Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk menelaah tren pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif di sekolah dasar pada periode 2020–2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui Publish or Perish yang terhubung dengan database Google Scholar. Pencarian awal menghasilkan sebanyak 300 artikel yang kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi hingga diperoleh 100 artikel yang dianalisis lebih lanjut. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar media interaktif dikembangkan untuk kelas tinggi (kelas V dan VI), dengan dominasi pada mata pelajaran IPA, Tematik dan Matematika. Canva menjadi media yang paling banyak digunakan, disusul oleh Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint interaktif, dan beberapa media lain seperti Smart Apps Creator, Google Sites, dan Powtoon. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang arah dan variasi pengembangan media interaktif yang relevan dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, partisipatif, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti dan praktisi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang inovatif dan efektif.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools often faces obstacles due to the abstract nature of the material, which is difficult for students in the concrete operational stage to understand. This condition requires learning models and learning media that can bridge abstract concepts to make them more tangible and easier to understand. This review aims to examine trends in problem-based learning models and flashcard media in mathematics learning in elementary schools during the period 2020–2025. The research methods used are a systematic literature review with bibliometric analysis. Data were collected through the Publish or Perish (POP8) application connected to Google Scholar. The search yielded 210 articles, which were then selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, leaving 25 articles relevant for analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the problem-based learning model and flashcards in mathematics learning in elementary schools experienced a significant increase in the 2020–2025 period. Overall, the problem-based learning model and flashcards proved to be effective in increasing student motivation, engagement, and understanding of mathematical concepts. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the direction and potential for creative, interactive, and relevant research for mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Early reading skills remain a fundamental issue in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. The lack of reading ability affects students’ comprehension of texts and weakens overall language proficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the phonics learning model in Indonesian language learning and its effectiveness in improving early reading skills. This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA protocol. The data sources were obtained from articles published between 2019-2024 and indexed in Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar databases. A total of five relevant articles were selected based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns, similarities, and differences in research findings. The results indicate that the phonics learning model effectively improves early reading skills by emphasizing the systematic relationship between letters and sounds. In addition, the phonics approach increases students’ reading interest and active participation in learning. The study concludes that the implementation of the phonics model in Indonesian language learning contributes to improving early literacy, pronunciation accuracy, and students’ reading confidence.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools continues to face challenges related to low conceptual understanding, numeracy literacy, and student learning independence. In response to the demands of 21st-century education and the Merdeka Curriculum, student-centered and technology-based learning models are required. One such approach is Flipped Learning, which shifts content delivery outside the classroom and uses in-class time for active learning activities. This study aims to systematically review research trends and findings related to the implementation of Flipped Learning in elementary school mathematics learning during the 2019–2025 period. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted on 12 national and international peer-reviewed articles identified through Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish application and analyzed thematically and bibliometrically with VOSviewer. The results indicate that Flipped Learning has a positive impact on students’ learning outcomes, conceptual understanding, numeracy literacy, motivation, and learning independence. However, its effectiveness is influenced by teacher readiness, quality of digital learning media, technological infrastructure, and parental support. Overall, Flipped Learning shows strong potential to support innovative mathematics learning aligned with 21st-century skills and elementary education curriculum goals

Abstract

In science education in elementary schools, students often have difficulty understanding abstract concepts, which leads to low motivation and poor learning outcomes. Therefore, innovative, interactive learning media that can visualize concepts concretely are needed. This study aims to examine trends in the development of augmented reality (AR) media in science education in elementary schools for the period 2020–2025. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the help of Publish or Perish software connected to Google Scholar. From the initial 500 articles, a gradual selection was made based on the criteria of relevance, feasibility, and topic suitability, resulting in 22 articles being analyzed. The results of the study show that the trend of AR media development will increase significantly in 2024–2025, indicating a high level of interest among researchers in interactive technology-based media. AR media has been proven to be feasible and effective for use in science education because it can improve students' conceptual understanding, motivation, creativity, and learning outcomes, especially for abstract material. Additionally, various studies developed AR using the ADDIE model, Borg and Gall, and the Assemblr Edu platform to strengthen interactivity and practicality. In conclusion, AR-based learning media has great potential for implementation in elementary schools as a 21st-century learning innovation capable of addressing.

Abstract

This study addresses the persistent dominance of uniform instructional practices in schools that emphasize limited dimensions of intelligence and insufficiently accommodate students’ diverse cognitive characteristics. To provide a structured synthesis of existing evidence, this study aims to examine trends, patterns, and research gaps in the implementation of Multiple Intelligences (MI) in school learning from 2015 to 2025. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using a qualitative-descriptive approach with thematic synthesis, following the PRISMA 2020 framework. Data were retrieved from peer-reviewed journal articles indexed across multiple academic databases, including Google Scholar and ERIC, through systematic identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion procedures, resulting in 23 empirical studies for final analysis. The findings reveal a noticeable increase in MI-related research in recent years, with strong concentration at the elementary education level and within Islamic Religious Education and Mathematics subjects. Qualitative designs remain predominant, while longitudinal and large-scale investigations are limited. Additionally, certain intelligence domains particularly musical and naturalistic intelligences remain underrepresented. These results indicate that MI implementation tends to be pedagogically adaptive yet selectively integrative rather than systemically transformative. Strengthening methodological rigor and expanding cross-level curricular integration are therefore essential for advancing more comprehensive implementation of MI in school learning.
