Abstract

This research explores the role of parents and school principals in developing student morals at MTS Zahrotul Islam Tegalrejo Dringu Probolinggo. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation at a school. Qualitative analysis was carried out to process field data with the steps of Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions. The focus of the research is the validity of data regarding "The Role of Parents and Principals in Developing Student Morals at MTS Zahrotul Islam Tegalrejo Dringu Probolinggo." Research findings show that close collaboration between parents and school principals has a positive impact in shaping students' character and morals, as well as creating a learning environment that is oriented towards ethical values. Several key factors that support successful collaboration include open communication between parents and the school, the role of the principal as a moral leader, and active participation of parents in school activities. This research provides insight into strategies that can be implemented to improve student moral development. It is hoped that the implications of this research can contribute to parents, teachers and schools by understanding the roles played by parents and school principals. It is hoped that schools can develop more holistic programs to shape student character. In addition, this research highlights challenges in implementing moral development, such as differences in cultural values between home and school. The success of developing student morals is very dependent on cooperation and mutual commitment between parents and the school. Keywords:  Role; Moral Development

Abstract

This article discusses the role of mothers as the main educational agent in the family, serving as the first madrasah for children. Mothers not only educate children in academic aspects, but also in religious values, morals and life skills. Research shows that the education provided by mothers has a major influence on children's character development and moral understanding. However, mothers often face challenges in carrying out this role, such as dividing their time between work and household responsibilities. Support from husbands and government policies that support family welfare are essential to help mothers fulfill their roles well. The article also emphasizes the importance of providing better access to education for women so that they can contribute effectively to their children's education. In addition, the role of the media, religion and social institutions is crucial in reinforcing the social construction of mothers as primary educators. The media shapes society's views through representations of mothers, while religion emphasizes mothers' responsibilities in the moral and spiritual education of children. In the context of modern families, mothers face challenges in balancing traditional and modern roles, including role conflict and lack of support from social institutions. Therefore, it is important to provide adequate support for mothers so that they can optimally fulfill their dual roles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the visionary leadership of madrasah heads in developing an inclusive and competitive organizational culture in Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a literature study method to identify and analyze the results of previous research that are relevant to the topic. The source of data for this research comes from various articles published through google scholar, Journal, and PubMed. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this research are that the visionary leadership of the head of the madrasah is the ability of the head of the madrasah to create, formulate, communicate, and implement ideal ideas that come from him or the result of social interaction among madrasah members as the ideals of the madrasah in the future that must be achieved or realized through the commitment of all personnel. The development of organizational culture in schools cannot be separated from the leadership role of the principal as the main actor who determines and colors the lives of school residents. The visionary leadership of the head of the madrasah must be able to create a conducive organizational culture. The same steps and vision in carrying out duties and responsibilities must be possessed by each member so that everyone can improve his or her professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Consumptive Behavior of Class XII Students at SMK Widya Manggala, East Jakarta. The population in this study were class XII students of SMK Widya Manggala in the 2023/2024 academic year. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive random sampling with a total of 79 respondents. Data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. This study is a quantitative study with the data analysis technique used being multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is no significant influence of financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of class XII students of SMK Widya Manggala, East Jakarta. (2)There issignificant influence of lifestyle on the consumer behavior of class XII students of SMK Widya Manggala, East Jakarta. (3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy and lifestyle together on the consumer behavior of class XII students of SMK Widya Manggala, East Jakarta. The determination coefficient (R2) of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Consumer Behavior of SMK Widya Manggala, East Jakarta students is 0.768, which means that 76.8% of the change in the consumer behavior variable is explained by the two independent variables (financial literacy and lifestyle), while the remaining 23.2% is explained by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Abstract: The individual attitudes and busy work schedules of urban communities make Islamic teaching increasingly necessary as an effort to strengthen spirituality in the current modern era. One way to get Islamic teaching is through the presence of a taklim assembly in the office. So it is important to carry out this research to see and analyze the existence and patterns of Islamic teaching in taklim assemblies held in urban offices. This research includes qualitative research using a case study method located at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation studies. The instruments used are semi-structured interview sheets and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results obtained are (1) The taklim assembly is divided into two, namely the taklim assembly for male employees, female employees; (2) The teaching pattern of the taklim assembly at KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua for male and female employees has several differences which are adapted to the needs of each employee; (3) The existence of taklim assemblies in urban office environments (KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua) has an important role as a means of religious education, spiritual formation for employees, and as a forum for strengthening synergy and friendship between employees.Abstrak: Sikap individual dan kesibukan kerja masyarakat perkotaan, menjadikan pendidikan Islam semakin dibutuhkan sebagai upaya dalam penguatan spiritualitas di tengah era modern saat ini. Pendidikan Islam bisa didapatkan salah satunya dengan hadirnya majelis taklim di perkantoran. Maka penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk melihat dan menganalisis eksistensi serta pola pendidikan Islam di majelis taklim yang diselenggarakan di kantor perkotaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang berlokasi di KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dengan instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar wawancara secara semi terstruktur dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah (1) Majelis taklim terbagi menjadi dua yaitu majelis taklim untuk pegawai laki-laki pegawai perempuan; (2) Pola pendidikan majelis taklim di KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua untuk pegawai laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki beberapa perbedaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing pegawai; (3) Eksistensi majelis taklim di lingkungan perkantoran perkotaan (KPP Pratama Jakarta Gambir Dua) memiliki peran penting sebagai sarana pendidikan agama, pembinaan spiritual untuk para pegawai, dan sebagai wadah untuk mempererat sinergi dan silaturahmi antar pegawai.

Abstract

This study explores the conversion of Areca fruit peel into carbon-based materials biochar (BC) and hydrochar (HC) for use as adsorbents in synthetic dye removal from wastewater. Conversion was achieved through pyrolysis for BC and hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) for HC. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed carbon formation, with both HC and BC showing an amorphous characteristics. FTIR analysis identified hydroxyl, carboxyl, acid, and ester functional groups in BC, HC and Areca fruit peel materials that are essential for adsorption. BET surface area measurements showed 82.584 m2/g for BC and 77.618 m2/g for HC. Adsorption experiments demonstrated CR removal capacities of 40.515 mg/g for HC and 40.616 mg/g for BC, significantly surpassing the 23.168 mg/g capacity of untreated Areca fruit peel. Over three regeneration cycles, both BC and HC retained structural integrity, highlighting their potential as reusable adsorbents for dye removal. These results suggest that Areca fruit peel-derived BC and HC are promising, sustainable adsorbents for wastewater treatment, particularly in mitigating environmental impacts from industrial dyes.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Toko Rumah Muslim adalah suatu usaha perdagangan konvensional yang dijalankan oleh satu organisasi kecil yang mempunyai produk unggulan berupa produk konveksi, border, jilbab dan baju muslim yang beragam dan berkualitas. Dalam era digital Permasalahan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Toko Rumah Muslim diketahui karena bisnis yang digunakan masih berupa perdagangan secara konvensional sehingga terbatasnya jangkauan dalam mencapai potensi pasar yang lebih besar dan tergantung pada lokasi strategis untuk dampak pada bisnis yang dijalankan.  Untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, UMKM Toko Rumah Muslim perlu menerapkan strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing, peneliti menciptakan aplikasi berbasis android sebagai tempat prasarana pemasaran produk umkm, dengan menerapkan metode First In, First Out (FIFO) sebagai peningkatan efisiensi, mengurangi biaya produksi, dan menjaga kualitas produk. implementasi metode FIFO ini akan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan aplikasi, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha. Aplikasi berbasis andorid yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai wadah dalam menawarkan produk, mengelola persediaan, memantau penjualan, dan menganalisis data penjualan secara lebih efektif dalam menjalankan usahanya. Kata Kunci FIFO, UMKM, AndroidABSTRACTMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Muslim Home Store is a conventional trading business run by a small organization that has superior products in the form of various and quality convection products, borders, headscarves and Muslim clothes. In the digital era, the Problems of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Muslim Home Store are known because the business used is still conventional trading so that the reach is limited in reaching a larger market potential and depends on the location strategy to have an impact on the business being run. To face these challenges, MSMEs Muslim Home Store need to implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness, researchers create an android-based application as a place for MSME product marketing infrastructure, by implementing the First In, First Out (FIFO) method to improve efficiency, reduce production costs, and maintain product quality. The application of this FIFO method will identify factors that influence the success of the implementation, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by business actors. Abstract

This research aims to reveal and know the role of family education in building social construction offered by Hamka in Tafsir al-Azhar as an effort to provide solutions to the community regarding the attitude that families need to take in implementing education. This research is qualitative by using library research to obtain research data and is descriptive-applicative. The main source in this research is Tafsir al-Azhar by Hamka and the secondary sources in this research are articles, scientific works, and documents relevant to this research. The results of this study are, first, according to Hamka to justify a society must justify its main joints, namely a person's soul, second, according to Hamka, fathers and mothers have an important role in the family to shape the soul of a child and parents must ensure that they provide good education to children so that children will be able to live social life in society well.

Abstract

Vulvovaginitis is inflammation of the vulva and vagina caused by Candida spp, bacteria, and Trichomonas vaginalis. Clinical symptoms of vulvovaginitis include itching, burning, and vaginal discharge. Many women buy over-the-counter drugs and treat themselves without knowing the cause of their vulvovaginitis, so the treatment they get is not optimal, therefore, an examination is needed to determine the organism causing the vulvovaginitis. This case report was made to know the cause of vulvovaginitis in a patient. A 25-year-old woman came with complaints of odorless yellowish-white vaginal discharge, complaints accompanied by itching, and dysuria. The patient is pregnant with a gestational age of 28-29 weeks. On physical examination, the vulva appears reddish, vaginal discharge is yellowish-white. On direct microscopic examination, yeast cells and pseudohyphae were found. Culture on SDA+ agar produced colonies of Candida sp.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of kirinyuh weed LOFand AMF on local corn production on marginal land in Southeast Sulawesi. Research was carried out in the Experimental Garden Field Lab II and Lab. Agronomy Unit, Faculty of Agriculture, UHO, Kendari, from May-October 2022. The research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a factorial pattern consisting of two factors. The first factor is liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) which consists of 4 levels, namely without LOF (P0), LOF 20 mL L-1 water (P1), LOF25 mL L-1 water (P2), LOF 30 mL L-1 water (P3 ). The second factor is FMA which consists of 3 levels, namely without AMF (M0), FMA 15 g/ planting hole (M1), and FMA 20 g/planting hole (M2). The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, ear length, number of rows per ear, ear diameter, weight of 100 seeds and productivity. The research results showed that there was no interaction effect of LOF and AMF treatment on plant height and productivity but had a significant effect on the number of leaves, stem diameter, ear length, number of rows per ear, weight of 100 seeds and productivity. The LOF treatment of LOF 30 mL L-1 water and AMF 15 g/plant is the best treatment for local corn production on marginal land.
