Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the various local wisdom and describe the diverse character education, which contain in local wisdom in the Sundanese society of Choblong, Cisarua village located in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Observation method is the best way to collect information and understand local culture in a society. The local wisdom of these Choblong villagers is believed to have a useful contribution to the values of character education that must always be taught and preserved for the benefit of subsequent regeneration. The local wisdom of the Choblong village can be penetrated to school curriculum for preparing their next generations and the cultural preservation. Although there are many adjustments required when immersion between local culture and school curriculum, but it is possible if the applications of carefully selected local culture are given in their local environmental settings.

Abstract

The largest kenaf culture in Indonesia is in Laren, Lamongan. Kenaf plants are suitable to be planted in the Bonorowo field. The less potential land conditions make the cultivation of kenaf plants must use chemicals. The use of chemicals has the potential to harm the environment. The approach to identifying and analyzing environmental impacts is the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). LCA is one method to find out the life cycle of agriculture. LCA stages are Goal and Scope Definition, Life Cycle Inventory, Life Cycle Impact Assessment, and Interpretation. Environmental impact measurement is based on fifteen categories grouped into four categories. LCA processing results show the use of urea fertilizer has the most significant negative impact on the environment. The biggest impact category due to the use of urea fertilizer is aquatic ecotoxicity. The use of urea fertilizer affects the types of resources, climate change, ecosystem quality, and human health. Of the four groups, which have the highest value, are the resource group. The use of urea fertilizer has the most significant role in the success of kenaf cultivation because kenaf cultivation requires more N elements to improve the quality of kenaf stems. The use of organic fertilizer can be an option to reduce the use of urea fertilizer.

Abstract

Laboratorium (lab) merupakan tempat untuk melatih mahasiswa dalam halketerampilan melalui praktek, pengamatan, penelitian, dan pengembangan ilmupengetahuan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pendukung. Pengukuran kualitaspelayanan lab yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metodeSERVQUAL dengan tujuan utama mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelayanan yangditerima dengan pelayanan yang diharapkan dari lab Teknik Industri Dasar. Dimensiyang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati,dan bukti fisik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai rataratagap untuk masing-masing dimensi yaitu -0,096 untuk keandalan, 0,175 untukdaya tanggap, 0,393 untuk jaminan, -0,140 untuk empati, dan -1,160 untuk buktifisik. Nilai gap terbesar terletak pada bukti fisik dimana permasalahan terletak padaaplikasi dan jumlah komputer yang kurang menunjang dalam kegiatan praktikum.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the motivation, describe a bout the productivity, and to look the relationship between work motivation the productivity of beauty salon employee in west Padang. The population in this research are all of the beauty salon employee in west Padang. The sample of this research is the beauty salon employee who nasnigh credibility, and of the instrument that has been used is quisioner that validitaty and realibility have been reshed. The data is analyzed with statistic descriptive, test of analysis , and test of hypothesis. The result of this research show that: 1) the motivation of the beauty salon employee at west Padang in high criteria, 2) the productivity of the beauty salon employee at west Padang in high criteria, 3) they have siqnificant relationship between work motivation and the productivity of beauty salon employee at west Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the obstacles to completing the final project students D3 programs in the Department of KK FTUNP. Focus in this study are the barriers in determining ideas / topicof the final project, obstacles in the title of the final projectsubmission procedures and obstacles in the process of counseling.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collectiontechniques in this study using observation, interview anddocumentation. Mechanical extension of the validity of the data withobservations, increased persistence and triangulation. Resultsshowed students encounter in determining ideas / topics related tothe difficulty of the final project students get useful ideas, creativeand innovative. Barriers associated with the procedure to befollowed by students in proposing ideas / topics is the difficulty ingetting approval ideas / topics submitted from faculty advisors andacademic advisor often do not agree that the idea / topic raisedfrequently replaced. Barriers related to the counseling process withfaculty mentors, students collided with a lot of the problemsassociated with scheduling the guidance of faculty mentors, studentsdo not understand the advice and guidance given due to lack ofability to mentor students in grammar writing scientific papers, thelack of student interest in reading as well as hard to find literatureBarriers average student in the following competencies inmanufacturing women's clothing considered quite. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of White Skin Fruit Mask to overcome dry skin based on indicator of moisture and brightness of facial skin. This research is an experimental research with quai experimental method using 9 samples for 3 treatment groups, 3 people in control group (X1), 3 experimental groups (X2), 3 experimental groups (X3), used in this study are primary data, data analysis teachnique using Analysis of Variancw (ANOVA), before doing Hypothesis test firstly test Normality and Homogeneity tes, then test Anova. Results of variance analysis. Based on the results of the date, proving that dry facial skin care without the use of white skin care mask of the watermelon fruit in the control group did not show a better result change, for the 1x3 day experimental group there were significant change as well as the 1x7 day treatment group. Hypotesis test Normality and Anova. Results of variance analysis. Based on the result of the data, proving that dry facial skin care without the use of white skin mask of the watermelon fruit in the control group did not show a better result change, for the 1x3 day experimental group. Hypothesis accepted for 0.000<0.050 and then continued with DUNCAN Test which showed significantly different groups besed on the results of the study proved white skin mask Watermelon Fruit as Dry Skin Care Treatment Mask with the best usage frequency of 1x3 days.Keywords : Watermelon Mask, Dry Skin

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of using pachyrizus masks against acne scars fading stains judged from the brightness level of skin color and fading acne scars blemishes. Acne scarsoften complained, especiallyadolescentsaged18-25yearsyoung adultsorinpuberty. The study was conducted with three different treatment groups , namely control group (X0) , experimental group 1 (X1) and experimental group 2 (X2) . Designresearchis was Quasi Experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group . The object of research is a stain on the skin of acne scars . The sampling technique used purposive sampling conducted in volunteers . Data collected in the form of primary data collected directly from the sample by filling out the assessment form has been provided . Analysis of the data using Analysis of Variance and Duncan test . The research indicate that acne scars fading stains without the use of pachyrizus mask on X0 group showed no significant change in the results towards better on every indicator , for X1 group showed significant gains in each indicator as well as the X2 group showed a significant result on each indicator. The use of masks pachyrizus stains can fade acne scars and brighten the skin with the regular use by the usage frequency of 1 times in 3 days treatment group X1.   Kata Kunci : masker bengkuang, noda bekas jerawat

Abstract

This research is descriptive quantitative research, the mainobjective of this study was to reveal about the readiness of studentsof SMK Negeri 3 Full River in implementing the Industrial Practiceindustrialized world. The population in this study amounted to 36people. Samples for the study were taken from the entire population(sampling saturated), all second grade students who are dressmakingindustry practices in the world industry. The data of this studyconsisted of primary data collected directly from respondents withinstruments such as questionnaires (measuring readiness Affectiveand Psychomotor) in the form of questions and tests (cognitivereadiness). From the research shows that the readiness of knowledge(cognitive) are at high category (79.9%), readiness attitudes(affective) that are in the category of very high (88.8%), andreadiness skills (psychomotor) are at high category (79 , 3%). Abstract

This article aims to produce learning modules that help students to learn independently. This research is a research and development (R&D). This lesson module been tested by two people and media expert validator 2 person validator expert material. Pratikalitas test is carried out by the student D3 Tata Fashion force 2015 with a total of 14 people. The stages are done in developing learning modules are: 1) define, 2) design, 3) develop. At this stage of the development of data analysis is done as follows: 1) validity of data analysis module, 2) data analysis pratikalitas module. Data analysis techniques used by calculating the mean and percentage. The validity of a test conducted by the validator the validator 3.5 media expert and expert material obtained a score of 3.37 categorized very valid. While the pratikalitas test done to students D3 Tata clothing, with a small pratikalitas test results and test pratikalitas 3.36 powerhouse 3.45 module menswear stated very practical. This module is in decent criteria used as learning materials courses menswear for the students of the fashion Department of the grammar of D3 family welfare of the Faculty of tourism and hospitality State University of Padang. Abstract

This study aims to reveal beauty salon business management application based management functions including planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling the existing beauty salon business Payakumbuh city of West Sumatra. The research approach is DeskriptifKuantitatif. The population is all employees and business leaders from 10 Salons in Payakumbuh totaling 52 orang.Data taken using Guttman and Likert scale questionnaire, data analysis using techniques percentage of respondents attainment levels. The results showed that (1) The average percentage is 66.00% in medium categories, with a description of 92.50% to places of business planning, licensing / business legality 53.30%, 26.66% workforce planning, planning salon services beauty 95%, planning marketing / promotion 63.33%. (2) The average percentage indicator Organizing with an average percentage of 45.66% very poor category with a description of the organization of the division of tasks and coordination of efforts 23.33% 69.07%. (3) Implementation indicators with an average percentage of 68 % category was the description hairstyling services 71.81% and skin beauty services implementation procedures 64.04%. (4) Indicators monitoring (controlling) deangn average percentage of 67.5% being categorized with a description supervision planning tools and materials 72% and 63% of process control work. Based on the research results suggested that the beauty salon business actually implement the management function in run the business in order to provide good services to achieve business progress.Kata kunci: Manajemen, Usaha salon Kecantikan
