Abstract

The information system of student assessment results and the presence of teachers is the most important component in building the school's academic system. With the application of information systems evaluating student grades and teacher attendance, the school can process data related to academic information which includes data on students, teachers, education, subjects, absences, classes, departments, years of teaching, grades, schedule of lessons. he student evaluation information system and teacher absenteeism can be the main points most needed by schools in managing each student's grades and the presence of each teacher. Without an information system on the value and presence of teachers, the school will be very difficult in getting report cards and reports on teacher attendance during teaching. Student evaluation information system and teacher attendance are designed web-based with the method of developing the waterfall system. With the information system evaluation of student evaluations and teacher attendance, it is expected to be able to provide better service to students, teachers and parents in getting information about the value and presence of teachers at the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teacher performance, to determine the relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance, to determine the level of relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh with a total of 28 teachers, while the sample used as respondents in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh, amounting to 28 people. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires. While the Questionnaire/Questionnaire is in the form of a Likert scale. To analyze the data used product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh is very good, (2) There is a significant relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance, this is in accordance with the results of the t test, which shows that tcount ttable (-6.467 -2.051), (3) The level of relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance is quite strong.

Abstract

The decision of the Constitutional Court is a type of decision that is declaratoir constitutive. When the decision of the Constitutional Court states that the law is not binding, because it is contrary to the Constitution, then by itself the decision also creates a new legal situation. The formulation of the problem that will be answered in this research is how the concept of building constitutional awareness for law enforcement institutions to obey the decisions of the Constitutional Court. This research is a type of juridical-normative research, to conduct a search on the decisions of the Constitutional Court. Disobedience to the decision of the Constitutional Court will have fatal consequences, from the potential for a reduction in the function of the Constitutional Court institution to the occurrence of constitutional justice delays. Obedience to the decisions of the Constitutional Court cannot only rely on the legal awareness of the community and state institutions, but also needs to be supported by “coercive” instruments. Therefore, the importance of collaborative collaboration across state institutions so that the decisions of the Constitutional Court can be implemented properly as they should. In addition, it is necessary to design the imposition of sanctions for acts of disobedience to the decisions of the Constitutional Court.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah membangun diskursus mengenai pemodelan matematika sebagai pendekatan untuk memahami dan membuat keputusan tentang fenomena radikalisme, terorisme, dan fanatisme. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mendorong para pihak (khalayak sasaran) agar dapat menyorot kepentingan dan relevansi matematika dalam menjawab berbagai persoalan terkait. Pendekatan ini juga membantu dalam transfer keterampilan, termasuk kebiasaan berpikir yang menyebar ke dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu. Perlu diperhatikan bahwa model matematika pada prinsipnya dapat diterapkan juga pada skenario kriminal dan teroris dalam populasi yang homogen seperti yang terjadi dalam kasus di beberapa negara Tim PKM FKIP UNTAN mengajak khalayak sasaran untuk secara bersama-sama mengenal pemodelan matematika sekaligus sebagai suatu bentuk laporan akuntabilitas untuk memasukkannya kepada stakeholder.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengungkapkan atau mendiskripsikan variasi persaingan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS); (2) mengetahui penggunaan Strategi Generik Porter baik yang murni maupun kombinasi yang digunakan untuk membedakan variasi strategi di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS); (3) mengetahui perbedaan yang nyata antara berbagai kemungkinan kombinasi strategi dengan tingkat kinerja Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS).Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dalam bersaing menggunakan variasi atau berbagai macam strategi. Hal ini dilakukan agar perguruan tinggi swasta tersebut tetap survival dan dapat tetap berjalan atau bertahan hidup; (2) Penggunaan startegi generik Porter di perguruan tinggi swasta dalam bentuk kombinasi lebih banyak dari pada Perguruan tinggi swasta yang menggunakan strategi generik dalam bentuk murni. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini lebih besar pada perguraun tinggi swasta yang berbentuk sekolah tinggi kemudian di ikuti oleh akademi, Universitas dan yang terakhir adalah Institut; (3) Perguruan Tinggi swasta yang menggunakan strategi generik dalam bentuk murni (diferensiasi) mempunyai kinerja yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perguruan tinggi swasta yang menggunakan strategi dalam bentuk kombinasi (fokus diferensiasi). Untuk strategi kepemimpinan biaya (strategi murni) kinerjanya lebih rendah dari pada PTS yang menggunakan strategi fokus kepemimpinan biaya rendah (strategi kombinasi). Dengan demikian maka terdapat berbagai variasi kinerja di perguruan tinggi swasta.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the characterictics of probiotic bacteria. The method used was descriptive method to perform biochemical analyze on the type of probiotic bacteria derived from banana tree. Biochemical analyazed include Gram stain, catalase, oxidation, OF paraffin, OF non paraffin, citrate, ornithin, lysine, urea, MEVP, TSIA oblique, TSIA upright, lactose and sucrose. Results of laboratory analysis showed that the bacteria isolated in blood agar have the morphological characteristic of rod-shaped (bacil), gram-positive, can produce the enzym catalase, but it can not oxidize, it can not produce the enzyme citrate, ornithine, urease, These bacteria are acidic nature, able to ferment lactose and sucrose, and capable of produced acetone from glucose fermentation.

Abstract

Sorong coastal waters with diverse human activities is changes water quality. The environmental quality of coastal waters in Sorong is measurement of chemical water quality parameters. This study aims to determine the chemical water quality coastal waters in worthiness standards for fisheries activity. The measurement was November 2013 to January 2014 in located of coastal waters Sorong-West Papua. Analysis by descriptive and tabular form at each observation station Based on the measurements obtained at station. The measurements has be levels of dissolved Oxygen (02), free Carbon-dioksid, (pH), Ammonia, Nitrate, Orthophosphate, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5), and Dissolved Organic Matter (BOT) in coastal waters Sorong in reasonable range for fisheries and be tolerated by aquatic organisms.

Abstract

The existence of the provisions of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries that the capture and / or expenditure of crabs (Scylla spp.) with the provisions of the size of the carap above 15 (fifteen) cm or weight above 200 (two hundred) grams per tail becomes a challenge in the soft carapas (soca) crab business that generally using crabs with an average weight below 150 grams. This study aims to determine the success rate of moulting and survival rate crab (Scylla serrata Forskal) with different salinity treatment using crabs weighing above 200 gr. This study used Completely Randomized Design with 5 (five) treatments and used 3 (three) replications, analysis of variance (ANOVA) at 95% confidence level was used to analyzing the data obtained. If there was a significant difference (P <0.05) then proceed with LSD test (Least Significant Differences) with 95% confidence level. The results of this research showed that the highest moulting success rate was obtained from the treatment with salinity of 10 ppt. While the highest survival rate (SR) was obtained from the treatment with salinity 30 ppt.

Abstract

Woton (Sterculia sp.) plant is an endemic plant of Papua and West Papua, Indonesia that has many benefits for the community. This research aims to examine the contents of proximate, amino acid, and antibacterial activity from the leaves extract of two plants namely Sterculia shilinglawii and Sterculia tragacantha. The sample of Sterculia sp. leaves are cleaned, dried, and milled. Then, its chemical composition, amino acid, and bacterial activity are analyzed using a standard procedure. The chemical composition was analyzed using standard AOAC, amino acid was examined using LCMS and antibacterial activity was analyzed using barrier zone against the bacteria that attack the fish. The research results showed that the chemical compositions of Sterculia sp. leaves are carbohydrates, protein, water, ash and fat. The main amino acid contents of woton (Sterculia sp.) leaves are L-Arginine, L-Valine, L-Proline, L-Alanine. Bacterial Test Results showed that woton (Sterculia sp.) leaves extract has intermediate inhibition response against V. algynoliticus. It has been concluded that Sterculia sp. leaves have the potential chemical content.
