Abstract

Abstrak: Desain Pembelajaran merupakan mata kuliah wajib di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Unimed, salah satu materinya membahas bidang model pembelajaran yang selama ini hanya menggunakan media pembelajaran tercetak secara hardcopy dan dipresentasikan menggunakan media Power Point.  Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa diperlukan media pembelajaran yang bersifat interaktif.  Mengingat tidak tersedianya media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif, maka dikembangkan multimedia interaktif pokok bahasan Model Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif pokok bahasan Model Pembelajaran menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE.  Kelayakan multimedia interaktif didapatkan dari tiga tahap model pengembangan ADDIE,  yakni: (1) analysis, melakukan analisis kebutuhan Mata kuliah Desain Pembelajaran; (2) design, menentukan tujuan pembelajaran dan merancang multimedia interaktif; (3) development, mengembangkan multimedia interaktif dengan melibatkan ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media pembelajaran sebagai validator (ADD). Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan multimedia interaktif dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Kriteria evaluasi kelayakan menggunakan skala Likert, dengan 5 jenis nilai yaitu: 5 (sangat baik), 4 (baik), 3 (cukup baik), 2 (kurang) dan 1 (sangat kurang) yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelayakan ahli materi sebesar 89,67%, ahli disain pembelajaran sebesar 88,50% dan ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 86,33%. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan. Kata kunci:  kelayakan, multimedia interaktif, model pembelajaran, ADDIE Abstract: The Learning Design course in the Unimed Mechanical Engineering Education Department is a compulsory subject, where one of the materials discusses the field of learning models which so far only use printed learning media in hardcopy and presented using Power Point media. To increase student competence, interactive learning media is needed. Given the unavailability of learning media in the form of interactive multimedia, an interactive multimedia learning model was developed using the ADDIE development model. The aims of this research was to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia as the subject matter of the learning model using the ADDIE development model. The feasibility of interactive multimedia is obtained from the three stages of the ADDIE development model, namely: (1) analysis, conducting a needs analysis for the Learning Design course; (2) design, determining the learning objectives and designing interactive multimedia; (3) development, developing interactive multimedia by involving the experts of material, learning design and learning media as validators (ADD). Techniques of data collection to assess the feasibility of interactive multimedia are carried out by distributing questionnaires. The feasibility assessment criteria used a Likert scale, with category values of 5 (excellent), 4 (very good), 3 (good), 2 (fair) and 1 (poor), which were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study showed that the feasibility of material experts was 89.67%, instructional design experts 88.50%, and instructional media experts 86.33%. The main result can be concluded that the interactive multimedia subject of the learning model developed is very feasible to be implemented.Keywords: feasibility, interactive multimedia, learning model, ADDIE

Abstract

Protecting endangered and endangered species by preserving their natural habitat is important today, one way is to do conservation. Wild animals need to be managed properly because protection of animals must be done because their populations are decreasing in the wild. One of the animals that must get attention for its almost extinct habitat is the elephant. It is known that the Sumatran elephant (Elephas maximus sumatranus) is on the verge of extinction. Elephants are a key species because of their impact on the environment. Keystone species are species that have a major impact on the environment and can affect ecosystems. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of elephant conservation in Aek Nauli Elephant Conservation on living natural resources as an effort to preserve living natural resources. Therefore Habitat conservation for key species has a positive impact on populations for other species because they depend on and share the same type of habitat for their survival.

Abstract

Studi ini menyajikan analisis ekonomi politik yang berfokus pada penilaian dampak tindakan pengendalian COVID-19 dan implementasinya di Indonesia.Melalui pendekatan multidisiplin, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak ekonomi, perubahan dinamika kebijakan, dan tantangan dalam implementasi kebijakan kesehatan masyarakat.Sudah jelas bahwa respons terhadap pandemi ini akan berdampak besar tidak hanya pada kesehatan, namun juga pada stabilitas ekonomi dan situasi politik.Evaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan meliputi koordinasi lintas sektor, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat.Studi ini memberikan wawasan rinci mengenai hubungan antara politik, ekonomi, dan politik dalam mengatasi krisis kesehatan global. Abstract

The purpose of this research is as a basis for finding out how the application of business ethics occurs in the current era of digitalization. The discussion focuses on looking at how business can develop in the era of globalization and digitalization while maintaining the basic/rules of doing business. So, based on the results and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that the rules in doing business still exist, business conducted online also still has ethics as a basis for regulating business people in running their business.

Abstract

Ethics and moral values, direct people and societies in controlling their behavior. In other words, this definition is also known as a set of values that guide human actions both as individuals and societies. Today, there are many ethical issues that need to be addressed in light of the rapidly growing global economy. The purpose of this study is to Implementation of ethics in the era of globalization is necessary, because the lifestyle of people in the global era has changed, the exposure to communication in the global era has a very broad influence, globalization can threaten the fading of the community value system in all aspects of life the growing globalization of the economy provides access to a very large market for businesses. As a result, market players compete fiercely to outperform each other. The process of globalization has also resulted in the blurring of business boundaries between countries as each country's economy integrates into the world economy. Economic inequality, both within and between countries, is increasing, and this raises ethical questions in the era of globalization. Growing economic inequality is a result of globalization, with a few people and multinational corporations reaping huge profits at the expense of the vast majority. The environment is often negatively impacted by economic globalization. To maximize profits, multinational corporations often exploit natural resources.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the legal protection given to investors in buying and selling shares in the capital market from an Islamic perspective. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis, which involves comprehensive data collection regarding the characteristics of a particular situation or symptom that contributes to strengthening the theory of Islamic capital markets. In this case, the author uses a document or literature study as a legal material collection technique, by reviewing the literature related to the research topic. This approach aims to obtain secondary data from sources such as the Quran, hadith, MUI fatwa, and relevant laws and regulations, especially Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets. The findings of this study reveal that the legal protection of investors in buying and selling activities in the capital market in an Islamic perspective is based on the principles of transparency and openness, the existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), sharia audits, dispute resolution mechanisms, and the prohibition of ribawi practices or usury-based transactions.

The study delves into the challenges of environmental pollution and the necessity for companies to enhance profitability while improving financial performance. The research assesses the relationship between green accounting, environmental performance, and financial outcomes, aiming to provide insights into whether companies applying green accounting can enhance profitability through good environmental performance.

Abstract

Business ethics can be defined as knowledge about the ideal procedures for regulating and managing a business that takes into account norms and morality that apply universally and economically/socially, and the application of these norms and morality supports the aims and objectives of business activities. Determining profits based on business ethics is not always easy, so companies must pay attention to the fact that implementing business ethics is very important, because this can provide long-term benefits for the company and society as a whole. This research aims to find out how to determine profits based on business ethics in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. The research results show that good business activities strive to achieve profits by paying attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the application of business ethics in determining profits involves a balance between achieving financial goals and paying attention to social, environmental and moral impacts.

Abstract

Death or mortality is one of the three components of the demographic process that influences population structure, the other two components are birth (fertility) and population mobility. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of mortality on population growth and to determine the relationship between mortality and population growth. This research is a study of the dynamics of mortality in Indonesia in the past and future projections based on data from UN publications and the Census from BPS Indonesia. This research based on the object is a survey research with quantitative methods for analysis. Meanwhile, based on the existence of the population, this study uses a sampling method. This research also shows that mortality indicators in Indonesia continue to increase each period. The crude death rate in Indonesia shows a quite drastic decline. This means that the degree of health in Indonesia shows improvement in each period.

Abstract

Social conflict is an interesting social phenomenon to study and research. This has given rise to various conflict theories Researching and studying social conflict is an interesting social phenomenon. As a result, many theories of conflict have been developed. To help us identify and understand the many conflict theories that are out there, a mapping of conflict theories is required. Broadly speaking, the theories can be divided into two categories: classical and modern. The following are the luminaries of classical sociological conflict theory: Nicolo Machiavelli, Thomas Hobbes, Jean Bodin, Polybus, and Ibn Khaldun. Conflict hypotheses were put forward by contemporary sociologists Lewis A. Coser, Ralf Dahrendorf, and Karl Marx. According to traditional conflict theory, conflict arises from the innate tendency of humans to dominate and interfere with each other, especially in terms of power. More sophisticated than structural functionalism, modern conflict theory was born out of criticism of the theory..
