Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic hampers the cultivation of character values ​​in students, therefore it is necessary for the role of parents in Blended Learning to instill character values. This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using stratified proportional random sampling. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the significance value of the parent's role was 0.157 > 0.05. The significance value for the student character is 0.280 > 0.05 so that the data is normally distributed. Test for linearity sig 0.305 > 0.05 so that the variables X and Y are linear. The results of the hypothesis test are 0.000 <0.05, and the Pearson Correlation value is 0.600, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the role of parents in blended learning and the cultivation of character values ​​during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of teaching material supplements based on local wisdom in the sub-theme of types of work. This research method is a development research with a 4-D development model (define, design, develop and disseminate). The research data obtained by the validation of 90% teacher book experts, 90% student books with very valid criteria, 95.83% teacher book attractiveness test results, while 95.23% student books both reached very attractive criteria, practicality test results on teacher observations 93, 27%, and student activity reached 93.32%, both of which showed very good criteria. The data from the teacher response questionnaire reached 95.31%, the student response questionnaire reached 91.80% which shows very practical criteria. The results of the product effectiveness test showed that student learning outcomes had increased from the average score of 56.09 pretest results to 83.77 at the end of the posttest.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi suplemen bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal pada subtema Jenis-jenis pekerjaan. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop dan disseminate). Data hasil penelitian diperoleh validasi ahli  buku guru 90%, buku siswa 90% dengan kriteria sangat valid, hasil uji kemenarikan buku guru  95,83%, sedangkan buku siswa 95,23% keduanya mencapai kriteria sangat menarik, hasil uji kepraktisan pada observasi guru 93,27%, dan aktivitas siswa mencapai 93,32% keduanya menunjukkan kriteria sangat baik. Data hasil angket respon guru mencapai  95,31%, angket respon siswa mencapai  91,80% yang menunjukkan kriteria sangat praktis. Hasil uji keefektifan produk menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata hasil pretest 56,09 meningkat menjadi 83,77 pada akhir posttest.

Abstract

This article is based on a study which attempted to examine the effectiveness of the Picture Crossword Puzzle Game in teaching vocabulary. The purposes of this study are to describe the difference in students’ vocabulary mastery between those by using Picture Crossword Puzzle Game and conventional method (translation) and to describe the effectiveness of Picture Crossword Puzzle Game in teaching vocabulary. The research design used in this study was a Quasi-Experimental Research. The population of this research was the seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Patebon in the academic year of 2016/2017. The control group was the class of VII-G and the experimental group was the class of VII-H. The results show that from the pre-test, both control and experimental groups have the same mean scores, which is 68.44. After the treatment, there was an increase of mean score of both groups in post-test, which is 81.25 for the control group and 90.94 for the experimental group.The quantitative result shows that the t value is 4.182 and the t table is 1.999. Based on the statistic, it is concluded that there is a sifnificant difference in achievement between both groups. However, this statistic result is not that significant regarding the condition of both control and experimental groups. In other words, the Picture Crossword Puzzle Game has no significant effect on students’ vocabulary mastery. Yet, the result of the questionnaire shows that teaching vocabulary using Picture Crossword Puzzle game is interesting for the students. There are 91.8% students who give positive response to Picture Crossword Puzzle Game. In conclusion, the Picture Crossword Puzzle Game can be used to teach vocabulary because this game is interesting.

Abstract

Fungsi hukum dalam pembangunan nasional sebagai sarana pembaruan masyarakat secara singkat dikemukakan pokok-pokok pikiran sebagai berikut: pertama, bahwa hukum merupakan sarana pembaruan masyarakat didasarkan atas anggapan bahwa adanya keteraturan atau ketertiban dalam usaha pembangunan atau pembaruan itu merupakan sesuatu yang diinginkan atau bahkan dipandang (mutlak) perlu; kedua, bahwa hukum dalam arti kaidah atau peraturan hukum memang bisa berfungsi sebagai sarana pembangunan dalam arti penyalur arah kegiatan manusia ke arah yang dikehendaki oleh pembangunan atau pembaruan. Proses pembentukan perundang-undangan di bidang lingkungan hidup dan sumber daya alam, diperlukan grand design hukum sebagai sarana pembaharuan masyarakat, yang bertitik tolak kepada perubahan-perubahan sosial. Rekonstruksi hukum pembangunan dalam pembentukan hukum pasca reformasi, diarahkan pada daya dukung masyarakat, kesejahteraan sosial, dan lingkungan hidup. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa kimia dan aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak etanol buah terung asam (Solanum ferox L). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan beberapa cara yaitu dengan melakukan uji fitokimia alkaloid, terpenoid, steroid, saponin, fenolat secara umum, dan flavonoid. Hasil dari uji fitokimia menunjukkan reaksi positif terhadap beberapa pereaksi yaitu uji alkaloid, uji terpenoid, uji fenolat dan uji flavonoid. Sedangkan uji steroid dan saponin tidak memberikan hasil yang positif terhadap pereaksi. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji antioksidan dan diperoleh nilai IC50 sebesar 177,16 ppm. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ekstrak etanol buah terung asam memiliki aktivitas antioksidan sedang.

Abstract

Abstract In the context of law enforcement at sea should the effort or action to maintain and oversee compliance with legal provisions of law both national law or international law applicable in the National Jurisdiction Indonesian Sea. The Indonesia Republic Government in an effort to combat Illegal fishing with reference to the provisions of law fishery has made the act of burning and sinking of the foreign flaged fishing vessels. It is the intention that the deterrent effect for the culprit. This paper is to analyze whether the provisions of the act of burning and sinking of the foreign flaged fishing vessels has been in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia This journal using normative juridical research method, which analyzes the literature on primary data in the form of legal material that are authoritative and secondary legal materials in the form of publication of the law. In this paper will use the approach of the law to see consistency and compatibility between the laws  with other laws  for then analyzed using descriptive method. Based on the results of this study concluded that the act of burning or sinking of the foreign flaged fishing vessels are legally not in accordance with the laws and regulation  in force in Indonesia because the action is contrary to the principles of the Code Criminal Procedure, namely the presumption of innocence, the principle of equal treatment before the law and the principle of balance, the action means has removed the evidence that will be used to proof at court. Key words: law enforcement, evidence, criminal acts fisheries   Abstrak Dalam rangka penegakan hukum di laut perlu adanya upaya atau tindakan untuk memelihara dan mengawasi ditaatinya ketentuan-ketentuan hukum baik hukum nasional maupun hukum internasional yang berlaku di Laut Yurisdiksi Nasional Indonesia. Pemerintah Negara Republik Indonesia dalam upaya memberantas Illegal fishing dengan mengacu pada ketentuan undang-undang perikanan telah melakukan tindakan pembakaran dan atau penenggelaman kapal perikanan berbendera asing. Hal tersebut dengan maksud agar menimbulkan efek jera bagi pelakunya. Tulisan ini untuk menganalisa apakah ketentuan tindakan pembakaran dan atau penenggelaman kapal perikanan berbendera asing tersebut telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, yang menganalisis kepustakaan terhadap data primer yang berupa bahan hukum yang bersifat autoritatif dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa publikasi hukum. Dalam penulisan ini akan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan untuk melihat konsistensi dan kesesuaian antara satu undang-undang dengan undang-undang lainnya. Selanjutnya dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode diskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan pembakaran dan atau penenggelaman kapal perikanan berbendera asing secara yuridis tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia karena Tindakan tersebut bertentangan dengan asas-asas Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana yaitu asas praduga tak bersalah, asas perlakuan sama dimuka hukum dan asas keseimbangan, tindakan tersebut berarti telah menghilangkan barang bukti yang akan digunakan untuk pembuktian di sidang pengadilan. Abstract

Different ways of access to justice in Indonesia for minority or homogeneous communities in certainareas that utilize natural resources as part of their lives. Examples of this group are people in themountains kendeng Rembang regency Central Java Province who mostly work as farmers andplanters, against the Governor of Central Java and PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. upon the issuanceof Central Java Governor Decree No. 660.1 / 17/2012 on Environmental Permit for Mining andConstruction of Cement Plant by PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. in Rembang District, Central JavaProvince dated June 7, 2012. Kendeng community took three levels of court lane, namely the StateAdministrative Court of Semarang, the State Administrative High Court of Surabaya and the JudicialReview Review. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of E-Banking, Quality of service, and belief on customer satisfaction. Analyzer used multiple regression, as for to test hypothesis using t test. Data collection through questionnaires with measurements using Likert scale 5 (five) alternative answers. The object of research is the customer of Bank Sinarmas Kcp Sultan Agung Semarang. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. Sampling technique using total sample. The result of the research shows that (1) E-Banking has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) Quality of service has no effect and not significant to customer satisfaction, (3) Trust has positive and significant impact to customer's satisfaction.
