Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how environmental factors and workplace stress affected employee performance at Hotel SantikaGarut. The sample for the study consists of 101 workers of Hotel SantikaGarut. The nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling approach used in this study included a sample of 54 Hotel SantikaGarut employees. When analysing data, descriptive and statistical analysis techniques are also used. and methods for collecting information, such as surveys, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show a strong connection between the work environment at Hotel Santika Garut and employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze leverage on firm value and the moderating role of management ownership variables in the influence of leverage on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. . The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period, with the total number of shares owned by the company's management above 1% of all outstanding shares so that the sample is 162. To see the type of moderation then used two equation models, so that the regression model equation. The data was processed with SPSS'26 software. The result of the research is that leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Management ownership is proven to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value. The existence of management ownership in its interaction with leverage and firm value is a pure moderator

Abstract

In recent years, the accounting world in Indonesia has focused on the application of new accounting standards oriented to the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standard Board (IASB), which compares the concept of fair value to the old concept of book value and reports submitted more relevant. This article aims to explain the application of the basic concept of fair value measurement based on the convergence of IFRS and PSAK 68 as a substitute for historical costs using the literature study method. The results of this study reveal that in Indonesia the concept of fair value was fully implemented in 2012 and in its application fair value has a relevant nature.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the decline in targets in the Sterilization Installation of the Hospital Dr. Kariadi Semarang, for that the problem can be formulated is how the Sterilization Installation Section improves employee performance so that the production target is reached. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of the Sterilization Installation at DR. Kariadi Semarang.Data were collected through questionnaire methods using Census techniques for 61 respondents in the Sterilization Installation section. Data processing uses multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test, model testing with f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results obtained in this study are the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.547 which means that 54.7% of the variables of Leadership, Work Environment and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance

Abstract

Di tahun 2013 Sesuai Perda No. 10 Tahun 2013 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Daerah Kota Semarang No. 9 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembentukan Susunan Organisasi, Kedudukan dan Tugas Pokok Lembaga Teknis Daerah, maka pada Januari 2014 resmi menjadi Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu (BPPT). Pada akhirnya bulan Februari tahun 2017 Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu (BPPT) berubah menjadi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Semarang (DPMPTSP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pelayanan yang berorientasi pelanggan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Semarang (DPMPTSP). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dasar penelitiannya adalah wawancara kepada narasumber/informan yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai hal yang berhubungan dengan rumusan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem pelayanan yang berorientasi pelanggan pada DPMPTSP Kota Semarang sudah baik. Adapun simpulannya adalah model COSES sudah dilakukan seperti identifikasi pelanggan yang perlu dimaksimalkan, sarana yang harus memadai, e-service dan sistem insentif karyawan serta perlunya perhatian lebih terhadap service recovery/pelayanan pengaduan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan masalah menurunnya jumlah pelanggan bengkel Mobil Ufik Semarang periode tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan dengan didukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel penelitian adalah pelanggan tetap yang sudah lebih dari dua kali menggunakan jasa Bengkel Mobil Ufik Semarang dan minimal berusia 17 tahun. Jumlah sampel ditentukan berdasarkan pada perhitungan dari rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan yang ditoleransi sebesar 5%, sebanyak 96 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPPS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) 60,9% yang menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan dapat diperjelas oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya 39,1% diperjelas oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

In Kampung Tambak Lorok there is a group of PKK women who are a group of housewives in the village area. Problems faced by PKK women in Kampung Tambak Lorok are: (1) Do not have a strong entrepreneurial spirit; (2) A joint business unit for PKK mothers has not yet been formed; (3) Knowledge about cooperatives is still lacking. The purpose of this community service is to improve the skills of the human resources of PKK women to become entrepreneurs and the procedures for establishing joint business groups (KUB) and to increase their entrepreneurial spirit. The community service is carried out using lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Training and counseling on entrepreneurship, cooperatives, the formation of joint business groups can provide new understanding to PKK mothers that it turns out that entrepreneurship, cooperatives and joint ventures are indispensable in doing business.  In  this  service   also  practiced  making  fish  pempek.  The  results  show  that participants feel interested and interested in practicing making pempek and want to sell it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Non Performing Loans on the Return on Assets at PT Bank Bukopin Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analytical technique employed statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that the average value of the Non Performing Loans variable is 3.45%. The Return on Assets variable has an average value of 2.95%. Non Performing Loans have a negative and significant impact on the Return on Assets, with a regression equation of Y = 4.702 - 0.507X, a correlation coefficient of -0.619 indicating a moderate negative relationship, and a determination coefficient of 38.3%. The hypothesis testing reveals a significance of 0.032 < 0.05.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: analyze and empirically test the effect of investment decisions on the profitability of going public insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018; analyze and empirically test the effect of investment decisions on the value of go public insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018 and analyze and test empirically the effect of profitability on the value of go public insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is publicly listed insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, the sample of which went public insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018 totaling 60 issuers. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, mediation variable tests and model feasibility tests. Based on the results of research testing concluded that: (1) Investment decisions have a negative and significant effect on profitability. (2) Investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on company value. (3) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (4) Profitability cannot mediate between investment decisions and firm value. Variation of investment and profitability decision variables used in this model is able to explain variations in the variable value of companies going public insurance listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2018 64%, while the rest is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The current condition based on the pre-survey of the Community Service Team, many members of the MSE Actors of Mranggen District are unable to manage their MSE finances properly, especially in managing receipts and expenses and separating personal finances from finances for business. On the one hand, reduced revenues due to the global food crisis have an impact on irregular income for MSEs. On the other hand, increased expenditure, due to the needs and prices of consumer goods also makes it difficult to manage MSE finances. This is the background of the Community Service Team to be interested in doing community service for members of MSE Actors in Mranggen District.  Community Service Method with introductory training on financial governance literacy integrated with digital financial and mentoring. As a result of the service, MSE actors understand and are able to carry out MSE financial management that is integrated with digital finance neatly and well
