Abstract

Domestic violence is a detrimental social phenomenon that produces negative impacts, particularly on women. This study focuses on the Giwu and Saoka Subdistricts in the city of Sorong to delve into the understanding of the resilience of women who are victims of domestic violence. The research aims to analyze the factors that enable women to endure domestic violence. Employing a qualitative approach, specifically a case study research design, the study utilizes nonprobability sampling, particularly through purposive sampling techniques, with data collection taking place from September to November 2023. Data collection involves observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and literature review. The data analysis process begins with reduction, followed by data presentation, and verification. The research findings indicate that factors driving wives to persist involve emotional aspects such as love and spirituality, while external factors encompass social stigma, economic aspects, and concern for children. These findings highlight the complexity of the resilience of women who are victims of violence, influenced by various internal and external factors.

Abstract

  Work motivation that encourages enthusiasm or enthusiasm for work following organizational goals. And the challenge is one employee with another employee who is driven by different work urges. Many things affect a person's work motivation both from within the individual and external factors. The role of leadership is one of the factors that influence employee work motivation in providing services. The leadership role is at the core of the organization's progress and retreat. Based on the explanation above, this study aims to determine the role of leadership in increasing the work motivation of the State Civil Apparatus in Puncak Cendrawasih Village, Sorong City. The research method used is qualitative. Then the data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are the way the data is obtained in the study so that conclusions are obtained, and both primary data and secondary data are carried out to complement the data from the results obtained. This study shows that the role of leadership in Puncak Cendrawasih Village, Sorong City is not yet optimal in increasing employee performance motivation. This can be seen from the lack of encouragement to encourage the work system, not giving praise or praise to employees who excel, lack of work discipline, less satisfaction with the work system in the office, and lack of employees towards their employees. The decisions taken by the leadership in Puncak Cendrawasih Village, Sorong City have not been to the expectations of their employees.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berfokus pada Upaya Edukasi Pencegahan terhadap Penyebaran Covid–19 dengan Gerakan Lindungi Diri dan Keluarga di Kelurahan Klamalu Distrik Mariat Kabupaten Sorong. Ada setidaknya dua jenis coronavirus yang diketahui menyebabkan penyakit yang dapat menimbulkan gejala berat seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Infeksi Covid–19 ini pertama kali di temukan di Kota Wuhan, Cina. Virus ini menular dengan cepat dan telah menyebar ke wilayah lain Cina dan ke beberapa negara diseluruh dunia, termasuk Negara Indonesia. Tanda-tanda dan gejala klinis yang dilaporkan pada sebagian besar kasus adalah demam, dengan beberapa kasus mengalami kesulitan bernapas, dan hasil rontgen menunjukkan infiltrat pneumonia luas di kedua paru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah mengacu pada analisis situasi masyarakat setempat dengan metode, 1) Identifikas, 2) Perubahan Sosisal dan, 3) Pendekatan Sosial. Hal tersebut dilakukan guna menumbuhkan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi setiap tantangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini dilakukan mengingat masyarakat membutuhkan suatu informasi pengetahuan, dan pemahaman edukasi yang dapat disampaikan terkait pencegahan penyebaran virus corona (Covid–19) tersebut, sehingga masyarakat tetap waspada dalam melakukan aktivitas.

Abstract

TikTok is an application that many people love; Tiktok contains many information and videos that attract its users' attention—starting from children, teenagers, adults, and even the elderly. Because this Tiktok application can be used in any circle, this Tiktok application is effortless to access via cellphones or other devices such as laptops, tablets, and computers. The use of the Tiktok application is the largest in the world because Tiktok is very much in demand, and the way to use it is effortless, so that most people can use this Tiktok application. This research aims to discuss problems in using the Tiktok application and its role in life. In this case, it also discusses the impact of the Tiktok application, both positive and negative effects, and its influence on achievement and motivation to study in tertiary institutions. Researchers use the quantitative method, carried out by way of researchers distributing Google forms to students and the community. Then the researchers also conducted several interviews directly with students at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The results of the study show that the majority think that the use of the Tiktok application in college is very much in demand and has many positive values ??contained in it. The drawbacks of this research are that not many interviews were conducted with other parties, and the researchers only focused on students. Therefore, further research is expected to be more complete.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate how shoppe paylater and shoppe loan features affected purchasing intent. To determine which of the two independent research factors had the greatest influence on purchasing interest. This study's population consists of Merdeka University Malang students. To acquire primary data, a simple random sample procedure was applied. There were 80 students who responded. The primary data was also analyzed using the structural equation model-SmartPLS. According to these findings, the Shopee Paylater and Shopee Loans features have a significant impact on purchase intention both partially and simultaneously. Interestingly, shopee loans have a dominant effect on purchasing decisions. However, the research findings still require external validity by conducting other studies with different populations to generalize the findings more broadly.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of credit risk (NPL), market risk (beta), and liquidity risk (LDR) variables on bank profitability (ROA). This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 20 banks. According to this research, credit risk and market risk contribute to profitability. There is a negative and relevant influence between credit risk (NPL) and market risk (BETA) on profitability (ROA). Banking entities need to minimize credit risk and market risk in order to increase profitability.

Abstract

This reasearch intends to explore the role of organizational adaptibility as  an intervening variabel on the effect of transdiciplinarity and computational skills toward competitiveness.  The research population is small industries at the district of Malang. The number sample are 70 small scale industries. Further, this research consists of 4 constructs, 14 indicators and 3 hypothesis. All primary data are analyzed by structural equation model  with  help of AMOS program. Based on the data analysis found that transdiciplinarity and computational skills significantly indirect effect to the competitive advantage through organizational adaptability. Event, organizational adaptability significantly effect to the competitive advantage. That is due to the critical ratio value of hypotesis 1 till hypotesis 3 higher than 2.00 and also the probability value is less than 0.05.  It means that all research hypoteses are accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational adaptability mediate the effect of transdiciplinarity and computational skills to the competitiveness.

Abstract

In this day and age, the need for technology is needed, especially in the world of education. Therefore, a variety of learning media are needed that help to develop education with the latest technology and are suitable for use in the learning process.  One of the learning media that helps in the learning process is digital-based online presentation media, such as power points. Digital-based online presentation media is a media that uses a network and is in digital form, which makes it easier for users in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to see whether this digital-based online presentation media could improve the language skills of students or not. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach using survey methods using questionnaires or questionnaire research instruments. The results of this study show that this digital-based online presentation media can improve the language skills of grade 3 students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Prof. Dr Hamka Maninjau. With the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that digital-based online presentation media can be positively useful for improving the Arabic language skills of grade 3 students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Prof. Dr Hamka Maninjau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui jenis gulma dan indeks keanekaragaman gulma pada tanaman jagung di Kecamatan Insana Tengah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuadrat sebanyak 10 plot dengan ukuran 1x1 m2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 11 Famili dengan 614 Individu pada lokasi penelitian. Spesies paling banyak ditemukan yaitu famili Asteraceaae sebanyak 403 individu, Famili Euphorbiaceae sebanyak 67 individu, Famili Poaceae sebanyak 65 Individu dan Spesies paling sedikit ditemukan yaitu Famili Fabaceae dimana ditemukan 2 individu. Spesies gulma yang memiliki nilai SDR tertinggi dan terendah yaitu Sinedrella nodiflora L. dengan nilai SDR: 38,89%, dan Desmodium triflorium L. DC merupakan gulma yang memiliki nilai SDR paling rendah yaitu SDR: 1,66%. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman jenis gulma yaitu H’=1,461 dengan kategori sedang.

Abstract

This research analyzes the process of teaching morphology in the first grade at the Islamic Education School, Gondong. The School of Islamic Education, Gendonk, is one of the Islamic schools that teaches morphology. As we have seen, many of the graduates of the Islamic School of Geendunk are skilled at reading Arabic language books. Its causes are understood from the science of morphology and grammar. The end of this research is the process of teaching the grammatical teacher, not using various means and methods in all teaching morphology. The method used by the researcher in this research is the descriptive method using qualitative approaches, and the method of collecting data using qualitative descriptive methods and using observation and interview methods. As for the result of the research, all students own the blackboard themselves. Its goal is that if the students did not understand a subject in pure science, they would write on that blackboar and the teacher uses various specific methods in the process of teaching morphology, such as movies and morphology, then the card method.
