Abstract

The Shredded fish is produced by machines automatically, which can facilitate the production process. Previously the process was done conventionally in one production run. This problem prompted researchers to create a machine by combining three tool systems to become a shredded fish processing machine, including a system for separating meat and fish bones, a cooking furnace system, and a shredded dryer/spinner system that can be controlled electrically in the production process, in addition to the shredded produced more cleanly and efficiently in one production process. This machine utilizes the power of an electric motor of ¾ Hp, which is the driving force for the meat separator machine with a rotation speed of 2840 rpm and a production capacity of 30 Kg/hour.

Abstract

The bread machine is also a leverage to increase production capacity and production quality. In contrast to manual bread production, which requires a lot of effort and time, a bread machine makes everything more efficient. The bread machine's output is better than manual production's. Besides that, the hygiene of the bread produced is guaranteed. The device is sterile and safe because all materials are protected with stainless plates, a mixer motor flame that can be adjusted according to needs, and an automatic oven according to requirements. The tray uses hygienic, not harmful to health, and environmentally friendly and pollution-free materials. The level of safety in use is higher because it has appropriate dimensions. The technique for operating a semi-automatic bread-making machine with a production capacity of 4 kg requires 45 minutes with an oven process temperature of 100 ºC to 150 ºC.

Abstract

The food drying process is an innovative method to change the process of reducing the water content of fresh food products of plant origin to slow down the emergence and growth of unwanted microorganisms. This heating system has four heating elements, where the heating elements used have a power of 1200W because each heating element has a power of 300W. During the drying process, it is known that the average air temperature in the drying room is higher when using solar energy compared to a heating system. The average temperature measurement during the day is 38°C. The measurement results tend to be constant, with an average of 34°C for 7 hours using the heating system. The battery voltage shows an increase every hour. At 08:30 am the battery voltage was 12.3V, and until 16.00 the voltage was 13.57V. This dryer is sourced from solar energy because using solar for drying requires a longer time, namely 8 hours (08.30-16.00), compared to using a heating system for 7 hours.

Abstract

Waqf is a legal act of wakif (endower) for separating and transferring part of their wealth either permanently or for a specified period in accordance with their interests for purposes of worship and the general welfare according to sharia. Islamic law have two characters, it is normative (muhkamat) so that Islam have a unity of mind, feeling, and behavior for the people and make the people united, and temporal (mutashabihat) to open up the difference by space, time, and the condition of each with regard to the purposes of syara'. Waqf is a legal act of wakif (endower) for separating and/or transferring part of their wealth either permanently or for a specified period in accordance with their interests for purposes of worship and/or the general welfare according to sharia. Waqf or endowments often directed to unmovable objects, while waqf on moving objects is being developed lately. The idea to explore and develop the concept of waqf in Indonesia was began when Mustafa Edwin Nasution translating paper written by M. Abdul Mannan that revealed the practice of cash waqf (SIBL) in Bangladesh. The government try to do innovation in order to boost the Muslim's Economy particularly for those who are considered as a poor. The role of shariah bank and BWI and regulations is also considered ineffective, then the Government innovate by establishing institution called Micro Waqf Bank. Micro Waqf Bank is believed to increase financial inclusion, particularly in the public and small and micro businesses (SMEs) to have the easy capital. These agency is not allowed to take deposits from the public because it has focused in communities empowerment through financing with business mentoring.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with a very strategic geographical location. Therefore, Indonesia has a variety of delicious culinary delights to serve. Pecel is a culinary dish that has a long history in Indonesian history. Pecel is a favorite food of the Indonesian people, so the number of pieces traders is vast in several areas today. It is making relatively traditional peace seasoning that has inspired researchers to produce appropriate technology products for pecel grinders with a capacity of 5 kg/hour with an electric power of 0.2 kW, which is needed as big as for SMEs in the Sambi Keep area of Surabaya. This TTG machine can increase the amount of pecel seasoning production capacity.

Abstract

Martabak is a snack that is often sought after by the general public. Therefore, martabak is a commodity with prospects to develop as an industrial business. Martabak's selling business is one type of business that has the potential to be developed. So many business people are interested in selling this type of food. This business does not require significant capital but has a sizable profit known as bright moon. Sweet martabak has main ingredients, including flour, eggs, water, sugar, and leavening dough agent; there is also the addition of juice. The existence of this machine is expected to increase the quality and quantity of products because there are still many small entrepreneurs in the Gresik area who use traditional tools and carry out a moving process that takes quite a lot of time and effort. Hence, the author now makes a sweet martabak machine with a 25 kg/hour capacity to increase production, quality, and quantity with maximum results for MSMEs in the Gresik area.

Abstract

Mesin bubut Computer Numerical Control (CNC) yang mampu mengerjakan benda kerja dengan akurasi kontur tinggi dan kekasaran permukaan sangat rendah. Inovasi teknologi menjadi nilai tambah bagi siswa SMK Wijaya Putra yang disiapkan bagi lulusan untuk menghadapi dunia industry. Metode pelatihan proses pemesinan ada dua tahap. Tahap pertama adalah mengoptimalkan skill siswa dengan aplikasi mastercam, dengan aplikasi ini siswa akan diajarkan tentang desain dan pemodelan CNC. Tahap kedua pelaksanaan proses pemesinan dengan parameter kecepatan potong, kecepatan pemakanan dan kedalam potong yang sesuai. Pelatihan ini bisa menambah nilai lebih tentang skil proses pememesinan untuk siswa SMK.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi di era digital saat ini semakin pesat. Persaingan dalam industri manufaktur semakin tinggi, baik dalam bidang teknologi peralatan penunjang maupun dalam bidang produksi. Pada pekerjaan tertentu yang memerlukan laju produksi yang tinggi, waktu produksi yang singkat serta kualitas yang tinggi dan seragam, tidak disarankan menggunakan mesin konvensional. Mesin berteknologi CNC dengan kontrol numerik berbantuan komputer atau sejenisnya telah menjadi solusi selama puluhan tahun. Pada penyuluhan ini akan dibahas efektivitas mesin CNC-3 Axis sebagai ilustrasi dengan mengembangkan pemrograman kode G-M code dan produk. Peserta Pelatihan merupakan siswa SMK Wijaya Putra dan SMK Sunan Giri dengan Jumlah 25 siswa. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan di Lab. CNC Fakultas Teknik-UWP. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini hasil pelatihan tersebut berharap bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi Mastercam pada proses pemesinan non konvensional akan mempercepat proses manufaktur. Pelatihan singkat yang diadakan sangat diminati oleh peserta dan masih perlu pelatihan berkelanjutan agar peserta dapat menguasai sepenuhnya proses pemesinan konvensional terutama CNC-3 Axis.

Abstract

The development of green and sustainable housing is the main goal in preserving the environment and nature. The number of subsidized housing developments that increase from year to year will have a significant impact on sustainability. For this reason, the awareness of all stakeholders to make it happen is very important. A precise strategy is needed in stimulating and forcing developers to carry out sustainable housing development by ranking them according to their capital capacity and the availability of skilled workers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of crossword game media in improving language aspects in children aged 5-6 years. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research methodology. The primary data source in this study were 33 children aged 5-6 years at Nahdlatul Wathan Kindergarten in West Nusa Tenggara. The results of this study show that crossword game media effectively improves the language aspects of children aged 5-6 years. This is evident from using the crossword game media 11 children obtained the undeveloped category, six children in the Begin to Develop category, while no children obtained the Developing As Expected and Developing Very Well categories. After using the crossword game media, eight children obtained the category Starting to Develop, six children in the Developing As an Expected category, and two children in the Very Good Developing category, while no more children obtained the Undeveloped category.
