Abstract

To improve the Management Control Systems, an accidental sampling (non-probability sampling) method is used to apply Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Export and import service companies in the Jakarta Capital City area became the population in this study, with the total sample used is 100 respondents. 3 (three) variables that are the primary key of this research are Management Control System (X1) is an independent variable, and ERP implementation (Y) is classified as a related variable. The results obtained after this study's test indicate that ERP implementation (Y) is significantly influenced by the Management Control System (X1). There are several compromises in implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in Indonesia. These factors exist in both the manufacturing and service industries. These have been identified as staffing issues where users do not understand how to use the  ERP system. This lack of understanding leads to the implementation of non-optimized ERP due to the lack of education and learning about system usage and operational know-how. ERP is an evolution of Enterprise Resource Planning II (MRP II), a further development of Material Requirements Planning (MRP). ERP includes a warehouse management package as a first step, which is the supply control used in manufacturing or servicing products. The second phase of material requirements planning is the ERP route. In addition, the third phase of MRPII was the development of closed-loop MRP. ERP will emerge as Phase 4, an extension of MRP II and business processes. Extended ERP is the fifth phase of ERP, was introduced in 2000 and is much more complex than previous ERP.

Abstract

Stunting, a global health challenge, affects millions of children, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, and has lasting consequences on cognitive development, physical growth, and overall well-being. Early prediction and intervention are crucial for reducing stunting, especially before conception and during early pregnancy. This paper explores the utilisation of machine learning (ML) for predicting stunting risk in the context of pre-maternal and pre-conceptive midwifery services. By analysing a case study, the research assesses the effectiveness of various machine learning algorithms in identifying stunting risk factors, including maternal health, nutrition, socioeconomic status, and environmental conditions. Using healthcare and demographic data, the study develops predictive models to assist midwives in assessing stunting risks during pre-conception and prenatal phases. The findings demonstrate that ML models, particularly random forest and support vector machine algorithms, outperform traditional risk assessment methods, providing higher accuracy and earlier detection of stunting risk. These models enable midwives to deliver personalised care and targeted interventions, optimising maternal and child health outcomes. The study also highlights the broader implications of integrating machine learning into midwifery services, including improved decision-making, resource allocation, and healthcare efficiency. In conclusion, this research underscores the transformative potential of machine learning in predicting stunting risk and enhancing the effectiveness of pre-maternal and pre-conceptive midwifery services, offering a promising approach to mitigating the global burden of stunting.

Abstract

Heart failure is a long-term condition of great concern which calls for health care services in cycles. This significantly hampers quality of life for patients and increases costs for the healthcare systems. If the worsening of heart failure could be detected early, the intervention to prevent readmission could be employed, such that readmission would be avoided, enhancing the quality of life for the patient. Accordingly, the paper explains how such a model to predict the worsening of heart failure in patients who are at high risk of this condition has been developed. The model uses information gathered from the Electronic Health Records (EHRs) (Clinical Variables, Vitals, Test Results, and Demographics) to make accurate predictions on patients. As an effective and efficient approach towards achieving this goal, comparison of different algorithms such as random forests, support vector machines and gradient boosting has been employed towards the building of the final model. At this stage, the model is embedded into a user-friendly self-monitoring device, allowing the chronic heart failure patients to assess health indices on the fly with the help of the mobile app and wearable devices. This secondary prevention strategy makes patients more responsible for their health and decreases the number of patients readmitted to the hospital by increasing their functioning and well-being. The paper further projects the future development of other forms of treatment for chronic heart failure, especially at the first line, focusing primarily on the timing and succession.

Abstract

The increasing global emphasis on sustainability has accelerated investments in renewable energy technologies, positioning sources like solar, wind, and hydroelectric power as vital alternatives to fossil fuels. Despite significant progress, integrating renewable energy into existing grids remains challenging due to variability in energy output, grid instability, and inefficiencies in energy storage systems. This study investigates the potential of machine learning (ML) to revolutionize the renewable energy sector by enhancing energy forecasting, grid management, and energy storage optimization. Using a combination of supervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques, we developed predictive and optimization models based on historical and real-time datasets. Additionally, structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS was employed to analyze the relationships between key variables, such as machine learning algorithms, renewable energy sources, sustainability performance, and operational efficiency. The results indicate that machine learning significantly improves energy forecasting accuracy, grid reliability, and storage efficiency, with R-squared values of 0.685 for operational efficiency and 0.588 for sustainability performance. These findings highlight the transformative role of ML in optimizing renewable energy systems and achieving sustainable energy goals. While ML offers promising solutions for renewable energy challenges, further research is needed to address real-time data integration, model scalability, and economic feasibility. This study provides a foundation for future innovations, emphasizing the importance of intelligent, data-driven strategies in advancing global energy sustainability.

Abstract

The objective assessment system and guiding assessment can be accessed online, but the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial still using the local network and not connected with the others. The trial appraisal system that was not mutually integrated made the examiner a little difficult. This is because as technology advances are utilized as well as possible by educational institutions in this case namely universities to be used in a comprehensive session of thesis students or final assignments. Then it is necessary to develop the examiner's assessment system in which there is a system of finalizing the trial. The research was conducted using the method of observation, interviews and literature studies to maximize this research. The researcher directly examines the congregation assessment system which still uses the local network to analyze how the system works so that when carried out development does not change the existing system flow. Interviews were also conducted by researchers to collect data from existing speakers, namely the board of examiners. Then the author searched the list of previous studies that are appropriate so that repetition does not occur. After the development of the examiner's assessment system along with the finalization of the session and making the system integrated with each other so as to facilitate the examiner chairman to use it in determining whether or not students are declared eligible to pass a comprehensive trial or not. This proved that the system that had been developed greatly helped the process of the trial.
