Abstract

as a process of managing all components of education so that they run in a directed, orderly, and coordinated manner. However, what often occurs in the field, educational administration does not always run in accordance with the principles of efficiency, justice, and transparency. Several forms of damage or problems often arise due to weak management, a lack of understanding of the philosophical values ​​​​of education, and low integrity in the management of educational institutions, which also have a direct impact on the decline in the quality of education and the failure to achieve national education goals. Philosophy plays a major role in educational administration, serving as a foundation for thought, ethical guidelines, and determinants of direction at every stage of educational management. Philosophy helps educational managers to think rationally, critically, and reflectively in facing various problems, so that decisions taken are not merely technical, but also based on considerations of values ​​​​and justice. This study aims to understand the relationship between philosophical administration values ​​​and educational practices in the context of decision-making. This study uses a qualitative approach, where data collection is carried out through a literature review derived from scientific articles relevant to the research topic. The study has shown that philosophical values ​​play a significant role in shaping ethical principles in educational administration. The conclusion that can be given is that the integration between philosophy and educational administration can strengthen the moral basis and direction of the goals of educational institutions.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan enzim bromelain yang diperoleh dari fermentasi limbah nanas merupakan wujud pergeseran paradigma dari ekonomi linear menuju bioekonomi sirkular dan bioekonomi biru yang menautkan kesehatan manusia dengan kelestarian ekosistem maritim. Limbah kulit, inti, dan mahkota nanas, yang umumnya dipandang sebagai residu tak bernilai, sesungguhnya kaya akan enzim proteolitik bromelain yang berpotensi sebagai agen bioaktif untuk mendukung proses bone healing. Artikel ini bertujuan menelaah secara filosofis dan ilmiah potensi bromelain hasil fermentasi nanas sebagai agen adjuvan penyembuhan tulang sekaligus sebagai instrumen pengurangan beban limbah agrikultur yang bermuara ke ekosistem pesisir dan laut. Metode yang digunakan adalah telaah pustaka naratif dengan penguatan semi-sistematis melalui penelusuran literatur. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa bromelain fermentasi nanas memiliki aktivitas antiinflamasi, proteolitik, dan imunomodulator yang relevan dengan fase-fase kunci penyembuhan tulang, serta berpotensi diintegrasikan ke dalam berbagai platform biomaterial seperti hidrogel dan scaffold untuk pelepasan lokal yang terkontrol. Pada saat yang sama, fermentasi limbah nanas memungkinkan skema produksi enzim yang mendekati konsep zero-waste, membuka peluang ekonomi pada skala komunitas hingga industri, dan mengurangi aliran limbah organik ke wilayah pesisir. Secara filosofis, pemanfaatan bromelain hasil fermentasi nanas dimaknai sebagai upaya “memulihkan tulang manusia tanpa merusak tulang punggung ekosistem laut”, yang menyatukan agenda inovasi terapi regeneratif, pengelolaan limbah yang berkeadilan ekologis, dan penguatan ekologi maritim berkelanjutan.

Abstract

State speeches in international forums are a strategic arena for the practice of diplomacy and leadership image management. This study analyzes President Prabowo Subianto's rhetorical style in his speech at the 80th UN General Assembly on September 23, 2025. Using Aristotelian theory, namely ethos, pathos, and logos, to understand how rhetoric functions in strengthening political legitimacy, humanitarian solidarity, and international policy arguments. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study examines transcripts of official speeches and identifies quotations that represent each persuasive mode. The analysis shows that Prabowo builds ethos through historical references, concrete actions of Indonesia such as the contribution of peacekeeping troops, and pathos is depicted through narratives of suffering, calls for solidarity, and an emphasis on the future of the younger generation; while logos is demonstrated through the presentation of data, policy plans such as the net-zero target, technical solutions such as sea walls, and systematic cause-and-effect arguments. This combination of ethos, pathos, and logos confirms that the speech was not simply a policy statement but also a rhetorical diplomatic tool that strengthened Indonesia's image as a constructive global actor. These findings contribute to the study of leadership communication and diplomatic rhetoric, particularly in the context of developing countries seeking to enhance the role of multilateralism and soft power.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tindak tutur merupakan pengujaran kalimat untuk menyatakan agar suatu maksud dari pembicara diketahui oleh pendengar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis, fungsi dan tindak tutur direktif dalam film Until Tomorrow. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Content Analysis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tuturan pemain film tersebut. Data penelitian mencakup seluruh tuturan pemain Film Until Tomorrow yang termasuk dalam fungsi tindak tutur direktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak, teknik catat, dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dalam film Until Tomorrow ditemukan 31 tindak tutur direktif dengan 6 fungsi tindak tutur. Berdasarkan fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan adalah tindak tutur fungsi direktif menyuruh, fungsi direktif melarang, fungsi direktif mengajak, fungsi direktif menyarankan, dan fungsi direktif mendeklarasikan.

Abstract

Deep learning has become a key discourse in educational reform across various levels, from elementary schools to higher education institutions. This article aims to examine deep learning from the perspective of philosophy of education, focusing on three central dimensions: existence, ethics, and epistemology. This research employs a qualitative approach using philosophical and phenomenological analysis of data from the socialization programs of deep learning currently being implemented in several educational institutions in Indonesia. The findings reveal that deep learning represents an educational approach that is mindful (conscious and reflective), meaningful (contextual and purposeful), and joyful (relational and emotionally engaging). These three characteristics are rooted in a strong philosophical foundation, which can serve as a basis for developing more humanistic and transformative curricula and educational practices. Additionally, deep learning encourages learners to develop critical consciousness and cultivate their autonomy in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership of President BJ Habibie during Indonesia's post–New Order political transition using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. The research focuses on Habibie's leadership style, reform policies, and strategic role in building the foundation of Indonesian democracy. Data were obtained through a literature review of books, journal articles, and policy documents, then analyzed using content analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Habibie demonstrated transformational leadership characterized by visionary reform, innovative policymaking, and high political morality. He initiated major reforms such as the abolition of the military's dual function, press liberalization, the first democratic election in 1999, and regional autonomy. These policies served as milestones in Indonesia's transition toward a more open and participatory political system. The study concludes that Habibie's transformational leadership played a pivotal role in shaping Indonesia's democratization process and stands as a model of adaptive political leadership in developing countries.

Abstract

This This article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s (SBY) leadership practices during his presidency (2004–2014), highlighting how his character, leadership style, policy implementation, and responses to the nation’s various challenges influenced the direction of Indonesia’s national development. The research employs a descriptive qualitative case study method by analyzing literature sources, government documents, state policies, and relevant academic studies. The findings show that SBY’s leadership was characterized by a democratic-participatory model with a charismatic touch, guiding Indonesia through critical periods such as major natural disasters, global economic changes, and challenges in consolidating democracy. The use of soft diplomacy, political consensus, and transparent governance became hallmarks of the SBY era, accompanied by bureaucratic reform efforts, social innovation, and community involvement in policy-making. This article also discusses the major achievements of SBY’s administration, responses to criticism, and the leadership legacy as a model for future national leaders.

Abstract

This article analyzes Anies Baswedan's leadership in driving the national literacy campaign during his tenure as Indonesia's Minister of Education and culture from 2014 to 2016. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data sources in the form of policy documents, program reports, and literature related to leadership and literacy. The results showed that the transformational leadership style implemented by Anies Baswedan was effective in building a common vision and motivating various stakeholders to actively participate in national literacy programs, especially the School Literacy Movement (GLS). The leadership is able to foster a culture of sustainable literacy in schools and communities, although still faced with challenges in the form of limited resources and access gaps. Overall, Anies Baswedan's leadership contributed significantly to improving the quality of education and strengthening national literacy as an important foundation to face the challenges of 21st Century Education. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan gaya kepemimpinan Jacinda Ardern, Steve Jobs, dan Greta Thunberg yang mewakili tiga bidang berbeda: politik, bisnis, dan aktivisme sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan cara ketiganya memimpin, memengaruhi pengikut, dan mencapai tujuan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari buku, artikel, pidato, dan sumber media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jacinda Ardern memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang empati dan transformatif, menekankan kerja sama serta nilai kemanusiaan. Steve Jobs dikenal dengan gaya visioner dan otoriter, fokus pada inovasi, kreativitas, dan ketelitian. Sementara Greta Thunberg menunjukkan gaya moral dan karismatik, dengan semangat kuat dalam memperjuangkan isu lingkungan dan keadilan sosial. Meskipun memiliki pendekatan berbeda, ketiganya sama-sama memiliki visi yang jelas, keaslian dalam memimpin, serta kemampuan memengaruhi banyak orang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan seorang pemimpin tidak hanya bergantung pada posisi atau kekuasaan, tetapi juga pada nilai, visi, dan cara berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji gaya kepemimpinan Buya Hamka dalam konteks kepemimpinan organisasi Islam, khususnya ketika beliau memimpin Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) pada tahun 1975-1981. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari tulisan-tulisan Buya Hamka, arsip MUI, dan publikasi media massa yang membahas kiprah Buya Hamka pada masa kepemimpinannya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik catat. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinnan Buya Hamka berorientasi pada moralitas dan independensi yang memiliki relevansi yang kuat bagi pengembangan organisasi keagamaan di era modern.
