Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

Abstract

Implementing innovative business models has been the key to success for many start-ups in the e-commerce industry. One example is the Bukalapak application which has achieved extraordinary success in a relatively short time. In this abstract, we will discuss the implementation of an innovative business model that is behind Bukalapak's success in facing fierce competition in the e-commerce industry. Bukalapak is an electronic trading platform that is one of the main players in the Indonesian market. In an effort to win competition in this tight industry, Bukalapak has implemented several innovative business models that differentiate itself from its competitors. This feature is different from other e-commerce platforms because it bridges gold trading directly between consumers without intermediaries. This provides additional flexibility and security for consumers who wish to invest or transact with gold. Bukalapak's success in implementing this innovative business model has been proven through the growth of active users of its application, increased transaction turnover, and increased market value. This success reflects the importance of implementing innovative business models in facing competition in the current e-commerce industry.

Abstract

The utilization of Information Technology (IT) in higher education setting aims to enhance the quality of education, and this initiative is realized through the implementation of Information Technology at the Institute of Health Sciences and Technology Muhammadiyah Palembang (IKesT MP) in the form of an Academic Information System (SIMAKAD). SIMAKAD is a vital role as a tool to manage internal data and serves as an information hub for students. This research is conducted to evaluate the acceptance level of the UTAUT2 model and the impact of both the main and target variables within the UTAUT2 model. This research utilizes a quantitative method with 150 respondents, analyzed using SMART PLS 3.0 software." software. The research findings indicate that the acceptance level of the UTAUT2 model reaches 74%, signifying a high adoption rate. Variables like Perceived Value (p-Value: 0.019) and Habit (p-Value: 0.009) significantly influence Behavioral Intention, with a p-Value 0.05, indicating that their hypotheses are accepted. On the other hand, variables such as Performance Expectancy (p-Value: 0.660), Effort Expectancy (p-Value: 0.417), Social Influence (p-Value: 0.652), and Facilitating Conditions (p-Value: 0.292) There is no substantial influence on Behavioral Intention as a result of using Information Technology (IT), indicating that their hypotheses have not been endorsed.. Additionally, the variable Hedonic Motivation (p-Value: 0.978) also does not can significantly impact one's inclination toward a  behavior Intention. However, variables Facilitating Conditions (p-Value: 0.000) and Behavioral Intention (p-Value: 0.000) have a positive impact on Use Behavior, indicating that their hypotheses are accepted. Conversely, the variable Habit (p-Value: 0.915) Does not exert a significant impact on Uss Behavior, resulting in the rejection of its hypothesis.

Abstract

In the current digital era, information availability is abundant, and news serves as a primary source of up-to-date and reliable information for the public. However, with the increasing volume of information, a robust evaluation method is necessary to ensure accurate and dependable news labeling. This research employs a machine learning approach, utilizing three common classification algorithms: Naive Bayes, SVM, and Random Forest, to evaluate news labels based on their titles. The dataset utilized in this study is obtained from Jakarta AI Research and consists of 10,000 samples covering various news topics. Evaluation is conducted using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score metrics to gain a comprehensive understanding of the classification algorithm's performance. The results of this research demonstrate that the SVM algorithm exhibits the best performance, achieving an accuracy rate of 92.92%. Random Forest follows with an accuracy rate of 91.21%, and Naive Bayes with an accuracy rate of 89.61%. These findings provide deep insights into the effectiveness of the machine learning approach in evaluating news labels based on their titles. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of considering other evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, and F1-Score to obtain a more holistic understanding of the algorithm's performance. Further research is encouraged to involve additional classification algorithms and more diverse and extensive datasets to enhance the comprehension of news label evaluation comprehensively. Such endeavors can significantly contribute to the development of automated systems for classifying news with higher accuracy and reliability in the future

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service when shopping and the impact on e-customer satisfaction at Kaos Nyenyes start-up which is a start-up that focuses on selling t-shirts with unique and innovative models online and offline. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of how service quality can affect online customer perception and satisfaction. The data collection method involves an online survey of Kaos Nyenyes' e-customers and the collected data is then analyzed using statistical techniques and content analysis to identify the most influential service quality factors. The results of this study are expected to provide deep insights into the aspects and factors of service quality that are important in a business context, especially in the fashion industry such as the Kaos Nyenyes start-up. By understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction, companies can improve service strategies, strengthen relationships, and increase competitive advantage in the market.

increasingly fierce business competition in the realm of e-commerce causes business people to implement the right strategy, improve service quality, and manage good relationships with consumers. Technology has changed the way businesses operate in recent decades. Rapid technological innovation has provided new opportunities for businesses to grow and develop. This needs to be done by a company as an effort to maintain loyalty customers as well as acquiring new customers. Good product quality is indeed an important factor to be able to increase company sales. However, there are other things that you should pay attention to, namely establishing good relationships with customers it is undeniable that customers are one of the factors that will affect the condition of your business. If you don't have customers, then you won't get any income. Therefore establishing a good relationship with customers becomes important for the sustainability of the company. By definition, a customer relationship is a marketing strategy that retains and manages customers to make repeat purchases. Customers that you have successfully attracted must be managed as well as possible so as not to switch to competitors. The more customers you have, the better the impact on business development. The way this is done is to manage it in such a way that it encourages purchases repetitive and prevents them from switching to competitors.this can also be done by providing answers and solutions to problems owned by customers. Customer relationship practices help salespeople automate sales activities with a customer relationship strategy, you know when to reach out to your sales prospects, what to say, and how to say it.

Abstract

Dinding penahan tanah merupakan struktur bangunan yang menahan tanah atau memberikan kestabilan gaya horizontal tekan tanah aktif atau bahan lain yang memiliki beda ketinggian dan tidak memperbolehkan tanah memiliki kemiringan longsor lebih dari kemiringan alaminya. Supaya dapat menahan tanah yang memiliki kondisi khusus tersebut, konstruksi ini harus mampu memberikan kestabilan terhadap pengaruh gaya-gaya eksternal maupun gaya-gaya internal. Fungsi utama dari konstruksi penahan tanah adalah menahan tanah yang berada dibelakangnya dari bahaya longsor akibat benda-benda yang ada diatas tanah (perkerasan & konstruksi jalan, jembatan, kendaraan, dll), berat tanah, dan berat air dalam tanah.

Abstract

The research uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as interviews and questionnaires as data collection tools. The aim of this study is to determine the number of users of the Montirkeliling.com application and to project the likelihood of changes in the application's usage. In the study of the Analysis of Mobile Application Usage Prediction for the startup Montirkeliling.com, the Markov Chain method is employed. In the context of Montirkeliling.com application usage, the Markov Chain method is used to calculate and predict changes in the number of application users over time based on past usage patterns. This method allows for modeling transitions between different states or conditions, thereby aiding in understanding and probabilistically predicting user behavior. The research provides valuable insights for decision-makers regarding the use of the Montirkeliling.com application. The analysis of the data shows a change in the application's usage, initially relatively high but continuously decreasing, with an increase projected in the following years.

Abstract

Abstract : The COBIT Framework 2019 is an international framework designed to regulate and control e-Government services, focusing on security, efficiency, and effectiveness, to ensure effective governance in modern society. The Palembang Communication and Information Office conducted an assessment of the maturity level of information system risk management using the COBIT 2019 framework. This study aims to provide benefits to e-Government service managers at the Palembang City Communication and Information Office by understanding the maturity level of e-Government service governance, understanding the role of the COBIT 2019 framework in measuring this maturity, providing references for e-Government service managers, and developing and managing government service governance. The results showed that the level of enterprise IT Risk management capability was at level 3 in the EDM03 domain and level 2 in the APO12 domain. However, limited access to research affected these results. The capabilities of the organization have a GAP level of 1 each, with level 4 in the EDM03 domain and 3 in the APO12 domain. Abstrak : Kerangka COBIT 2019 adalah kerangka kerja internasional yang dirancang untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan layanan e-Government, dengan fokus pada keamanan, efisiensi, dan efektivitas, untuk memastikan tata kelola yang efektif dalam masyarakat modern. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Palembang melakukan penilaian tingkat kematangan manajemen risiko sistem informasi dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada pengelola layanan e-Government pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Palembang dengan memahami tingkat kematangan tata kelola layanan e-Government, memahami peran framework COBIT 2019 dalam mengukur kematangan tersebut, memberikan referensi bagi para pengelola layanan e-Government, dan pengembangan dan pengelolaan tata kelola pelayanan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas manajemen Risiko TI perusahaan berada pada level 3 pada domain EDM03 dan level 2 pada domain APO12. Namun, terbatasnya akses penelitian mempengaruhi hasil ini. Kapabilitas yang dimiliki organisasi memiliki level GAP masing-masing sebesar 1, dengan level 4 pada domain EDM03 dan 3 pada domain APO12.

Website sudah menjadi bagian penting dalam hal pelayanan bagi sebuah instasi pemerintah. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebuah website perlu diukur kualitasnya agar bisa menjadi evaluasi bagi pengelola website. Dalam proses evaluasi ini penulis menggunakan metode webqual dan panduan penyelenggaraan website dari pemerintah. Dalam proses analisis data peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang, dengan analisisnya meliputi pengujian validitas dan pengujian reliabilitas. Selanjutnya data kuesioner diolah sesuai sebaran responden yang hasilnya mendapat respon baik dari responden dengan tingkat persentase 54,1%. Kemudian website diukur sesuai sehingga muncul dengan persentase tertinggi tingkat kesesuaiannya yakni 59%.
