Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel Pemahaman Bagi Hasil dan Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dengan instrumen skala likert. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat Kecamatan Alam Barajo Kota Jambi dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Sampling Insidental adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Dari hasil uji t (parsial) variabel Pemahaman Bagi Hasil (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah. Variabel Lokasi (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah. Sedangkan dari hasil uji f (simultan) Pemahaman Bagi Hasil (X1) dan Lokasi (X2) secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah.Kata Kunci :Pemahaman Bagi Hasil, Lokasi, Minat Menjadi Nasabah

Abstract

In the cafe industry, real-time visitor monitoring is a critical challenge for operational optimization. This study develops a visitor counting system based on ultrasonic sensors and Bluetooth communication, designed for cafes in Indonesia. The ultrasonic sensor detects the presence of visitors based on distance, while the data is sent to an Android application via the HC-05 Bluetooth module. With an experimental approach, the system was tested in different scenarios (individual visitors, groups, and walking speed) to evaluate the accuracy. The results show that the sensor is able to identify visitors at a distance of ≤15 cm. Bluetooth integration ensures stable data transmission with a maximum distance of 10 meters. This system provides a cost-effective wireless solution for cafe owners, although further research is needed to overcome the drawbacks in dynamic scenarios.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify and analyze several references on the keyword digital literacy. Through Harzing's Publish or Perish, literature systematization was carried out for this study by utilizing the Scopus database. Using the SPAR-4-SLR Protocol, data analysis was carried out using Microsoft Excel, Mendeley, and Vos Viewer to provide transparency and replication. The results of this study identified 50 primary articles indexed in Scopus Q1 based on Scimago Journal Ranking (SJR). This study also found 6 knowledge clusters that support research on digital literacy with a total link strength of 55. Vos Viewer visualization revealed that "Digital Literacy" has a significant magnitude and is related to the phrase "Information Literacy and Digital Transformation" showing a clear relationship. This study has several limitations, such as obstacles in accessing databases that are limited to Scopus. Therefore, it is recommended that further research expand its data collection by using additional sources such as Emerald, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, Eb-sco, Google Scholar, ProQuest, and non-Q journals such as Web of Science.

Abstract

Introduction: Knee osteoarthritis is the most common articular disease in developed countries that caused chronic disability and reduction of the quality of life in the elderly. Intra-articular (IA) injections are selected if other conservative therapies are ineffective. Purpose: This study aimed to measure the effect of IA injection of triamcinolone acetonide on the quality of life in knee osteoarthritis’s patients. Methods: This observational research was conducted in three steps: filling out questionnaires by patients, interviewing patients, and retrieving patients' data from medical records. The patients' quality of life scores measure before and 4 weeks after therapy, using the AIMS2-SF score, VAS EQ-5D-5L, and Indonesian EQ-5D-5L. The result will be declared statistically significant if p<0.05. Results: No statistically significant difference found in AIMS2-SF scores (p> 0.05) for Symptoms, Social, Occupational domains, and in VAS EQ-5D-5L (p> 0.05). A significant difference was found in AIMS2-SF scores for Physical, Emotional domains and in the EQ-5D-5l Score. Multivariate analysis showed that patients' characteristics and knee osteoarthritis disease did not affect the AIMS2-SF, EQ-5D-5L, and VAS score. Conclusion: IA injection of triamcinolone acetonide has a potential effect to increase the number of domains in the patient's quality of life after 4 weeks of therapy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rampant cases of bullying that occur in educational environments, including pesantren. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) forms of bullying experiences experienced by students at Pesantren Hidayatullah Tanjung Morawa, 2) social behavior of students who have experienced bullying, and 3) the relationship between experiences as victims of bullying and students' social behavior. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The study population amounted to 288 students, with a sample of 32 students selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using the product moment correlation test. The results showed a significant positive relationship between experience as a victim of bullying and students' social behavior with a correlation value of 0.776 and a coefficient of determination of 0.602. This means that 60.2% of social behavior is influenced by the experience of bullying, while 39.8% is influenced by other factors. Common forms of bullying include physical, verbal, and nonverbal. This finding implies the importance of bullying prevention strategies and social behavior coaching in the pesantren environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap secara mendalam fenomena overwork yang dialami oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di SMK Negeri 1 Haurwangi serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap guru BK, kepala sekolah, serta lingkungan kerja sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja guru BK jauh melampaui rasio ideal, dengan dua guru BK harus menangani lebih dari 900 siswa. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pelayanan konseling tidak optimal dan berpotensi menurunkan kualitas kesejahteraan psikososial siswa. Untuk mengatasi situasi tersebut, guru BK menerapkan sejumlah strategi seperti menjalin kolaborasi dengan wali kelas dan pihak sekolah, manajemen waktu, serta penetapan prioritas layanan. Namun, sebagian strategi masih bersifat adaptif dan belum didukung secara struktural. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan kelembagaan dan sosial sangat penting dalam menanggulangi overwork, dan strategi pengurangan beban kerja harus menjadi bagian dari kebijakan sekolah untuk menjaga mutu layanan konseling serta kesejahteraan siswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Empowering rural communities through handicraft skills training has become one of the effective strategies in improving the local economy. In the midst of economic challenges faced by rural communities, skills development based on local potential can provide sustainable business opportunities. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the community as an active subject in the research. The main data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and focus group discussions (FGDs) with trainees, instructors, and policy makers in Mlowokarangtalun Village Pulokulon Grobogan.The purpose of this study was to analyse the impact of handicraft skills training on improving the economy of the village community and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of this empowerment programme. The results showed that skills training based on inorganic waste utilisation was able to increase participants' income from an average of Rp1,000,000 to Rp2,500,000 per month. In addition, there are significant social changes, such as increased independence, self-confidence, and active participation in the community. These results are in line with the concept of empowerment, which emphasises the active participation of the community in the process of local economic development

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z (Gen Z) yang dikenal adaptif terhadap teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan frekuensi belanja online dan offline pada Gen Z yang berdomisili di Batam, kawasan perdagangan bebas (Free Trade Zone). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis uji T dua sampel berpasangan (paired sample t-test). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 22 responden Gen Z yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring mengenai frekuensi belanja online dan offline dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara frekuensi belanja online dan offline (p-value = 0,031), dengan frekuensi belanja offline yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Gen Z akrab dengan teknologi, preferensi terhadap belanja langsung di toko fisik masih kuat, dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepercayaan, pengalaman sosial, dan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku bisnis untuk tetap mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran baik di kanal online maupun offline. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan studi lanjutan dengan cakupan sampel dan variabel yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine whether verbal-linguistic intelligence significantly influences students’ writing performance. Nineteen students from the TBIG 2 class of 2024 participated in the study. The students’ verbal-linguistic intelligence was measured using a questionnaire, while their writing scores were obtained from the course lecturer. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient with SPSS version 27. The analysis revealed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.654 with a significance value (p) of 0.002. These results indicate a strong positive correlation, meaning students with higher verbal-linguistic intelligence tend to perform better in writing tasks. The findings support Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, emphasizing the contribution of verbal-linguistic intelligence to students’ language skills, particularly in expressing ideas effectively in written form. Based on the statistical evidence, the study concludes that verbal-linguistic intelligence has a significant correlation with the writing ability of EFL students at UIN Datokarama Palu.

Abstract

This research explores the protection of children’s rights within the criminal justice system, with a particular focus on the legal constraints surrounding the use of diversion for children in conflict with the law (ABH), as regulated by Law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA). While the Indonesian Constitution and international legal frameworks—such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), ratified through Presidential Decree Number 36 of 1990—guarantee these rights, challenges persist in their implementation, especially during legal proceedings. The study employs a normative legal method, incorporating comparative and conceptual approaches, by examining how Indonesia’s diversion system compares with Finland’s and Sweden’s. The findings indicated that despite Indonesia’s adoption of restorative justice principles in the  Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (CJSC), the practical application of diversion remains hindered by several factors. These include a lack of understanding among legal practitioners, inadequate rehabilitation facilities, and limited victim involvement in resolving cases. Furthermore, the restriction of diversion to crimes carrying sentences of less than seven years fails to fully uphold the principle of prioritizing the child’s best interests. While earlier research has analyzed diversion in terms of recidivism rates and law enforcement implementation, this study emphasizes the principle of non-discrimination within Indonesia’s juvenile justice system. As a result, the study advocates for more comprehensive policy reforms to broaden the scope of diversion, better align with restorative justice principles, and ensure stronger protection for children entangled in legal conflicts.
