can be used during the covid-19 period is e-learning. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to create a picture of the application of e-Learning in the process of teaching and learning activities at SMAN 4 Rejang Lebong. The qualitative method was adopted in this study. Data were gathered through interviews and documentation techniques. Following data collection, the data were analyzed using the Miles et al approach, which comprised data reduction, recitation, and conclusion drawing. This study drew the following conclusions: The management of e-Learning at SMA Negeri 4 Rejang Lebong was going well, as evidenced by adequate infrastructure and financing. However, if it was not supported by adequate human resources, it would be constrained and its implementation would not be maximal. To the objectives as desirable, the school’s serious efforts and hard work were required. The constraints of e-learning implementation extended to human resources, communication networks, difficulty in obtaining affective and psychomotor assessments, time sharing, lack of parental motivation, and students’ values below the standard. As the solution, teachers should explore their abilities and creativities to seek innovations, and there must be positive and strong principal leadership, continuous monitoring, student responsibility, and incentives.

Abstract

Humor is very often done by hurting other people’s feeling especially amid students. Teachers’ less understanding of proper teaching styles tend to lead them to use humor as the style of teaching. This way is not justified in the Qur’an. On the other side, humor is an important element in enhancing students’ learning motivation on account of fun learning it creates. Thus, the purposes of this study are to find out how the sense of humor is viewed in the perspective of Islamic educational psychology, and to investigate the extent to which humorous sense is relevant to teaching styles. This study used a normative qualitative approach (library research) wherein the data were garnered from books, articles, and other sources relevant to the study foci, especially books of commentaries addressing the verses of humor in the Qur-an as well as books addressing teaching styles using humor. This study revealed that in a verse of the Qur’an, Allah SWT does not prohibit His slaves to do humor and to laugh as long as such deeds are still within the agreed boundary taught in the Qur’an. Subsequently, according to the books of teaching styles, using humor is needed to enhance students’ motivation so that the teachers skillful at humor are required in the perspective of Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami persepsi siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah, termasuk guru, teman sebaya, dan kegiatan sekolah, terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai agama tersebut di SDN 019 Sungai Tapah. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana persepsi siswa mengenai nilai-nilai agama dan bagaimana lingkungan sekolah mempengaruhi penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Siswa memperoleh pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai agama dari berbagai sumber, termasuk keluarga, sekolah, dan lingkungan sekitar, dengan nilai-nilai utama seperti kejujuran, toleransi, kasih sayang, dan rasa syukur yang menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekolah. Guru berperan penting dalam memberikan contoh dan membimbing siswa dalam penerapan nilai-nilai agama. Pengaruh teman sebaya juga signifikan dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku siswa terkait ajaran agama. Selain itu, kegiatan sekolah yang melibatkan aspek keagamaan memperkuat pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah secara keseluruhan, termasuk kebijakan dan fasilitas, turut mendukung siswa dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk persepsi dan penerapan nilai-nilai agama oleh siswa.

Abstract

The compatibility of Islam and Pancasila, the Indonesia’s national philosophy, is still interesting to elaborate even though there have been numerous discussions on the theme. Notably, this paper addresses the harmony of Pancasila and Islam as the umbrella for nationhood and statehood in Indonesia. The writers argue that Pancasila and Islam coexist harmoniously in Indonesia, and this kind of harmony is a valuable esteem to reinforce unity, diversity, and cultural heritage within the society. The acculturation of Pancasila is an effort to integrate its values into daily life through traditions and practices involving various stakeholders. This acculturation will encourage acceptance of diversity and prevent religious extremism. On the other hand, conflicts between political Islam and nationalist groups in Indonesia affect cultural-religious expressions and disrupt harmony. Pancasila is vital in addressing these conflicts and promoting diversity and ongoing dialogues.[Kesesuaian Islam dan Pancasila sebagai falsafah bangsa Indonesia masih menarik untuk dijabarkan meski sudah banyak pembahasan mengenai tema tersebut. Secara khusus, tulisan ini membahas tentang kerukunan Pancasila dan Islam sebagai payung kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di Indonesia. Penulis berpendapat bahwa Pancasila dan Islam dapat hidup berdampingan secara harmonis di Indonesia dan keharmonisan tersebut merupakan sebuah penghargaan yang tinggi untuk mempertegas persatuan, keberagaman, dan warisan budaya dalam masyarakat. Pembudayaan Pancasila menjadi upaya untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilainya ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui tradisi dan praktik yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Akulturasi ini akan mendorong penerimaan keberagaman dan mencegah ekstremisme agama. Di sisi lain, konflik antara politik Islam dan kelompok nasionalis di Indonesia berdampak pada ekspresi budaya-agama yang mengganggu kerukunan.
