Abstract

The full name of an Ibn Khaldun is Abd al-Rahman bin Muhammad bin Mohammad bin Hasan bin Jabar bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim bin Abd al-Rahman bin Khaldun. Then he was born in the area of Tunisia, a region in North Africa, around 732 H or 1332 AD, he was a family of migrants from the Andalusian region, a region in Southern Spain, who now moved to the Tunisian area around the middle of the VII century H. The origin of a family The real Ibnu Khaldun was from the Hadramaut area, in the southern Yemen region. Ibnu Khaldun started his education at the age of 18 between 1332 and 1350 AD. As was the case with the Muslims at that time, Ibnu Khaldun's father was the first teacher figure who had taught him traditionally the basic values of Islam. During his stay in the Tunisian area until 751 H, Ibn Khaldun was very diligent in studying and reading and he attended the assembly of his teacher, Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Abili, every time. At that time, Ibnu Khaldun was already 20 years old. And at that time Ibn Khaldun was summoned by Abu Muhammad Ibn Tarafkin, one of the rulers who was in the Tunisian area, to assume the position of secretary to the ruler of Sultan Abu Ishaq Ibnu Abu Yahya Al-Hafsi. Ibnu Khaldun is one of the political activists and thinkers who was born in the Tunisa area in 1332 and he died in Egypt in 1406. Before he died he had spent much of his life in political struggles and adventures in various forms, at different times and at different times. the world in which he lives. Apart from being a political activist, he is also an expert thinker and is very observant of the knowledge he has and he is a very sharp analyst. He wrote down the results of his observations in a book consisting of several volumes on history, a book he called "Ibar" which is a book that is a role model that humans can take from history. The first part of the book he called "Muqaddimah", which means "Introduction". The works can be seen from the title Al-Ibar wa Diwan Al-Mubtada wa Al-Khabar fi, Ayyam Al-Arab wa al-Ajam wa Al-Barbar, wa Man Asharahum min Dzawi Al-Sulthan Al-Akbar, and consists of several volumes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh metode latihansirkuit terhadap daya tahan kekuatan pemain persatuan sepakbola BatusasakKecamatan Kampar Kiri Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilapangan Sepakbola Desa batusasak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemainPersatuan sepakbola Batusasak Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hulu Kabupaten Kamparyang berjumlah 18 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasidijadikan sampel atau disebut juga total sampling yang berjumlah 18 orang.Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen lebih bersifatpra-eksperimental jenis pre-test dan pos-test dalam satu kelompok. Data di analisisdengan menggunakan rumus statistik t-test. t-test yang dikonsultasikan pada tablenilai t dengan taraf signifikan 5% = 2.11 dan 1% = 2.90, dengan hasil= 7.329 yang bearti lebih besar dari taraf signifikan table nilai t dengan kesimpulanmetode latihan sirkuit memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap daya tahankekuatan otot tungkai pemain sepakbola Batusasak Kecamatan Kampar Kiri HuluKabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

This study's purpose is to determine the regulation of mining companies' social responsibility based on legislation, the causal factors of the impacts, and the company's responsibility for the resulting pollution impacts. This study uses empirical legal research methods with qualitative analysis methods through the statute approach, conceptual approach, and sociological approaches. The results of the study showed that the legislation regarding the social responsibility of mining companies are Act Number 20 of 2020 Concerning Mineral and Coal, Act Number 32 of 2009 on the environment, Act Number 36 of 2009 on health, Act Number 17 of 2019 on water resources, PMK Number 61 of 2013 on Matra Health and Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021 on the environment. the impact factors are derived from open mining activities, lack of drainage, traffic of vehicles transporting mining products and processing of open mine products without watering. The impacts include air pollution, damaged roads, the potential for soil erosion, and decreased water quality. The responsibility of the mining company for the impact caused is by watering and closing the tailgate of the mining vehicle, providing CSR, compensation to communities whose agricultural land is affected, reclamation of ex-mining land, and construction of drainage.

Abstract

Mappacci is one of a series of traditional wedding rituals of the Bugis tribe. This research aims to classify and identify various types of plants and the meaning of their use in the traditional rituals of the Bugis mappaci tribe. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research found 7 types of plants in the Mappacci traditional ritual. The plant species used are Pacar (Lawsonia inermis L), Jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam), Banana (Musa paradisiaca L), Rice (Oryza sativa L), Coconut (Cocos nucifera L), Palm (Arenga pinnata Merr) and Cotton (Ceiba pentandra) which includes 6 families, namely Lythraceae, Moraceae, Musaceae, Poaceae, Arecaceae, Bombacaceae. The plant parts used are leaves (75%), fruit (50%), seeds (25%), sap (25%). The plants used in the Mappacci traditional rituals of the Bugis tribe have a philosophical meaning of goodness. Community knowledge in the use of these plants is a tradition passed down from generation to generation from their ancestors

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a problem-based learning model that trains students to solve problems as one of the 21st century skills. Lesson Study is one of the ways to improve learning processes and outcomes conducted collaboratively and sustainably. This collaborative classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class X.9 SMA Negeri 1 Gerung in the 2022/2023 academic year through the application of PBL with Lesson Study patterns. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and written test (cognitive). This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning model through Lesson Study can improve the learning outcomes of students in class X.9 SMA Negeri 1 Gerung in the 2022/2023 academic year. This can be seen from the average value of learning outcomes in cycle I of 80 with classical completeness of 77.14% (high category) and in cycle II there was an increase with an average learning outcome of 83 with classical completeness of 85.71% (very high category). The application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with the Lesson Study pattern can improve the learning outcomes of class X.9 students at SMA Negeri 1 Gerung for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Efforts to build a modern civilized society by upholding human values ​​and justice were pioneered by the Prophet Muhammad long before the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, the French Revolution of 1789 or the birth of the American constitution in 1776. Prof. HAR Gibb in his book Writer Islam states, "Islam is actually more than a religious system, Islam is a complete culture." History has recorded well, any nation that struggles for their survival by facing all obstacles in order to maintain its existence, of course one day it will reach a high level of civilization, will find its own culture. They can give "cultural lessons" to other nations in addition to passing on the culture to the nations after that. The Medina Charter is a document drawn up by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as a formal agreement in 622 AD between himself and all the important tribes and people in Medina. The Medina Charter is also known as the Medina Constitution. Among the important objectives behind the Medina Charter are the creation of security, happiness and goodness for all human beings (all related segments of society), management of the territory by agreement. Because it contains a number of rules related to tolerance and harmony among the Ummah at a time when the world is filled with group fanaticism.

Abstract

The teaching of a second/foreign language has been aimed at encouraging learners to use the target language they are learning in real communication. The objectives of this paper are to explore the roles of mother tongue and that of contrastive analysis in communicative language teaching. Method used in this study is a library research. The findings of the study suggest that using mother tongue helps beginner learners to cope with communication problem, while contrastive analysis helps teachers in choosing topic, in explaining different notions between second  language and mother tongue, and  helps explaining different notions found in both target language and mother tongue.Keywords: mother tongue, contrastive analysis, communicative                        language teaching

Abstract

Recently, the Indonesian government has continuously made improvements to the tax system in an effort to maximize revenue from the tax sector. Taxes are a burden for businesses because they limit their ability to generate profits. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of financial distress, audit committee and company size on tax avoidance. This research is associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The location of this research was carried out in the Sharia Investment Gallery of the Indonesian Stock Exchange at Kadiri Islamic University. The sampling technique in this research used a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method which resulted in 39 samples. Researchers in analyzing the data used the SPSS for Windows tool using multiple linear regression analysis methods, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that financial distress (X1) has a significant effect on tax avoidance (Y), the audit committee (X2) has no significant effect on tax avoidance (Y), company size (X3) has a significant effect on tax avoidance (Y), financial distress (X1), audit committee (X2) and company size (X3) have a significant effect on tax avoidance (Y).

Abstract

Beton merupakan bahan konstruksi bangunan yang paling banyak digunakan dalam suatu bangunan. merupakan material komposit yang diperoleh dari proses pencampuran semen Portland, agregat halus, agregat kasar, dan air yang mengeras sehingga menjadi benda padat. Sekam padi adalah sebuah limbah dari padi yang bisa di manfaatkan untuk suatu bahan campuran pada pembuatan beton, dimana penggunaan agregat kasar bisa di kurangi sehingga memiliki berat yang relative ringan dan dapat di golongkan dalam sebuah beton ringan.perbandingan campuran tambahan subtitusi agregat kasar dengan sekam padi 0%,50% dan 60%.di ukur perbandingan kuat tekan,Tarik dan lentur dari beton dengan hasil rata-rata(24.91, 9.05, 4.34) MPa,tarik (2.8 N, 1.216 MPa, 0,889 N) lentur (14% , 6.08% ,4.445% ) nilai kuat tekannya terus turun karena semakin besar rongga udara yang ada pada beton tersebut sehingga menurunkan kekuatan daya tekan, Tarik dan lentur beton

Abstract

Air merupakan bagian yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan karena digunakan dalam berbagai aktifitas sehari-hari seperti kebutuhan minum, mandi, dan mencuci. Namun, terdapat permasalahan yang menyebabkan tercemarnya air sehingga tidak dapat digunakan sebagaimana mestinya yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh limbah dari domestik (rumah tangga). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai kandungan BOD dan COD limbah rumah sakit Tk.IV di Akademi Militer di Kotamadya Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada outlet pembuangan limbah dapur dan perkantoran Akmil sebanyak tiga sampel. Hasil pengukuran akan dibandingkan dengan standar yang berlaku berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor P.68/Menlh.Setjen/kum.1/8/2016 Tentang Baku Mutu Air Limbah Domestik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa limbah cair Rumah Sakit TK.IV Akmil memiliki kadar BOD rata-rata 17,36 mg/liter dan COD rata-rata 44,13 mg/liter. Hasil analisis limbah cair (grey water) ini masih dibawah baku mutu yang diperbolehkan.
