Abstract

This research aims to find out what policies are implemented by school principals to improve teacher performance at MA Raudlatul Ulum Sumberwringin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a multicase study type of research. This research used a purposive sampling technique, namely interview, observation and documentation techniques. Using Miles Hubberman data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. To present the data, the validity of the data is ensured by using data source triangulation and method triangulation. The results obtained from research on the implementation of school principal policies in improving teacher performance at MA Raudlatul Ulum Sumberwringin are: 1) providing training to each individual according to their field of expertise, 2) providing motivation, and 3) evaluating teacher performance. Implementation of madrasah principal policies can significantly improve teacher performance, which ultimately has a positive impact on the quality of education in Madrasahs. Factors that support the successful implementation of this policy include visionary leadership, effective communication between school principals and teachers, and support from various parties. Madrasah principals rely heavily on commitment, leadership skills and the ability to adapt to the specific needs and conditions of the school.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai karakter peduli lingkungan sangat penting bagi peserta didik salah satunya melalui peran guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) peran guru dalam menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan pada pembelajaran PPKn, 2) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, serta 3) solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan pada pembelajaran PPKn. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan dilaksnakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023 di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Nanga Tepuai. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan dengan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam pembelajaran PPKn melalui kebiasaan dan contoh. Faktor pendukung meliputi petugas kebersihan dan fasilitas kebersihan sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi rendahnya kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab peserta didik serta partisipasi yang kurang. Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut meliputi memberikan arahan dan pemahaman pentingnya kebersihan kelas, serta menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan orang tua untuk memberikan pembinaan dan meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik.

Abstract

Background: Digital media has the greatest influence on interpersonal communication that occurs between children and adults, including communication that occurs in cases of broken homes. This is because the way media is used to interact with people has changed, resulting in the emergence of interpersonal conflict within the individual. This study aims to find out the role of digital media in interpersonal communication for children after a broken home. Research method: This study used a qualitative research method with inclusion criteria, namely journals published from 2017 to 2020. The samples used in this study were obtained from Google Scholar and Mendeley. Results: Interpersonal communication (Interpersonal) in children has a significant influence on children both from the child's learning process at school, then how to socialize at home, and the personality possessed by the child. Conclusion: Interpersonal communication (between individuals) is a direct and face-to-face human interaction that allows participants to observe verbal and nonverbal cues from others. (Mulyana, 2002) In the implementation of interpersonal communication, parents have the most important role for the child because if there is no establishing one Good communication between children and parents will hurt the child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about non-sequential communication. Which in this study used qualitative research methods, namely the method of literature review and literature review. As social beings, humans always want to be in touch with other humans. This curiosity forces humans to communicate. In a Non-sequential Communication process, communication may occur in a random order; not linear, circular, or even helical. In non-sequential communication, the communicator can become a communicant, and vice versa, the communicant can turn into a communicator. For example, communication between two people actually simultaneously involves communicating with oneself (thinking) to respond to the other party. Abstract

The role of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and ISO AA1000AP (AccountAbility Principles) in the context of sustainability reporting stands out as frameworks that serve not only as guidelines but also as key instruments to achieve transparency and consistency in reporting sustainability practices of companies. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the compliance of sustainability reporting at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk based on GRI Standards and ISO AA1000AP in 2022. The findings of this study indicate that PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Indonesia Tbk can strengthen the integrity and quality of their sustainability reporting. This will not only create a greater positive impact but also enhance relationships with stakeholders and ensure sustained engagement with sustainability challenges in the future. Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase creativity and innovation in packaging bread products for MSMEs in Sawah Luhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City. Bakery MSMEs in this region face significant challenges related to packaging, which hinders product marketing and competitiveness. This program includes intensive training on packaging design, modern packaging technology, and digital innovations such as QR codes and Augmented Reality (AR). Apart from that, the training also focuses on the use of environmentally friendly packaging materials and circular economy concepts. The results of the activity showed that the participants succeeded in creating a more attractive and functional packaging design. This increase in understanding and skills has a positive impact on sales of MSME products. This program also underlines the importance of collaboration between academics, practitioners and government in encouraging MSME innovation in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Talent Management on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City totaling 30 people. To determine the effect of talent management on employee performance, the main data analysis technique is simple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistic Vers. 24 statistical application. 24. In addition, it also uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests.  Based on the results of the research conducted, the research results show that talent management has a significant effect on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The influence given by talent management on the performance of talented employees at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City is 38.9% where the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. This means that the better the application of talent management at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City, the more employee performance will improve and vice versa, if the application of talent management is lacking, employee performance will decrease.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Manajemen Talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi,wawancara, dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo yang berjumlah 30 orang. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan digunakan teknik analisis data utama yakni regresi linear sederhana menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS Statistic Vers. 24. Selain itu juga menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan talenta pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo yakni sebesar 38.9% dimana sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Artinya semakin baik penerapan manajemen talenta pada Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan begitu pula sebaliknya, jika penerapan manajemen talenta kurang, maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun.

Abstract

Tanah Alluvial merupakan tanah yang berasal dari endapan baru, berlapis-lapis, jumlah bahan organiknya berubah-ubah. Peningkatan produksi tanaman terong dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan biochar tankos dan kotoran sapi. Biochar dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan unsur hara N, P, K dan pH tanah. Kotoran sapi dapat meningkatkan C-Organik, N-Total, meningkatkan daya tahan terhadap air. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan biochar tankos dan kotoran sapi terhadap ketersediaan hara N, P, K dan pertumbuhan tanaman terong di tanah Alluvial, serta mengetahui interaksi biochar tankos dan kotoran sapi terhadap ketersediaan N, P, K dan pertumbuhan tanaman terong pada tanah Alluvial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAL 2 faktorial terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terjadinya interaksi antara biochar tankos dan kotoran sapi. Pemberian biochar tankos mampu meningkatkan pH pada perlakuan 40 ton/ha= 6,6,   N-Total pada perlakuan 30 ton/ha= 1,2, P-Tersedia pada perlakuan 30 ton/ha = 329,6, K-Tersedia pada perlakuan 30 ton/ha= 10,93, tinggi tanaman pada perlakuan   30 ton/ha= 44,65. Penambahan kotoran sapi mampu meningkatkan CO pada perlakuan 15 ton/ha= 15,83, N-Total pada perlakuan 15 ton/ha= 1,16 dan tinggi tanaman pada perlakuan 30 ton/ha= 43,23, serta terjadi peningkatan ketersediaan unsur hara N-Total 23,46%, P-Tersedia 66,16%, K-Tersedia 55,47%, C-Organik 6,59% dan tinggi tanaman 42,46%.Kata Kunci:   Alluvial, Biochar Tankos, Kotoran Sapi, Produksi Terong

Abstract

This study uses the ADDIE model to develop learning media in puzzles for Islamic Religious Education class IV subjects at SDN 304 Mamara. The goal is to assess the stage of development, validity, and practicality of the media. The research method uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The study results showed that the puzzle learning media was categorized as "Very Valid," with an average score of 83% from media, material, and language experts. The practicality test showed that this medium was very practical, scoring 97% from students and 82% from teachers. In conclusion, this puzzle learning media is effective and can be implemented in the learning process to increase student engagement.

Abstract

Patriarchal culture glorifies masculinity and subordinates women, influencing their career choices and ambitions. Patriarchal culture oppresses women. Patriarchal society destroys and isolates women. Verbal and pictorial data are presented in this descriptive qualitative research. This research aims to analyze how patriarchal culture shackles and discriminates against women. Patriarchal society degrades women and inhibits their socialization. This descriptive qualitative research presents data verbally and graphically. In micro studies, social sciences and humanities apply qualitative research. The research was conducted at Jalan Tangguk Kec Medan Denai. The research started in early June and ended. Researchers obtained data through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results showed that Batak patriarchal culture empowers men at home and in society. Although Batak culture devalues women, they complement men. Batak families depend on men, while women clean the house. Batak people in Medan City can promote gender equality and progress through knowledge and action.
