Abstract

Abstract- The level of revisit intention in hotel resorts in Indonesia has increased from 2017 to 2018. From the data of the Indonesia tourism ministry, the last 10 months hotel occupancy rates in Indonesia have increased significantly compared to the year of 2017, but in the West Java region there is a phenomenon of fluctuation hotel room occupancy, especially in resort types, this is related to the rise and fall of brand image and perceived value. The arrangement of vacationer goal image has been looked into in the course of recent decades and is viewed as a standout amongst the most vital regions or research in image showcasing. It's important builds comprise of the image psychological and full of feeling image alongside its general image which has all the more as of late been incorporated and connected to the intellectual impacts of occasion decision and attitude. This study tests quantitatively whether attitude becomes intervening between brand image and perceived value towards revisiting intention, using a partial least square method to analyze data, a survey with questionnaires on 100 consumers of resort hotels in Bandung City by considering the supply chain management. The result showed that consumer attitude in Bandung City is not significant as an intervening role for brand image perceived value and revisit intention.

Abstract

The library of the National University of Jakarta currently records transactions manually, which makes the librarian's performance inefficient. Here, the researcher is trying to create information system planning that covers all perspectives of the organization and business with the help of the enterprise architecture planning (EAP) technique using the Zachman framework. The EAP model is limited to the main business area, the library sector, which creates the main activities and support activities according to Porter's value chain. Based on the business processes implemented by the library, EAP can show the design for an integrated architecture within the library information system, which includes business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, infrastructure architecture, and implementation plans to bring about changes for the better.

Abstract

This research had the purpose of investigating the utilization of a company's official website as a com­munication medium and for online branding purposes in the telecommunication industry in Indonesia. This study used a population of official websites from seven telecommunication companies in Indonesia. The indicators that had been used to analyze website content, website ease of use, and website interactivity. The results of this study showed that 100% of telecommunication companies in Indonesia had a website that can be used as an online branding strategy. The indicators that were mostly used by these companies for online branding were website content (100%) and website ease of use (93.65%), while the use of website interactivity (53%) still needed to be maximized. The findings of this study were useful in revealing how tele­com­mu­ni­cations companies in developing countries used their websites as a communication medium for online branding

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia rapidly grows along with the consumer preference for online shopping. This study aims to analyze people’s interest in adopting popular e-commerce mobile apps in Indonesia with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) approach. Of the many e-commerce in Indonesia, only five popular e-commerce are the focus of this study. The quantitative method with the verification type was adopted. A survey was conducted and questionnaires were distributed online toward 400 respondents who are users of popular e-commerce in Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings show that performance expectations and promotion conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intentions, and habits and behavioral intentions have a significant effect on use behavior. The moderator variable of age has a significant effect on the relationship between habit and use behavior, while price value, hedonic motivation, and habit on behavioral intention are moderated by the age variable. Gender variable as the second moderator did not have a significant effect on all relationships. The results can be used by e-commerce as an evaluation and map out future marketing strategies.

Abstract

In the globalization era or the 4.0 era, all activities that used to be done offline can now be completed online using the internet network. Likewise with buying and selling activities, openness, and Internet connectivity, with online media, one of which is the website. Therefore, the research objectives are to analyze the effect of the product image and website quality on online purchasing decisions; the impact of the product image and website quality on user experience (web experience); the effect of user experience (web experience) on online purchasing decisions at a Parfume Online Store. This research is a quantitative study, an inferential statistical study that takes a certain number of samples to explain the population. By collaborating with the Parfume Online Store for data collection, it is targeted that at least 100 responses are collected from online questionnaires and analyzed by structural equation modeling with Partial Least Square (PLS) software used as a tool to assist procedures. After all, the conclusions of this study are: 1) Product Image's significant positive effect on E-Purchase Decision, 2) Product Image's significant positive effect on Web Experience, 3) Web Experience's significant positive effect on E-Purchase Decision, 4) Web Quality's significant positive effect on E- Purchase Decision, 5) Web Quality's significant positive effect on Web Experience, 6) Product Image's significant positive effect on E-Purchase Decision, 7) Web Quality's significant positive effect on E-Purchase Decision Variables.

Abstract

Scholars and practitioners point out that the current low level of employee engagement in the workplace is one of the most worrisome global economic problems. The potential consequence of this phenomenon is a decline in job performance. Therefore, it becomes essential to understand the concept of work engagement, its meaning for employees, and its implications for employers. This study examines the development of research on the topic of employee engagement. The study aims to determine: (1) the development of the number of international publications in the field of employee engagement in the Google Scholar database from 2016-2022; (2) core journals in international publications on the topic of employee engagement, (3) a map of the development of international publications in research fields with the topic of employee engagement, based on co-words. Collecting data by conducting searches through Publish or Perish (Pop) with the keyword’s employee, engagement, employee, with the category of the article title, abstract, and keywords in the period 2016-2022. Data in the form of the number of publications per year, publishers, and journals containing articles on employee engagement and subjects were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Meanwhile, the trend of topic mapping was analyzed using VosViewer software. The study results show that the 2016-2022 growth development of Google Scholar indexed articles in 2020 reached 193 publications (19.3%). Most international publications are published in the International Journal of Management Review as many as 17 articles. The results showed that the research on employee engagement was still dominated by transformational leadership and organizational culture. For further research, the authors suggest the need for additional data sources so that more research results are more accurate and comprehensive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan dan pengaruh Co-creation Innovation Values dan Program Business Coaching dampaknya pada Kinerja UMKM di Kota Bandung.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif dengan melibatkan 273 UMKM yang memiliki bisnis kuliner.  Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Data dianalisis dengan path analisis di mana variabel (x) adalah Entreprenurial Orientation, Co-creation Innovation Values (y) dan Kinerja UMKM (z). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa arah hubungan bertanda positif yang menunjukkan pola hubungan yang searah, yang artinya ketika terjadi peningkatan pada Co-creation Innovation maka akan diikuti oleh meningkatnya Business Coaching Program, begitupun sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Co-Creation Innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan juga Business Coaching Program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan teori Maiorescu (2015) dan dikembangkan oleh Sholahuddin et al., (2019) bahwa Business Coaching adalah suatu hubungan kolaborasi antara pendamping/mentor dan pengusaha yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan potensi pengusaha dengan melakukan pendampingan dan pencipataan co-creation value untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha.

Abstract

Di era new normal koperasi diharapkan dapat terus kreatif dan responsif dalam menjalankan bisnis usahanya. Melalui modernisasi koperasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital menjadi strategi inovasi untuk mencapai efisiensi dan aktivitas layanan koperasi. Koperasi modern juga harus memiliki skala usaha dan kapasitas produksi besar, melakukan sinergi antar pihak berbasis ekosistem, serta dikelola oleh manajemen profesional. Koperasi pasar bisa jadi role model koperasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja Koperasi Himpunan Pedagang Pasar Cikapundung (KOHIPPCI) mengidentifikasi posisi koperasi dengan analisis matriks internal eksternal, grand strategy matrix, GE matriks, BCG matriks, dan TOWS matriks, serta menemukan alternatif strategi yang bisa dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja koperasi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT yang dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (SFAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada banyak kekuatan dan kelemahan dari lingkungan internal serta peluang dan ancaman dari faktor eksternal terhadap KOHIPPCI. Meski demikian, KOHIPPCI masih mampu mengelola faktor-faktor tersebut yang ditunjukkan dengan posisinya pada kelompok tumbuh dan bangun pada matriks internal eksternal serta kuadran I grand strategy matrix, GE matriks di kuadran V dan BCG matriks di posisi cash flow.

Abstract

Industri digital mengalami perkembangan pesat baik secara regional maupun global. Bisnis startup mengandalkan kecanggihan teknologi sehingga memberikan kesempatan untuk berinvestasi serta membuat investor baru menjadikan bisnis startup sangat profitable untuk dijalankan. Mahasiswa UPI yang memulai dan memiliki bisnis memiliki peluang besar untuk mengembangkan usahanya ke arah yang lebih profesional. Maka diadakanlah sebuah mentoring dan intensive coaching bagi mahasiwa UPI yang memiliki startup. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi mahasiswa sebagai salah satu elemen dari masyarakat dimana diharapkan dapat menunjukkan antusias dan partisipasi aktif dalam membangun ekosistem wirausaha muda di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Kata kunci: startup, bisnis digital, mahasiswa wirausaha. Abstract:    The digital industry is experiencing rapid development both regionally and globally. Startup businesses rely on the sophistication of technology so as to provide opportunities to invest and make new investors make the startup business very profitable to run. UPI students who start and own a business have a great opportunity to develop their business in a more professional direction. So there is a mentoring and intensive coaching for UPI students who have startups. This activity has a positive impact on students as one of the elements of the community where it is expected to show enthusiasm and active participation in building a young entrepreneurial ecosystem at the University of Education Indonesia (UPI). Keywords: startup, digital business, entrepreneurial student.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial intention. This research method uses a correlation study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of SMAN 27 Garut. The population in this study amounted to 124 students with a sample of 95 students. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that students of SMAN 27 Garut have a high level of entrepreneurial education, have a high level of entrepreneurial orientation, and have a high level of entrepreneurial intention. The results of the data analysis of this study also show that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions
