Abstract

This study aims to design an application in determining the single student tuition fee using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in Higher Education. Universitas Negeri Padang has used a system to carry out the process of grouping in Single Tuition Fee (STF), but there are still many deficiencies in determining variables. The stages in this research begin with problem analysis, needs analysis, implementation, and testing. This system architecture is based on Model-View-Controller using the Yii2 framework with the PHP programming language. This system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method which has a calculation of the consistency value in determining the priority level of the criteria. Determination of criteria based on a number of criteria and a number of alternatives. The results of this study provide a ranking system for each alternative. The highest-ranking is the main priority in the system in making decisions by looking at the student's economic condition.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competence of chemistry teachers in designing chemistry learning modules based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) through the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach. The program was conducted on April 25, 2026, in collaboration with the Chemistry Teacher Association (MGMP Kimia) of Pangkep Regency and involved 18 chemistry teachers. The implementation method consisted of preparation, material presentation, module development training, mentoring, product presentation, and evaluation. The evaluation was carried out through observation of the activity process, review of the module drafts, and questionnaires containing participants’ reflections and an analysis of students’ needs for the module from the teachers’ perspective. The results indicated that the participants were able to understand the basic concepts of ESD and PjBL, identify sustainability issues relevant to chemistry topics, and develop initial drafts of ESD-PjBL-based chemistry learning modules. The participants also demonstrated strong enthusiasm during the program, particularly in discussions, project idea development, and reflection on chemistry learning needs in schools. The needs analysis questionnaire showed that the need for module development was in the very high category, with an overall mean score of 3.62 and a score percentage of 90.42%. These findings indicate that ESD-PjBL-based chemistry learning modules are needed to support contextual, applicable, and sustainability-oriented learning. Therefore, this program contributed to strengthening teachers’ capacity to develop chemistry teaching materials that are relevant to students’ needs and the challenges of twenty-first-century learning

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Logic Model and Theory-Based Evaluation in evaluating educational programs at Vocational High Schools (SMK), as well as to identify the advantages, limitations, and effectiveness of both approaches. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) referring to PRISMA guidelines. Literature searches were conducted through scientific databases with a publication range from 2019 to 2026. From the selection process, 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria were obtained and analyzed qualitatively using a narrative synthesis. The research results indicate that the Logic Model approach is effective in mapping program structures systematically through the relationships between inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes, making it easier to understand program flow and result achievements. Meanwhile, Theory-Based Evaluation is superior in explaining the mechanisms of change and the cause-and-effect relationships underlying program success. Nevertheless, this approach has a higher level of complexity and requires more in-depth data. The conclusion of this research shows that there is no single approach that is entirely superior, so the integration of Logic Model and Theory-Based Evaluation becomes the most effective strategy in producing a comprehensive, systematic, and evidence-based program evaluation. This integrative approach is recommended to improve the quality of educational program evaluations in vocational high schools (SMK).

Abstract

Corporate farming is a strategic step to increase the production and productivity of subsistence lowland rice farming. In addition, the use of corporate farming model agriculture is a new opportunity to overcome the risk of national rice production. Especially at this time, the rice fields are getting narrower due to the conversion of functions into agro-tourism, housing, industry, and services. The purpose of this research is to estimate the production risk and farmers' behavior towards the risk of rice farming with the corporate farming model in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. The result of this research shows that the risk of production of the corporate farming model is high with a variability of 50.45. This means that the corporate farming model of rice farming faces the risk of major crop failure. Factors that influence the increase in production risk are SP-36 fertilizer and pesticides, while land area, Urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, and labor have the potential to reduce production risk but have no significant effect. Farmers' behavior towards the risk of farming with the corporate farming model is risk aversion. The attitude of reluctant farmers is shown by their behavior in facing the intermediate risk of 32 farmers
