Abstract

Study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, awareness, and knowledge of tax amnesty on individual taxpayer compliance. Research at KPP Pratama East Semarang and KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari. Study uses the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that knowledge of taxation, awareness, and knowledge of tax amnesty had a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Knowledge of taxation, awareness, and knowledge of tax amnesty affect individual taxpayer compliance by 55.7%, while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of BOPO and CAR on Profit Distribution Management (PDM) with ROA as a mediating variable in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS). This study uses the object of all Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) registered with Bank Indonesia for the period 2015 - 2019. The sampling method used in this study is the census method so that all populations are simultaneously sampled. The analytical tool used to test the hypotheses proposed in this study is to use path analysis where there are two independent variables, one mediating variable and one dependent variable. The results showed that: 1) BOPO partially had no effect on ROA. 2) CAR partially has a positive and significant effect on ROA. 3) BOPO partially has a negative effect on PDM. 4) CAR partially has a positive and significant effect on PDM. 5) ROA partially positive and significant effect on PDM. 6) ROA does not mediate the effect of BOPO and CAR on PDM. Abstract

The objective of this research to analyze the factors that influence the Profit Distribution Management on sharia banks in Indonesia. Sample of this research is sharia banks at listed in Bank Indonesia (BI) for the period of observation of 2016 - 2019. Data were collected using by purposive sampling method to Islamic Banks which publishes financial report consistently. The number of samples in this study are 8 Islamic Banks with 128 oberservation. Test analysis using assumption of classical test, hypothesis test, and multiple regression analysis. The result that variable proportion of non-investment financing, proportion of third party fund, bank age, effectiveness of third party funds, financing riskand third party funds significantly influence profit distribution management. The results of this study is expected that more sharia banks are capable of perform management and development of Islamic banks products based on results in accordance with the provisions of islamic sharia. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the factors affecting to profit distribution management of Sharia Banks in Indonesia on the period 2013 until 2016. Variabel dependent of this research is profit distribution management. While the independen of this research is capital adequancy, effectiviness of third party funds, financial risk, gross domestic of product growth, propotion of investment financial, proportion of third party funds, loss of earning assets, age of bank, BOPO, Bi-rate. This research use sharia banks which registered in Bank Indonesia on 2013 until 2016 period. Collecting data of this research use purposive sampling method. The test data analysis use classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and data analysis of multiple regression. The result of the hypothesis test is that capital adequancy, effectiveness of third party funds, financial risk, loss of earning assets, BOPO and Bi rate have no effect to profit distribution management. While gross domestic of product growth, proportion of investment, proportion of third party funds and age of bank have the effect of profit distriburion management. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of temporary syirkah funds, board of commissioners, independent commissioner, sharia supervisory board, dual position of sharia supervisory board, audit committee, and audit committee meeting on maqasid syariah performance of Islamic bank in Indonesia during the period 2015 – 2017. The sample of this study was chosen by purposive sampling and obtained data 33 banks with 11 banks per year. This hypothesis testing in this study used multiple regression model. The result shows that temporary syirkah funds, board commissioners, sharia supervisory board, dual position of sharia supervisory board, and audit committee have an effect on maqasid syariah performance of Islamic bank. However, audit committee meeting do not have an effect on maqasid syariah performance of Islamic bank.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berdasar penelitian kepustakaan (library recearch) terutama Kepustakaan Islam kejawen karya Mangkunegara IV seperti Serat Wedhatama, Serat Wirawiyata, dan lain-lainnya dipahami identifikasi karakteristik pemikiran postmodernismenya. Metodenya ialah hermeneutik dan analisa isi karya-karyanya mengidentifikasikan tiga karakteristik pemikiran postmodernisme: dekonstruksi, relativisme dan pluralisme khususnya di bidang dagang yang tertuang dalam Serat Wicara Keras karya Yasadipura II dan Serat Wulang Reh karya Pakubuwana IV. Metode lainnya ialah verstehen dan analisa filsafat pragmatisme di satu sisi untuk memahamkan tiga karakteristik pemikiran postmodernisme itu dan di sisi lain mengimplikasikan konstruksi teoritis etos dagang orang Islam Jawa dalam pemikiran Mangkunegara IV sesuai dengan nilai-nilai moral sikap rukun dan hormat dalam budaya dan pandangan dunia dan hidup Jawa dan sesuai bagi masanya dalam kondisi pascakolonial. Kesesuaian pahamnya termuat dalam ungkapan Jawa seperti tuna satak, bathi sanak dan timun wungkuk jogo imbuh diberlakukan (dipraksiskan) dalam tujuh nilai-nilai moral, lima sifat, delapan cara bersikap baik rukun dan hormat (asta gina) yang diuraikan dalam Serat Darmalaksita karya Mangkunegara IV.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the decline in the performance of marketing employees of Bank BRI Syariah Semarang due to not being able to achieve the targets that have been charged. The research aims to evaluate the influence of incentive factors, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and work morale on employee performance. The population as well as the sample in this study were all marketing employees of Bank BRI Syariah Semarang totaling 40 people (census technique). The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show that incentives, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and work morale partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing employees of Bank BRI Syariah Semarang and the adjusted R square value in the regression model is 0.628 or 68.6 percent of employee performance can be explained by variations incentive variables, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and morale while the remaining 31.4 percent is explained by other variables. Abstract

There is a tourism promotion business phenomenon that is carried out through social media Instagram in the city of Semarang. This phenomenon shows the current realization of tourism promotion activities through Instagram social media, with the aim of research to examine tourism promotion through Instagram social media carried out in Semarang City. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach by taking tourism research objects in the city of Semarang. Data collection in this study was obtained through interviews, observations, documentation with informants, namely Instagram account admins, Instagram social media users, academics in the tourism sector, and travel agencies that use Instagram social media as a promotional media. The results of the analysis of tourism promotion in Semarang City through Instagram social media are carried out in stages, namely: content creation, platform determination, program planning, program implementation, and monitoring & evaluation. Analysis of the advantages of promotion through Instagram social media, namely promotional media that is not paid, can be used at any time, is easy to use, can be connected to other social media, and has many users. Analysis of the weakness of promotion through Instagram social media is that it must be updated regularly, the authenticity of the product is still in doubt, prone to spamming. Furthermore, the analysis of sharia tourism promotion through Instagram social media has very effective prospects for the future.

Abstract

The purpose of the training is to increase understanding and knowledge of planning through business analysis, so that batik business is expected to increasingly be able to increase the profits of entrepreneurs in the batik cluster. Training implementation methods are: counseling methods (lectures, questions and answers) and discussions between participants. Evaluation of training activities is carried out with pre-test and post-test. The results of the training are that participants are able to know and understand business development techniques; able to know and understand about how to make a business feasibility study and measure strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and business threats (SWOT Analysis). This can be seen from the pre-test results distributed by the training team. The conclusions of this training include the members of the batik cluster who have been able to increase knowledge about business development techniques and can conduct business feasibility studies, measure strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and business threats (SWOT Analysis) as well as increasing motivation to run their businesses.

Abstract

The livelihoods of the Cepiring District of Kendal Regency are mostly in the agricultural sector, the second and third are the manufacturing industry and the trade, hotel, and restaurant sector. Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Cepiring Kendal District numbered 35 people. This training main objective is to equip by training MSE entrepreneurs with the knowledge of how to determine the cost of production right in order to increase their business income. The results of the training showed that MSE entrepreneurs in Cepiring Kendal District were able to make a simple determination of the Basic Price of Orders and Pricing Prices. The UMK entrepreneurs in Cepiring District Kendal responded positively to the training. This positive response can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion session or during practice, even the participants want advanced training and mentoring.
