Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of progressive relaxation techniques on the anxiety of Bua Raga Fc sepak takraw athletes. This research used Pretest-Posttest Design; giving a pretest before treatment, and a posttest afterward in the experimental group. The population in this study is all 15 Bua Raga Fc sepak takraw athletes. The sample is 15 Bua Raga Fc sepak takraw athletes. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled in this research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire which uses an anxiety test instrument by (Tangkudung, 2018). Research data was analyzed descriptively, testing requirements; data normality and homogeneity tests, paired sample t-test. according to the significant levelα= 0.05. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of progressive relaxation techniques on the anxiety of Bua Raga Fc sepak takraw athletes, with a t = calculated value of 17.905, this value is bigger than t = table 2.131 or t= count of 17.905 > t=table 2.131 and the result is sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.000 < 0.05. The average pretest anxiety score is 51.27 and the average posttest anxiety score is 40.67, there is a difference between groups of 10.6. The conclusion is that there is a decrease in athlete anxiety after being given progressive relaxation techniques. Thus, the progressive muscle relaxation technique is effective in reducing anxiety in Bua Raga Fc sepak takraw athletes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kualitas terhadap kepercayaan merek, kepercayaan merek terhadap pengetahuan merek, persepsi kualitas, kepercayaan merek, dan pengetahuan merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan yang terakhir dari kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas merek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan “purposive sampling” dengan kriteria responden adalah individu yang merupakan pengguna smartphone merek Samsung, Apple, Vivo, Oppo, dan Xiaomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 264 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif persepsi kualitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan merek, kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif terhadap pengetahuan merek, persepsi kualitas, kepercayaan merek, dan pengetahuan merek berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan terakhir kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan bola gantung terhadap akurasi smash atlet sepak takraw Bua Raga Fc. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek adalah  seluruh atlet sepak takraw Bua Raga Fc sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan bola gantung terhadap akurasi smash atlet sepak takraw Bua Raga Fc, dengan nilai  t= hitung sebesar 11,769 t=tabel 2,228 dan hasil sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 0,05. Nilai rata-rata pretest akurasi smash atlet sepak takraw Bua Raga Fc sebesar 9,30 dan nilai rata-rata posttest akurasi smash atlet sepak takraw Bua Raga Fc sebesar 14,40, terdapat selisih antara kelompok sebesar 5,1. Kesimpulan adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan bola gantung terhadap akurasi smash atlet sepak takraw Bua Raga Fc.

Abstract

Information technology has progressed quite rapidly, and more and more years are increasingly developing technology worldwide. Information technology greatly benefits the world government by creating village websites and building computer-based information systems. With information technology, everyone can process and access data and information they want to convey to the whole community through the website so that everyone can access it easily without having to come and ask the staff or person concerned. The problem with the mailing service in the Village of Sriwijaya Village, Central Lampung, where the process of making letters is still done manually, there are still writing errors. The purpose of creating this correspondence information system is to overcome existing problems and help employees and staff make it easier to update village and community development information by easily accessing this information; with this system, staff can also improve skills in information technology. The method used by the waterfall in making this information system includes making correspondence and information systems in the Sriwijaya village, using the PHP program and MYSQL database. The results of this study are a web-based correspondence information system that is very helpful for community services in making certificates, KK, KTP, SKU, and more quickly and saves time.

Abstract

Unggul Cipta Teknologi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan kendaraan pelacak produk GPS (Global Positioning System). Selain menyediakan produk GPS, PT.Unggipta Cipta Teknologi juga memberikan layanan kepada pelanggan untuk menangani keluhan jika terjadi masalah dengan produk yang mereka gunakan. Proses pencatatan rekaman rekaman sederhana dan bukti rekaman juga tidak pernah ditulis tidak jelas, koordinasi antara administrasi dengan keluhan tidak pernah direspon dengan cepat, terasa kurang efisien dan efektif dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan sehingga keluhan pelanggan tidak pernah dialamatkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, bahwa PT Unggul Cipta Teknologi sangat membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan dan respon cepat serta bukti dokumen yang tersimpan dalam database. Melakukan penelitian Coustomer Relation Management (CRM) berdasarkan Local Area Network (LAN). Konsep implementasi CRM dari Bagian Administrasi akan mencakup keluhan pelanggan yang akan diteruskan ke Bagian Unit atau Keluhan atau Teknis, dari Teknisi akan melakukan pemeriksaan sesuai dengan keluhan pelanggan dan jika ditangani oleh Teknisi atau keluhan akan membuat laporan tersebut sesuai untuk hasil pemeriksaan dan akan diteruskan kembali ke Bagian Administrasi dan melapor kepada Corporate Leadership.

Abstract

In general, the habit of learning a person is influenced by personality variables. Not a few parents who do not understand about the method of effective learning for children, the parents and teachers must approach first in order to know the personality and habits of children, especially children with a tunagrahita. Learning method given to the child is very important, therefore teaching methods applied by parents at home and given by teachers should be the same in order to facilitate the child in understanding the lesson and not experiencing confusion because accept different learning methods. This is very influential, because there are still many students with disabilities who still have difficulty understanding the learning especially reading, writing and counting where the learning will be very influential for the community. Based on these problems it is necessary expert system to facilitate parents in providing home study in accordance with the methods of learning provided by teachers at school so that students more easily and quickly in understanding the lesson

Abstract

This research aims to design an online store to attract consumers' attention because it can facilitate the buying and selling of products, transactions, and ordering of an item and increase people's interest in online shopping. The waterfall approach was the method used in this research. It is a linear methodology of software development, in which improvement is seen as continuing to trickle down through the stages of design, modeling, execution (construction), and testing as a waterfall. The results show that a quality product design can increase brand awareness and quality because consumers and potentially new consumers trust. In online marketing, it can trigger a business in any field in cyberspace. Therefore, website development is also important for business competition and promotes products from placing orders, seeing what items are sold, product names, prices, and product stock. The conclusions obtained in this study are the design of an attractive and quality online store design plays an important role in attracting buyers and increasing sales of a product. With the help of promoting products online, products can be sold worldwide and increase the seller's profits

Abstract

Introduction: Brain tumors are one of the most common types of cancer in children. Accurate and timely diagnosis is essential to determine optimal treatment and improve patient prognosis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become one of the main imaging modalities for detecting and diagnosing brain tumors in children. Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of MRI in detecting and diagnosing brain tumors in children. Twelve studies that met the inclusion criteria were evaluated for sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (NPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and positive likelihood ratio (LR+). Results: The results of the meta-analysis showed that MRI had a sensitivity of 92.5% (95% CI: 86.4% - 96.7%) and a specificity of 97.3% (95% CI: 94.2% - 99.0%) for detecting brain tumors in children. NPV and LRP+ were 97.0% (95% CI: 93.8% - 99.2%) and 33.1 (95% CI: 11.8 - 117.2), respectively. Conclusion: MRI is recommended as the imaging modality of choice for detecting and diagnosing brain tumors in children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi Program Pencegahan Pemberantasan Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN) di Surabaya. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana program dijalankan dan faktor-faktor yang membantu atau menghambat keberhasilannya. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalahndeskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian berfokus model implementasi kebijakan menurut Marilee S. Grindle yaitu isi kebijakan dan lingkungan implementasi. Meskipun terjadi penurunan jumlah pengguna narkoba di Surabaya, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya masih ada. Program P4GN melibatkan banyak pemangku kepentingan dan menggunakan berbagai strategi. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, penjangkauan, koordinasi, pengembangan sumber daya, dan keterlibatan masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun program ini telah mencapai beberapa keberhasilan, upaya dan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan tetap diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan pemberantasan penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkoba di Surabaya.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, marketing through social media has become one of the most effective tools to promote products and services. One of the latest marketing trends that is emerging is the use of influencers in marketing strategies. This study aims to investigate the effect of influencer marketing on increasing brand awareness and sales for SMEs. The technique applied is a qualitative literature analysis with an emphasis on in-depth understanding of the subject over the period from 2012 to 2023. The results of this study indicate that influencer marketing has great potential to provide significant benefits to SMEs in their endeavours to reach their target market, expand brand awareness, and increase sales. In an ever-changing digital world, influencers hold unique appeal as a source of influence that can connect brands with relevant and engaged audiences.
