Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and build a garden fence made of wood and recycled bottles in an effort to develop an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution. In addition to functioning as a room divider, this garden fence can also be used as a decorative component to add to the aesthetic appeal of the garden. This study examines the structural strength, material durability, and aesthetic value of the fence building using wood and recycled bottles. The method used in this activity is the ABCD method, the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach method which is a mentoring method that prioritizes the utilization of assets and potentials around the community. This research method also evaluates the environmental impact and cost efficiency of using recycled materials. The results of the study show that a fence made of wood and recycled bottles can be a practical and attractive choice for a garden plan. This fence not only supports the management of plastic bottle waste, but also provides a smart solution that is financially efficient and affordable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze humans from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun's thoughts. Who is a great figure and leader of the Islamic religion islamic education in the word Research data was analyzed using literature study the data source is the journal of philosophical thought contains Ibn Khaldun's thoughts about humans and the development of Islamic education. The results of the analysis show that Ibn Khaldun's thoughts are in line with people's thoughts which are part of the axiology and philosophy of the Islamic religion. Abstract

This article discusses the application of innovation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning design with the aim of increasing student and teacher involvement in the learning process. Through an approach that focuses on the use of modern technology, project-based learning methods, and the use of engaging multimedia resources, learning designs can be designed to provide interactive and relevant learning experiences for PAI students.The importance of student involvement in PAI learning is emphasized in this article, where students are encouraged to be actively involved in discussions, group work, and personal reflection on the material being taught. This aims to increase their understanding of the religious concepts and values ​​taught in this subject. Apart from that, the role of teachers as effective learning facilitators is also emphasized in this learning design innovation. Teachers are expected to play a more proactive role in motivating students, helping them explore and apply religious values ​​in the context of everyday life.Overall, this article presents ideas about how PAI learning design innovations can be an effective means of increasing student and teacher engagement, as well as increasing the effectiveness of learning in religious subjects. Thus, it is hoped that this article can make a positive contribution in efforts to improve religious education in the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan antusiasme guru dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka. Kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memotivasi dan membimbing pendidik untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, memberi contoh yang baik, menawarkan arahan dan dukungan yang membantu, serta menciptakan iklim sekolah yang positif. Kepemimpinan yang mampu menginspirasi, memotivasi, memberikan tanggung jawab, dan menetapkan standar tinggi sangat penting untuk kinerja guru dan sekolah. Selain itu, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prestasi siswa dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru di kelas. Guru yang profesional dan memiliki keahlian dalam bidang pelajaran, pendekatan inovatif terhadap pengajaran, serta komitmen terhadap etika mengajar, memberikan dampak positif pada siswa. Guru yang berkomitmen terhadap pertumbuhan intelektual dan pribadi siswa mampu membuat rencana pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menarik. Untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan profesionalisme, guru perlu terlibat dalam pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan. Lingkungan kerja yang positif dan mendukung, termasuk fasilitas yang memadai, hubungan baik antar karyawan, dan dukungan administratif, juga memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas guru di kelas. Guru yang merasa dihargai dan didukung di tempat kerja akan lebih bersemangat dan produktif dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka.

Abstract

Education in the contemporary era is increasingly influenced by technological advances and the important role of teaching style in stimulating students' interest in learning. This research aims to determine the influence of the use of learning technology and teaching styles on students' interest in learning at SMA Al Azhar Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan. The research population was 205 students at Al Azhar Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan High School, with a research sample consisting of 75 class XI students. Research includes quantitative research. Statistical analysis uses regression techniques. The results of this research reveal that there is a significant influence between the use of learning technology and teaching style on students' interest in learning at Al Azhar High School Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan. These findings provide an in-depth picture of the factors that influence students' interest in learning in the educational context at Al Azhar Tanjung Bumi Bangkalan High School, providing a basis for developing learning strategies that are more effective and in line with students' needs in this modern er.

Abstract

Motivation and learning have a mutually influencing relationship in the educational context. Teacher competence and parenting patterns emerge as key factors that can influence students' learning motivation, which ultimately affects the quality of their learning outcomes. This quantitative research aims to analyze the direct impact of teacher competence and parenting patterns on student learning motivation at MA NW Kotaraja, East Lombok, NTB. Through the use of questionnaires as data collection instruments and multiple linear regression analysis, the research results show that teachers' understanding of subject matter and their ability to convey it effectively has a positive impact on student learning motivation. Furthermore, supportive parenting styles, providing emotional support, and providing positive encouragement also have a significant influence on students' learning motivation. These results highlight the important role of teachers and parents in forming a motivating learning environment, which in turn can improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes at MA NW Kotaraja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance. This study uses a conceptual method, the authors get the results that corporate culture and work motivation as dependent variables have a significant influence on employee performance which acts as an independent variable. This is because corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, where a stronger corporate culture will provide direction and values for employees in the company to carry out tasks and work, so that employee performance will increase. Corporate culture has a positive relationship with employee performance. With a corporate culture, employee performance will increase. A strong corporate culture can help employee performance and company performance, because it will create something extraordinary in employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Recently, interactive games have become highly popular among teenagers and children. In the midst of this phenomenon, there are Quranic education institutions such as TPQ Al-Ihsan mosque, which combines learning and memorizing the Qur'an with interactive games with the aim of increasing the interest in learning and memorizing the Qur'an of students. Because so far, the learning method is still dominated by lectures, sorogan (individual recitation), and traditional memorization, which are considered less engaging for today's children, who prefer game-based learning. This study is motivated by the phenomenon observed at TPQ Al-Ihsan mosque, where interactive games are used to increase students' interest in memorizing short Quranic surahs. The purpose of this research is to understand the process of implementing interactive games, examine their impact on students' interest in memorizing short surahs, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted to structure and organize information for better comprehension through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of interactive games to enhance interest in memorizing short Quranic verses follows several stages: setting the rules, forming groups, conducting assessments, and a cooling-down session. The interactive game approach applied at TPQ Al-Ihsan mosque has been proven to increase children's enthusiasm for memorizing short surahs. The success of this method depends on its systematic and consistent implementation. ABSTRAK Akhir-akhir ini, permainan interaktif merupakan hal yang banyak diminati oleh remaja dan anak-anak. Di tengah fenomena tersebut terdapat lembaga pendidikan Al-Qur’an seperti TPQ masjid Al-Ihsan yang memadukan antara belajar dan menghafal Al-Qur’an dengan permainan interaktif dengan maksud agar minat belajar dan menghafal Al-Qur’an dari santri meningkat.  Karena selama ini, metode pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh ceramah, sorogan, dan hafalan yang tradisional serta kurang menarik bagi anak-anak masa kini yang lebih menyukai pembelajaran berbasis permainan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh suatu fenomena pada TPQ masjid al-Ihsan yang menggunakan permainan interaktif untuk meningkatkan minat santri dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an surat pendek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui proses penerapan permainan interaktif dan hasil implikasi dari permainan interkatif dalam meningkatkan minat santri menghafal Al-Qur’an surat pendek serta mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun dan mengorganisasikan informasi agar lebih mudah dipahami melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode implementasi permainan interaktif dalam meningkatkan minat menghafal Al-Qur’an ayat pendek ini bisa diterapkan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu menentukan aturan main, membentuk kelompok, melakukan penilaian, dan sesi pendinginan. Permainan interaktif yang diterapkan di TPQ Masjid Al-Ihsan terbukti dapat meningkatkan minat anak dalam menghafal surat-surat pendek Al-Qur’an. Keberhasilan metode ini bergantung pada penerapan tahapan secara sistematis dan konsisten.

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan sosial anak autisme, terutama dalam lingkungan sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal dengan teman sebaya dapat membantu anak autisme dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di kelas inklusi SD Negeri 30 Palembang, khususnya di kelas 4D. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan responden yaitu guru pengajar kelas inklusi kelas 4, siswa reguler kelas 4D, dan siswa autisme di kelas 4D. Penelitian ini juga dibahas berdasarkan Teori FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation) oleh Willian Schutz pada tahun 1958. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara siswa autisme dan teman sebaya berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan sosial mereka. Anak autisme mulai menunjukkan keterlibatan dalam aktivitas sosial, memahami aturan norma kelas, dan mendapatkan dukungan emosional dari teman sebayanya, meskipun tingkat keterlibatan mereka bervariasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan yang mendukung , dengan komunikasi interpersonal yang positif, dapat membantu anak autisme berkembang lebih baik dalam interaksi sosialnya. Komunikasi interpersonal juga menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial anak autisme di lingkungan pendidikan inklusi. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan inklusif yang kondusif bagi perkembangan sosial anak autisme.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the physical and organoleptic quality with the treatment of adding 10%, 20%, and 30% pumpkin puree. The research started from August 2023 to January 2024 in the Food Processing Laboratory of the Culinary Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study uses an experimental method. The samples in this study are waffles with the addition of 10%, 20%, and 30% pumpkin puree. The data collection in this study uses a hedonic quality test, where 45 somewhat trained panelists evaluate all aspects of the organoleptic quality of the pumpkin puree waffle samples. The data collection techniques used are organoleptic and physical tests. The physical test instrument includes elements measured three (3) times, and the organoleptic evaluation instrument uses measurements with a five (5) point scale range, indicating the highest score down to one (1) for the lowest score. Based on the statistical hypothesis test results, there is a significant effect on the aspects of the inner color, outer color, waffle taste, pumpkin taste, inner texture of the waffle, and pumpkin aroma, followed by a Tukey test. The highest average score in the hedonic quality test for the inner color aspect is 4, and for the waffle taste aspect is 4.6.
