Abstract

Abstract: Political configuration greatly influences the creation and development of law, Its proven by the law statement  is a political product. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dominant  legal political  configuration that influences the formation and development of law in the world, especially in Indonesian conducting  analysis of the configuration of legal politics, a literature study was carried out using the legal history approach and the statutory regulating approach. The results of this study intent that the configuration of legal politics in Indonesia. This study  is very much influenced by the civil law system while still considering other legal principles (common law which in Indonesia is known as customary law). The formation of law in Indonesia is a consequence of the adoption of the civil law system, but it does not mean that its formation and pay attention to aspects that exist in society. it can be seen in the provisions of Law Number  12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation which regulated that in order for the regulations made become quality, they must pay attention to and struct 3 (three) foundations, namely: 1) Philosophical Foundation (filosofische grondslag), that is  considerations  illustrate  the regulations formed take into account the outlook on life, awareness and legal ideals which include the spiritual atmosphere and philosophy of the Indonesian nation which are sourced from Pancasila and the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, 2) Sociological Foundation (sosiologische grondslag), namely considerations that describe regulations formed to meet the needs of society in various aspects, and 3) Juridical Foundation (juridische grondslag), namely considerations  illustrate  regulations formed to fill legal gaps by taking into account existing regulations, it will be changed or revoked in order to guarantee legal certainty and a sense of justice in society.Keywords: Configuration, Political, Law.

Abstract

Diclofenac Na is an NSAID class of drugs that functions to treat pain and inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis or joint disease. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of carbopol 940, HPMC K15M and propyleneglycol variations on the emulgel physical properties, carbopol concentration, HPMC, propyleneglycol to produce an optimum formula.The method used in this optimization is Simplex Lattice Design. The independent variables which include carbopol 490 , HPMC K15M , propylene glycol were then included in the expert design to obtain 16 runs. Each formula was tested for viscosity, spreadability, adhesion, pH, diffusivity and physical stability. Each parameter has a contour plot and by superimposing it can be determined the shaded area which is the area of ​​the optimum formula. The optimum formula was carried out using a one sample t-test with a 95% confidence level. Based on the results of superimposed superimposed graphic observations for the manufacture of diclofenac narium emulgel with test parameters including spreadability, viscosity, adhesion, PH, diffusion ability and stability test, the composition of Carbobol 940  0.5 - 1.22%, HPMC K-15M 3.24 - 3.77 Propylene glycol 5 - 6.26%. The results of the t-test showed that the Simplex Lattice Design equation in the formula showed results that were not significantly different, this shows the significance value of the results before treatment with treatment results > 0.05. This shows that the equation is valid and the stability test is stable.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Rumah Jurnal Ilmiah (RJI) IAIS Sambas ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru-guru si yayasan Sulthoniyah Sambas, Kabupaten Sambas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan hari Sabtu tanggal 23 September 2023, diikuti 30 orang guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Yayasan Sulthoniyah, Sambas, Kabupaten Sambas. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dangan menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis lapangan sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan ceramah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan bahwa bayak dari guru yang ada yayasan sulthoniah yang belum memahami tentang membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang luarnnya di terbitkan di jurnal nasional. Karena karya tulis ilmiah yang penting bagi guru untuk pengembangan karir dan kenaikan golongan atau jabatan profesi.

Abstract

Trafo distribusi digunakan untuk mengubah tenaga listrik asal sumber listrik ke pelanggan. PT. PLN (Persero), menjadi perusahaan pengelola sistem tenaga ketenagalistrikan, selalu berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggannya. untuk menjaga kualitas, keandalan sistem logistik wajib selalu terjamin. untuk menjaga keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, faktor beban transformator distribusi tidak boleh melebihi 80% berasal kapasitas yang ditentukan sesuai jumlah rangkaian. surat edaran angka: 0017 .E/DRI/2014 Kelebihan beban trafo ini juga terjadi pada trafo distribusi Unit Pelayanan Pelanggan Panakkukang GT.PUN015 PLN (Persero) Panakkukang 200 kVA yang terletak di penyulang UNM PT. PLN (Persero) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tadi, PLN memasang trafo plug-in berkapasitas 160 kVA. oleh sebab itu, penulis mengamati jalannya insiden tadi dan mengandalkan hasil penelitian berupa data pengukuran beban. Tujuan dari aktivitas ini adalah mengatasi kelebihan beban trafo menggunakan menghitung persentase beban serta memilih lokasi ideal pemasangan trafo. Cara yang dipergunakan merupakan perhitungan manual atau memakai Etap 12.6.0. dampak tindakan tersebut, sebelum dipasang trafo sisipan, faktor bebannya mencapai 93% menggunakan menggunakan perhitungan serta rumus manual yang tentunya sinkron dengan standar PLN, tetapi sehabis dipasang trafo sisipan faktor bebannya menurun. Hasilnya ialah pengurangan 24%.Sedangkan persentase beban merupakan yang akan terjadi simulasi menggunakan ETAP 12.6.0. Diketahui faktor beban sisipan trafo mencapai 94.9% sebelum instalasi, serta 70.1% sesudah instalasi. dengan kata lain, jumlahnya turun sebagai 23.8%.jarak ideal trafo dihitung berdasarkan rumus 239 meter, asal trafo beban lebih.

Abstract

This workshop aims to teach students understanding and practical skills in making simple hinges using a lathe. A hinge is a mechanical device used to connect two objects to allow rotational movement around a certain axis. Through practical training, students will learn about the basic principles of lathes, selecting the right materials, precision measurements, and the correct working techniques in manufacturing simple hinges. This workshop will focus on practical steps, from reading technical drawings to the final stages of completion. Participants will be guided by instructors in lathe operations and manufacturing techniques so that they can develop valuable practical skills for the industrial world. By attending this workshop, students are expected to be able to apply the knowledge gained to engineering-based projects, broaden their technical horizons, and gain a competitive advantage in future career competitions.

Abstract

Feed is a vital element crucial to supporting the growth and survival of livestock. Forages, commonly known as livestock fodder, serve as the primary food source for animals and form the foundation of livestock development efforts. Sei Mencirim Village has a livestock farmers' group named "Mencirim Ayu." This group comprises 15 farmers, each raising an average of 10 head of livestock, specifically goats/sheep. The issue faced by the group is the direct feeding of animals due to the lack of a feed chopper. The proposed solution involves creating and providing a livestock feed chopper machine and training on its usage. The outcome of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity includes implementing a chopper machine with a capacity of 30-50 kg/hour. Farmers can produce feed more economically for their livestock with this machine, potentially enhancing productivity.

Abstract

The tridharma of higher education is the main task and function for every lecturer that must be carried out every semester. One of the activities of the tridharma of higher education is community service which aims to make a scientific contribution owned by each lecturer. On this occasion, the UMA mechanical engineering study program had the opportunity to carry it out in Tanjung Rejo village, Percut Sei District. The master who owns the mangrove forest tourist attraction. The tourist attraction is located on the coast of the Strait of Malacca, where geographically it has the potential for renewable energy, namely wind energy. Based on the measurement data, the average wind speed was obtained 2 m/s. From the potential power that can be generated through a horizontal type wind turbine theoretically 59.8 W. Actually, this turbine has an average power of 20.9 W. This difference occurs due to an efficiency factor of 35%. The potential of wind energy in Tanjung Rejo Tourism Village is very promising for development. This effort will not only increase the energy independence of the village, but also reduce carbon emissions and preserve the environment.

Abstract

Acrylamide is a food contaminant that has the potential to cause cancer. Acrylamide is a substance that is formed due to high temperature processing of food such as frying and baking. Chicken nuggets are a popular fast food, easy to get and can be served quickly. This study aims to determine the levels of acrylamide in chicken nugget with variations in processing using frying and oven with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Acrylamide in chicken nuggets is extracted with dichlormethane and ethanol. Measurement of acrylamide levels using High Performance Liquid Chromatography with a Supercolsil C18 column, UV detector at a wavelength of 210 nm and a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min with 85% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in acetonitrile and aquabidest (5:95). Method validation was carried out to determine linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD and LOQ. The results of the method validation were declared valid for the assay as indicated by the linearity value (r) of 0.99947, percent recovery of 97.29% and the results of the precision test obtained an RSD value of 1.36%. The LOD value was 0.3933 ppm and the LOQ was 1.1919 ppm. The results showed that acrylamide can be formed in the processing of chicken nuggets in 3 replications using the oven method with sequential levels of 0.8459 ppm; 0.7936 ppm and 0.7807 ppm. Whereas with the frying method the acrylamide content formed was 1.4591 ppm; 1.4721 ppm and 1.0554 ppm. The results of statistical analysis using the Independent Simple t test showed that there were significant differences with a significance value of 0.028 in the processing with the oven and frying methods.

Abstract

This research investigates (1) the significance and function of the consumer protection and anti-monopoly division within the Industry and Trade Office in supporting business entities, and (2) the measures that the Industry and Trade Office should adopt moving forward to address regulatory needs, particularly concerning anti-monopoly and business competition, in Kendari. This study employs Conflict Theory and Symbolic Interaction Theory as its theoretical framework. The findings reveal that (1) the relevant division plays a crucial role in conducting Consumer Protection Socialization as a program managed by the Industry and Trade Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province, involving business entities, consumers, community members, and university students; (2) activities centered around consumer protection and anti-monopoly implemented by the relevant division are as described by the Head of the Consumer Protection and Trade Order Division: The Consumer Protection Monitoring System serves as a medium for consumer complaints and information related to consumer protection to be integrated into the system at the Provincial Office responsible for trade, aiming to enhance service to consumers in lodging complaints from those who feel wronged.

Abstract

One of the miracles of the Alquran has been proven to impact the behavior of individuals who memorize it. Memorizing the Alquran must start as a child. Alquran memorization programs in elementary schools have been started in several regions in Indonesia. Still, research needs to be carried out regarding the success and effects of this program on students. This research aims to analyze the effect of memorizing the Alquran on the behavior of students in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data sources were taken through individual and group interviews with seven informants who were selected using the technique of purposive sampling, The informants are school principals, teachers, and students. All data was analyzed thematically using the Milles and Huberman interactive analysis technique. The research findings show that students in elementary school memorizing the Alquran are doing well according to the desired goals because the entire program is carried out starting with good planning, a process that is by the goals prepared, and ongoing evaluation. Regarding the effect of memorizing the Alquran on students' positive behavior, the findings prove three changes in students' behavior, i) speaking softly, ii) using more time to read the Alquran, and iii) being more respectful towards teachers.  These findings have succeeded in revealing that memorizing the Alquran can change students' behavior in a positive direction this program can be used as an example by other schools as a platform for moral education in elementary schools.
