Abstract

Pregnancy is a risk factor for vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC). The most common cause of VVC in pregnancy is Candida albicans. During pregnancy, physiological changes occur, such as increased levels of estrogen, lower vaginal pH, increased production of vaginal mucosal glycogen and immunological changes so that Candida colonization in the vagina increases. Increased colonization can be symptomatic or asymptomatic. When symptoms and signs of vulvar pruritus, pain, swelling, redness, burning, dyspareunia, dysuria, vulvar edema, fissures, excoriation and vaginal discharge are found, it is necessary to perform microscopic examination and/or fungal culture to establish the diagnosis of VVC. Topical intravaginal antifungal therapy such as clotrimazole and nystatin, are the recommended treatment for VVC in pregnancy that has been shown its safety. Treatment with oral antifungal is not recommended because of the risk of causing congenital abnormalities in the fetus. Prophylactic administration in the last trimester of pregnancy in asymptomatic VVC cases provides good pregnancy and neonatal outcomes but is still being debated. In severe, prolonged or recurrent cases of VVC, other co-infections may be sought which may also need to be managed. Administration of probiotics for VVC therapy still requires further research.

Abstract

In the context of urban growth and increasing population density, urban transportation networks face significant challenges such as traffic congestion, infrastructure limitations, and traffic law violations. This study integrates three analytical approaches—Space Syntax, Resolving Efficient Dominating Set (REDS), and Graph Neural Networks (GNN)—to identify strategic locations for the deployment of mobile Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) units and to forecast potential traffic violations. The research focuses on Malang City, Indonesia, and utilizes spatial data and ETLE violation records. Results show that Laksamana Martadinata Street, which has the lowest Real Relative Asymmetry (RRA) value, is a key strategic location for monitoring. The REDS analysis yields a resolving efficient domination number that determines the optimal quantity and placement of mobile ETLE units. GNN-based multi-step time series forecasting successfully predicts traffic violation trends across 29 road segments with a Mean Squared Error (MSE) equal to 0.0173. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of spatial configuration analysis, graph theoretical optimization, and machine learning-based forecasting, offering a comprehensive approach not previously combined in related studies. However, limitations include the use of a single urban case study and constraints in the availability and granularity of violation data, which may affect the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of traditional food in cultural tourism development through an examination of Bagar Hiu, a traditional shark-based dish from Bengkulu, Indonesia. The research employs PLS-SEM to analyze survey data collected from 300 tourists, focusing on the relationships between food quality, attractiveness, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Key findings demonstrate significant direct effects: food quality exhibits strong positive relationships with both attractiveness (p < 0.000) and satisfaction (p < 0.000). Attractiveness significantly influences satisfaction (p < 0.000) and behavioral intention (p < 0.000). Furthermore, satisfaction shows a significant effect on behavioral intention (p < 0.000), while food quality maintains a direct, though weaker, impact on behavioral intention (p = 0.002). These results provide empirical evidence for traditional food's multifaceted role in tourist experiences, particularly highlighting the importance of food attractiveness. The study contributes to culinary tourism literature by quantifying these relationships and identifying satisfaction's mediating role. Practical implications suggest the need for destination managers to emphasize both food quality and presentation while preserving culinary authenticity to enhance tourist satisfaction and behavioral intentions

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a condition of fulfilling the wishes, expectations and needs of patients. Bases on datafrom March 2020 to March 2021, there was an increase in patients returning home at their own request by3% and the lack of fulfillement of patient satisfaction values which were still below 90%. The aim of thisstudy is to evaluate Infrastructure and compliance of covid-19 patients. The study desing used was crosssectional, whit a consecutive sampling and a sample size of 120 covid-19 patients. Data were analyzed usingthe spearman rank rest. Data collection was carried out from June 2021 to August 2021. The result of thestudy found that there was a relationship between phycsical facility and satisfaction with p value 0,001 and r0,498. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty at Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak, Veteran Branch, Bandung, with trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). Data were collected from 150 respondents through a questionnaire distributed to customers who had visited the restaurant more than twice. The results show that both product quality and price significantly influence customer trust and loyalty. Moreover, trust is proven to mediate the relationship between product quality and price on customer loyalty. These findings indicate that consistent food quality, high-quality ingredients, hygienic presentation, and fair, transparent pricing are crucial factors in building trust and maintaining customer loyalty. In conclusion, trust serves as a key element that bridges customers' perceptions of product and price with their decision to remain loyal. It is recommended that the management maintain food quality standards and pricing transparency, while also enhancing communication and service to build sustainable customer trust. Abstract

The Tridharma of Higher Education contains three important points, namely education, research and community service. One way to implement the tridharma of higher education is to do community service. Community service on this occasion was carried out with the partner of SMK BM Budi Agung. In the digitalization era, children's creativity becomes very important, because it is necessary to provide computing programs such as Microsoft Office, one of which is Microsoft Excel. The need for education about computer applications regarding Microsoft Excel. Therefore, the solution offered is in the form of training that aims to make SMK students have the ability to understand Microsoft Excel, understand functions and can process numbers and make simple financial reports with Microsoft Excel. The final result of Community Service activities by evaluating learning outcomes. The results of this activity, students are able to process data with various formulas using Microsoft Office Excel 2010. This activity has a good impact on increasing Hard Skill Skills for Vocational Students.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kepuasan kerja menjadi peran penting untuk mencegah kejenuhan dan mengurangi tekanan dalam bekerja. beban kerja perawat terjadi peningkatan dengan jumlah pasien yang kompleks dan banyak selama masa COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat selama masa pandemic COVID-19 di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu perawat pelakasana di ruang rawat inap RSUD Idaman sebanya 112 orang melalui teknik sampling stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November tahun 2021 di ruang rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat dengan menggunakan instrument Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) Instrumen ini memiliki nilai validitas 0,56-0,83 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,91, untuk kuesioner beban kerja memiliki nilai validitas 0,40-0,83 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,95. Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat dengan nilai p = 0,659 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat diantaranya yaitu penjadwalan dinas, motivasi kerja, dan dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini dapat dilakukan serupa untuk membuktikan bahwa tidak ada atau ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di berbagai tipe rumah sakit dan dengan sampel perawat serta metode yang berbeda.

Abstract

Candida auris is an invasive yeast that has spread worldwide since it was first identified in Japan in 2009. C.auris has spread through four genetic clades that emerged between 2008 and 2013 and caused nosocomial outbreaks. The mortality rates of C.auris infections vary significantly between regions, ranging from 30 to 60%. C.auris infections can cause fungemia, invasive candidiasis, and spread to various organs. C.auris has a defense mechanism against the innate immune response and virulence factors that are not fully understood. High thermal and salinity tolerance, excretion of protease enzymes, and the ability to form biofilms are the main virulence factors that influence the pathogenicity of C.auris. Due to limited facilities, the diagnosis of C.auris infections is still hampered in some countries. Accurate strain identification methods are essential to prevent the rapid spread of this pathogen. Molecular techniques, including PCR and sequencing of the D1/D2 region of 28s rDNA or internal transcribed spacer using specific primers, are recommended for faster and more accurate identification. Genetic analysis revealed single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that differed between clades, especially in the nuclear and mitochondrial genomes. C.auris exhibits high resistance to fluconazole, amphotericin B, and echinocandins, with some strains being resistant to all three. Resistance mechanisms include ERG11 gene mutations, Erg11p overexpression, and efflux pump activity. The rise of multidrug-resistant strains and high genetic variation complicates infection management, requiring heightened attention to prevent further spread.

Abstract

Is an important process in the formation of thinking skills, which is influenced by various internal and external factors, and takes place through certain stages according to the child's age.This study aims to: (1) Determine the condition of cognitive development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Mutiara before the implementation of the ice breaking strategy, (2) Determine the condition after the implementation of the strategy, and (3) Assess the effectiveness of the ice breaking strategy in improving children's cognitive development. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, where the research subjects are students of group B2 RA Mutiara for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation during the study. This study shows that there is an increase in the cognitive abilities of early childhood after implementing the ice breaking strategy during cycle II, cycle I with two meetings and cycle II with one meeting. The results of the percentage of cognitive abilities in children from the beginning of the pre-cycle reached a class average of 30% then in cycle I meeting I the class average was still 30%, cycle I at meeting II the class average increased to 40% then in cycle II increased to 60%. Thus, from the results of the percentage, it shows that the ice breaking strategy can improve cognitive development in children aged 5-6 years. As has been stated in the results of the analysis, this study can be said to be successful in accordance with the achievement of the success criteria, namely Developing According to Expectations (BSH) with the percentage of average cognitive abilities of the class reaching 43%.

Abstract

Pada era modern ini, cara transaksi dan objek jual beli sangat beragam, salah satunya yaitu jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping di aplikasi marketplace Sorabel PT Sale Stok Indonesia. Dropshipping merupakan suatu sistem jual beli dimana penjual dalam menjual produknya tidak memiliki stok persediaan. Dropshipper hanya perlu memajangkan atau memasarkan produk yang dijualnya tanpa harus memiliki sto produk yang dipasarkannya itu dan salah satu marketplace yang menyediakan sistem ini adalah marketplace Sorabel PT Sale Stok Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui mekanisme dan kepatuhan syari’ah untuk model bisnis sistem dropshipping di aplikasi marketplace Sorabel PT Sale Stok Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: Mekanisme jual beli online dengan sistem dropshipping di Sorabel ini sama seperti jual beli sistem dropshipping  pada umumnya dimana fungsi dan tugas dropshipper itu menjual barang milik supplier dan adapun hasil dari pekerjaan yang telah dilakukannya maka ia akan mendapatkan komisi (ujrah). Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terhadap pelaksanaan jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping di aplikasi marketplace Sorabel PT Sale Stok Indonesia peneliti menilai akad yang relevan terhadap sistem dropshipping tersebut adalah akad ji’alah. status hukum jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping di aplikasi marketplace Sorabel PT Sale Stok Indonesia dibolehkan karena para dropshippernya langsung mendaftar sebagai member resmi.
